Niklas (7/5): - Schöne Lage, Ausstattung der Küche und der Spielplatz für die Kinder. Leider ist die Unterkunft schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnungen werden leider nicht so gut Instand gehalten. (Türklinken fallen ab, Glühbirnen defekt, etc.) Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Für den hohen Preis hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Irene (8/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine super Einteilung und es gab alles, was man brauchte. Vor allem für Kinder ist es eine sehr tolle Wohnung. Leider ist das Gebäude schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel und der Boden usw sind zwar neu, aber die Fenster sind alt und somit auch nicht wirklich dicht. Auch die Heizung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ohne die zusätzlichen Heizlüfter, die rundum die Uhr laufen mussten, wäre es sehr kalt gewesen.
Michael (7/5): Schöne Wohnung, kleine Mängel - Ruhige Lage und schöne Wohnung. Einige Dinge fehlten oder waren kaputt (Abfluss verstopft, Türklinke fiel ab). Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch, kann aber auch an dem Zeitraum kurz vor dem Jahreswechsel liegen.

Ulrich (7/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! - Schöne Aussicht! Schöne, helle Wohnung! Gartenliegen und ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre toll!
jakob (5/5): Zentrale Wohnung, gut gelegen. Preis Leistung stimmte für uns nicht. - Die Wohnung hatte 3 Schlafzimmer. Gut und zentral gelegen. Ruhige Lage Es war einiges, was man reparieren müsste. z.B Store funktionierte nicht, wir mussten manuell nachhelfen. Duschbrausen (Dusche+Badewanne) funktionierten nur schwach, müssten ersetzt werden. WC spülung funktionierte nicht richtig. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Trotz nachfragen, bekamen wir keine rechte Hilfe, ausschliesslich die Antwort, Wasser und Bohnen müssen nachgefüllt werden, was wir bereits gemacht hatten. Wasserkocher sollte entkalkt werden.
Robin (5/5): Overpriced, bad maintained - Spacious apartment located in a quiet street but centrally located to visit the different cities and sightseeing spots around the Bodensee The appartment was quite clean apart from the balcony Good wifi connection This was by far the worst maintained and overpriced appartement we have stayed in. A lot of things were broken in the appartment. Piece of wood loose on the balcony chair Ripped and torn mosquito net around the balcony door. Broken dining table and bench. 2 out 5 lamp covers above the dining table were shattered. Closet in the kids room missing some wooden planks. Cracked and loose toiletseat. Several loose door handles throughout the appartment. For 4 days we were alone in the building but the last day we got some downstairs neighbours and you could hear that the place is very noisy. Mattresses on the bed gave not much support.

Bettine (7/5): Overall a good place to stay with a family - Lots of space, kids were thought of by including toys and highchairs. Parking right outside was great. The staircase was very smelly. Upon arrival the apartment was freezing cold and it took a while to get the place warmed up. Sometimes there was no warm water in the shower(sign in the hallway informed about a new boiler)
