• Olivier (10/5): Ma famille et moi avons passé un agréable séjour. - Il y avait plusieurs restaurants aux alentours, ce qui rendait les repas (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) très faciles. Le logement est également bien situé, à proximité de la ligne A du métro et de plusieurs arrêts de bus. L’hôte était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour plus confortable. L’ascenseur est de conception ancienne, mais il fonctionne parfaitement.

• Arroyo (10/5): - El alojamiento era muy completo, no le faltaba un detalle y además, todo muy limpio. La cercanía a la Basílica de San Pedro y los Museos vaticanos excelente, también está cerca el Castillo de San Angelo, y si cruzas unos de los puentes no tardas mucho en llegar al centro. Además tiene una parada de metro a pocos pasos del edificio. Quizás el caos del tráfico, pero en el alojamiento cerrabas las ventanas y no oías nada. En general tengo que decir que era mi primera vez en Roma, pero pienso repetir. Roma-Amor.

Las camas muy cómodas. Pudimos entrar antes en el apto. Muchas gracias Pasquale. No puedo decir nada. Nos gustó todo.

• rom_ancuta (4/5): Great location, but the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the price. - The location of Ottaviano Design Apartment is excellent—just a short walk to the Vatican and close to many other major attractions. Public transportation is also very convenient, with bus stops only about 70 meters away. Every morning, there were groups of people (not locals) gathered right in front of the building selling various items, which made the area noisy and a bit dirty. The apartment itself was generally okay, but the bathroom was very small and had a persistent sewage smell, which was very unpleasant. In my opinion, the apartment was overpriced for what it offered. Sadly, it feels like some places take advantage of tourists visiting Italy by charging more than what the experience is really worth.

Cuando llegamos a la hora acordada la señora del aseo hasta ahora iniciaba el aseo y nos dejó varias áreas sin limpiar, nos dejaron escasos productos para limpieza, no había tostadora para el pan y al solicitarla nos la negaron, nos dejaron insuficientes cápsulas de café y al solicitarlas nos la negaron. Esas cápsulas no se consiguen fácilmente en supermercados. El edificio es muy viejo y deterioradas las zonas comunes. Frente al edificio hay ventas ambulantes de ropa

Climatisation dans chacune des pièces Chambres spacieuses et une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée contenant tout le nécessaire pour un repas sur place Appartement accessible via un ascenseur Quiétude du logement malgré qu il soit implanté dans un immeuble volumineux Très bonne isolation phonique des fenêtres et ce, malgré que l appartement soit en bordure d une chaussée hautement fréquentée RAS

• Sue (10/5): Beautiful apartment. Beautiful city - We were greeted at the property and shown around. The property is lovely. Very clean very spacious. Everything we needed as a party of four. Location was excellent as only a short walk to the metro which only cost around £4.50 for a day ticket which included the buses. Probably about a 25 minute walk to the Vatican. All in all would highly recommend Nothing.

• Ashley (10/5): Excellent stay in Roma! - Wonderful apartment. Perfectly appointed with everything you could need or want to be comfortable. The AC units in each room were fantastic. Check-in was a breeze and Leonardo was so helpful with providing restaurant and cafe recommendations nearby. Perfect location near Prati & Vatican City, and Metro Line A is extremely close making it very quick & easy to get around the city. We also greatly appreciated the upgraded windows. Rome can be a noisy city but the windows allowed for a quiet & peaceful nights sleep. Highly recommend!

• Augusto (10/5): Great accomodation near vatican - All the amenities were prestine, the cleaning state of the apartment was like new and the reception perks are well thought (prosecco, sweets). The elevator came in hand to transport the luggage.

During our stay, we did the laundry using the washing machine in the apartment. While there was no dryer, a drying rack was provided. The owner was exceptionally kind, providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. Our communication was seamless throughout the entire experience. I experienced some initial confusion with the door's digital device, as it had run out of battery, requiring multiple turns of the doorknob to lock and unlock. The nearest station was temporarily closed due to construction. While this was beyond the owner's control, it did make transportation slightly more challenging.

Located in a charming neighborhood in the centre of Rome, with a metro station just outside, and trattorias and coffee bars nearby. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking appliances and a coffee machine. Very clean, with comfortable king size beds, and an elevator. Every corner of the space is thoughtfully designed, with attention to detail evident in every furnishing and fixture. The apartment boasted a sleek and contemporary aesthetic, while still retaining the warmth and character of traditional Italian architecture and charm. Also Leonardo & his mom, is an absolute delight to interact with. From the initial booking process to the moment we checked out, Leonardo went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing but perfect. He also provided us invaluable local tips and recommendations, and had bought for us wine and fruits, their hospitality and genuine kindness truly added an extra layer of warmth to our experience in Rome! Overall our stay at this apartment was nothing but exceptional & every aspect surpassed our expectations. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome. We ‘ll definitely come again very soon, thank you for everything!
• Imad (9/5): Superb - Location is awesome, very close to public transportation. Apartment ambiance and high speed internet and 3 flat tv screens. Owner very supportive, replies quickly, advises delicious restaurants and nice locations. To reach the apartment location upon arrival was a bit hard because it cannot be found on google maps. We got the written address and got some help from pedestrians to reach the destination. Outside the apartment old elevator however, since the apartment is in the 1st floor no need to use it except when u have heavy luggage ! Other than that I would give a rating of 10
