Se nota su cuidado en todos los detalles. Lo super recomendamos. Hay un parking a media cuadra con entrada por la calle Santa Clara y un supermercado a 1 cuadra. Muy bien ubicado para Explorar Oviedo a pie. Nada!!!

• David (10/5): - The apartment is very nice with a bedroom, kitchen, living room and a nice patio that looks out on the downtown. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and cider houses nearby, an amazing city park a few blocks away and a nice shopping street nearby. The apartment was very clean and well equipped making for a very good place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if we were returning to Oviedo. The only drawback was the shower water which was barely warm. We visited during the fall shoulder season so maybe they hadn't transitioned to winter heating.

Camas cómodas, cuna para la bebé completa y con ropa de cama muy acogedora. Cocina con menaje muy completo. Café, infusiones y pastitas de té para el desayuno. Decoración bonita y acogedora. Por poner un pero, las escaleras del portal y el tamaño del ascensor complicaban el acceso con silleta.

• Saskia (9/5): - Ruim en comfortabel appartement vlakbij het centrum. Een aanrader voor het bezoeken van Oviedo. Klein balkon waar je lekker kunt zitten. Het vele lawaai hoor je niet in de slaapkamer. Parkeren kan in vlakbij gelegen parkeergarage, paar minuten van het appartement.

Rosa made sure l had everything for a 17 night stay like toilet rolls and plenty of bath towels and tea towels. Shampoo/ Conditioner/Liquid handwash/Bath mats.I loved the coffee maker and the big screen TV which had 4 English channels Thank you Rosa for all your hard work and the early check in. Thank you, Robin Smith. Nothing, the Shower was very good, if I had a choice being a bath person I would of perfered a bath as well.

• Jane (9/5): Great stay in Oviedo - Great location, easy walk from bus/train stations. Good communication with host throughout. She could not meet us so left the keys with the cafe below, easy. Clean entrance/stairs/lift. Spacious, airy apartment. Lots of storage. Comfortable bed. Well equipped including those things that are often missing: lots of toilet rolls, spare bin bags, washing machine liquid, ice cubes. Good coffee maker The shower did not drain well. No oil and vinegar.
• Christopher (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable apartment close to Oviedo’s historic centre - This apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift) of a large apartment block on the edge of the historic centre of Oviedo. It is compact given its setting, with a small kitchen and bathroom, a spacious bedroom with built on wardrobes and full length mirrors, and a small but comfortable lounge area. It’s small balcony with outdoor seating is a feature with extensive views over downtown Oviedo and to the surrounding hills. It’s location and facilities make the apartment a good option for a stay in this interesting city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and a supermarket within 3 minutes walk. We opted for the secure parking just over the road and 13 euros per day for our car, which was helpful on arrival and when we departed. Rosa, the host met us for check in and showed us around the apartment and was generally available for assistance and advice if required. The old and new towns and parklands make Oviedo an attractive place to visit. The kitchen space is small and somewhat congested and lacking some kitchen utensils.

• Campbell (10/5): Absolutely fantastic, we loved it - Rosa who met us at the apartment was very friendly and helpful, hosts were always available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. The apartment was absolutely spotless, the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept on! The location was unbeatable. One of our best experiences on booking.com It's a city centre apartment so there is some noise but really for the location the apartment is very peaceful.
