• Jerry (9/5): Nice new hotel next to Durres beach - Clean and modern hotel, close to the beach, spacious room with a nice bathroom, breakfast has a lot of different food options For some reason there was a random big white fridge in the middle of the room which is not seen on the pictures, the underground parking is very small and inconvenient so after going in we directly went back out to park on the street instead

• Harleybine (8/5): Geht für eine Nacht - Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand, wo es viele Bars und Restaurants gibt. Die Hauptstraße ist sehr nah, dadurch hört man permanent den Verkehrslärm. Auch die Wände sind extrem dünn, sodass man von den Nebenzimmern und dem Gang alles hört. Frühstück naja....

• Barakat (8/5): Amazing - I love how neat the hotel is and the staff are so lovely. I love the fact that there was no smoking all around the hotel, it’s so peaceful. I will highly recommend for someone that wants a peaceful vacation with good food. I love the place and would definitely visit again I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger, have a pool and spa at least but that wasn’t available
• Lydia (7/5): Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal. - Personalen var extremt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Rummet var fräscht och hade en väldigt fin balkong. Gillade att hotellet inte var superstort vilket gjorde att det var väldigt lugnt. Till frukosten fick man beställa kaffe som de gjorde utifrån önskemål (exempelvis espresso, cappuccino, latte osv). Sängen var ungefär lika mjuk som att ligga på golvet.. Frukosten var okej, inte den bästa vi ätit men långt ifrån den sämsta! I princip allt som fanns att tillgå var stekt och vissa saker var lite oklart vad det var för något, hade önskat små infoskyltar.

• Sazana (10/5): Would highly recommend - It was close to the beach. Literally 2 mins walk close to all amenities shops, buses and taxis. I enjoyed the breakfast it’s was delicious. The staff were amazing Endri who we checked in with was alway smiling and gave us a sea view room. Nothing bad to say about this space

• Liridon (10/5): Meget god opplevelse, super service, rent hver dag og hyggelig personell. Anbefales sterkt! - Alt var perfekt. Vi var 8 stk på guttetur og alle var superfornøyde. Han ene i gjengen vår hadde glemt insulinen sin hjemme i Norge.. Så Endri i resepsjonen dro ut med bilen sin i en halvtime-times tid og ordnet en ny en for vår venn. Det var en skikkelig lettelse. Ellers likte vi veldig godt rommene våre. Høy standard for prisen og det var egentlig ingenting å pirke på. Alt var veldig nytt og eieren fortalte at det var bygd i 2023. Kort avstand til strand, dagligvare og apotek. Alt var egentlig veldig bra. Spesielt for prisen. Tror dette hotellet er det desidert beste hotellet i denne prisklassen i området. Hvis jeg skulle trekt noen "poeng" så ville det kanskje vært bruken av duft i resepsjonen. Den var litt mye.

• Jonathan (9/5): - We were treated to the top floor Room 501 over looking the sea and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The only regret was that we didn't stay longer than our one-night stay. Breakfast was standard buffet style with plenty of options. We were able to park right outside of the hotel but spaces seemed limited. I'm sure the staff would advise during busy periods. It's a short walk to the beach from the hotel where there are plenty of dining options.

• Lina (9/5): - Tolle Lage, das Hotel liegt nur ein wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, das ist jedoch eine ruhige Nebenstraße. Das Hotel ist neu und verfügt nur über 30 Zimmer. Total angenehm. Zwei total nette und engagierte Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre echt nett.
• Thabit (10/5): a wonderful stay with amazing staff, a perfect beachside location, and a relaxing atmosphere - i’d happily come back aga - I had a lovely stay at Hotel Laonda. The location is one of the best things about it, it’s only a 1 minute walk to the beach, which I absolutely loved! Being able to get to the sea so quickly made the whole trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind after a day by the water. What really stood out, though, was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. The combination of great service and an unbeatable location truly makes this place special. I’d definitely stay here again!

The check-in process was seamless, and we were greeted with such genuine warmth by the staff, who made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. Our room was stunning beautifully designed with a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was impressive, The bed was easily one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, ensuring a perfect night's rest. As for the food, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a huge variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. The location is unbeatable. It’s situated right in the heart of beach making it incredibly easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot, yet the room remained remarkably quiet and tranquil. I have to give a huge thank you to Anna and Endre. Their hospitality was second to none. Endre and Anna at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and handled our check-in with incredible efficiency, immediately making us feel at home. Anna was always available with the best local recommendations and a friendly smile. Endre also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Whether it was making sure our breakfast was exactly how we liked it, helping is throughout our stay. It’s rare to find staff so genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff’s commitment to excellence. No request was too small, and their local recommendations were spot on. • deborah (10/5): Fantastic, luxurious, and friendly accommodation! - I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay at La Onda. From the jump, they were incredibly, genuinely, kind and accommodating. Knowing I wanted a top-floor room for some quiet, they upgraded my room type free of charge. Hana and her colleague chatted a lot with me and seemed genuinely interested in knowing about me— they were so kind, and such warm people. In the morning, the chef made a cooked to order breakfast for every guest— an omelette with fresh vegetables, and a cheese and meat plate, as well as bruschetta. Cake and fruit and juice was also available. The hotel is very close to the beach but just one block back from it so you have a lot of peace and quiet while still being steps from the sea. The room was sensational— the bedding was dreamy, so soft, with maybe the best pillows I’ve ever used, I slept like a baby. The temperature control (central AC) was awesome and worked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back!! This is probably the best hotel experience I’ve had, in a long time and maybe ever. Everything was great!

We would come down a bit late for breakfast but he would accommodate irregardless and make sure we had anything we wanted. Very nice and welcoming and very clean facilities. We would have loved sofas in the garden room to sit and relax in the afternoon.

On the day of my checkout one of them was kind enough to drive me to the bus station, so I could catch the bus out of town! My sheets weren’t changed on the last day and my room wasn’t cleaned well. Otherwise I have nothing negative to say.

• Imane (10/5): Lovely town and amazing customer service - The location, the cleanliness, the food and THE STAFF were the best ( Ermal and Serena -I hope I spelled the names correctly, were genuinely super friendly, polite, helpful and very accommodating. The house keeping ladies too and the lady who brought us the iron was very nice). The view from the room, the size of the room, the smell of the room was very nice and the breakfast was good and we liked it) The guy in the cafe was making me coffee exactly how I wanted it and even made my daughter so happy when she wanted to try the coffee with milk and he made it how she likes it, he also showed us exactly where the bus stop was and the instructions were very exact. The lady at the reception was so sweet, she even told us not to rush when I asked her about where I can leave my luggage which was very nice of her. They made sure we have everything we needed and wanted to enjoy our stay and it was one of the nicest breaks we had in a beach town. Nothing was bad, we loved all of it from start to end . ( Maybe a small feedback to have a shelf in the corner of the shower where the shampoo is , especially as women we needed more stuff in the shower to avoid having it all by the sink)

The breakfast options were quite limited although the drinks machine was a great touch. The cleaning could be better as there was often hair on the floor and bedding even right after cleaning
