• Carlos (6/5): Instrucciones autocheckin caótico por la agencia - Las vistas es lo mejor obviamente del apartamento, además del baño con ducha de obra amplia sin mampara Collchón cómodo Un desastre los mails y mensajes automatizados de la agencia gestora: a pesar de avisarles con tiempo que los links de apertura remota no iban, de todo lo que mandaron solo hubo en un mensaje un link que registrando el móvil generó ekeys para abrir el apartamento. De lo contrario, a las 22:00 nos habríamos visto en la calle. No cuesta mucho depurar las instrucciones de entrada y dejar solo el link que funciona, y explicarlo todo en un solo mensajito. Además, que te respondan en inglés o español según les salga... Limpieza mejorable y almohadas finísimas La luz-ventilador del salón se apaga y queda media fundida al rato

• Peter (5/5): - Buena ubicación y buena vista La sensación de que eres un número y solo debes dar dinero empieza con el : si quieres entrar antes de las 15h o salir después de 11h tienes que pagar 27 eu...la opción de dejar la maleta no hay, en la cocina las ollas no se si sacaron de la basura pero "te da gusto" platos tazas sucias mueble manchada con la comida del anterior huésped. Enchufes fuera de la pared , todo lleno de polvo ventilador y la ventana no han limpiado en está vida .la cama son 2 individuales para una pareja no es cómoda se abre . para resolver problemas no hay personal .no recomiendo
• Johnny (6/5): Aire acondicionado defectuoso. - El lugar el acceso las vistas Al llegar di el aviso que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y vino un técnico al 5 dia. El cual dijo que estaba pinchada la tubería y debían reparar y cargar mi estancia ha sido de 10 días en la habitación solo me funcionaba el ventilador superior al tv el de la cama no y pues hemos pasado calor los 10 días que hemos estado.

• Long (4/5): Unit has huge potential but sadly the cleaning and facilities are lacking - We stayed here for 9 days at the end of March 2025. Our visit was tainted from the outset when we went to get a drink and the glass in the cupboard had blood on it. So at that point we ended up washing everything. Notified management and we got the standard “sorry that happened”. The kitchen was devoid of everything. We travelled Portugal and Spain for over 6 weeks and at every location people had left olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, etc. There was nothing here. WE DID leave salt, pepper, olive oil, etc for the next renters, hopefully everything was still there. The frying pans had half the Teflon missing. We had to go out and buy our own. Unlike other locations, there were no manuals for the washing machine, microwave, etc. I never did figure out the microwave. The unit itself was ok. The advertisement mentioned a sofa bed, there is no sofa bed. The bathroom looks relatively new and has a spacious shower. From the outside you can see that this in the only unit in the building that hasn’t finished the balcony railings, paint is peeling off. Aside from the kitchen and bathroom, you just feel like there is no effort put into the customer service or finishing in the unit. The sliding doors on the balcony won’t lock unless to press very hard on the top to push the door flush. The first night we went to bed early and I thought I had left the balcony door open as I could even hear the tinkling of cutlery from the restaurant below. Turns out the top of the sliding doors has not been caulked, so there is a ¼ inch gap all the way across that lets all the sound in. The other weird thing is that the roll up blinds on one side have stoppers on them so they just go up half way. We just hand rolled them and placed them over the top. I’ve never encountered the setup they have for the entry to the building and unit. Make sure you watch the video they send you or you will not get in. Just fyi. There is no parking in this area. We parked at the Mercado del Puerto which was a 12-1 Explained as part of "What I liked"

• Gabriele (9/5): Nice and well equipped apartment - The apartment is very nice, modern, very good equipped. There is also some beach equipment what was very helpfully, as sunbeds etc were not good available during this holiday period (very busy). Very good bed, important for me, nice shower. The location is anyway good, with sea view. We had also a nice look on the silvester firework No safe; 55 € extra payment for cleaning afterwards; 100 € deposit. The registration process with lightbooking was complicate and time consuming, and instructions given via mails / links did not match. However, with Whatsapp the communication was good, and they answered always very quickly. E.g. when I have asked for new towels after a week, these were brought the next morning.
• Marianne (8/5): Very good - Everything there what s necessary The beach was every very early morning cleaned by a huge machine and truck to take away the seaweed....the window had to stay closed....the ventilator did not work
• Deborah (8/5): Great would highly recommend. - This apartment is in a great location right on the beach and also a short walk to bus links but plenty to do and see nearby is you don't feel like exploring the island. Small but comfortable enough for myself my partner and our 7 year old. Small kitchen was fully equipped with utensils ect for cooking when required. Great communication from the host and an issue with the aircon was fixed very promptly. Will definitely stay again in the future. The only negative is that the balcony door didn't seem to lock this could be a problem if staying with a young child but didn't effect our stay.

• Patricia (8/5): Great views. Great location - The glassed table top on the balcony was cracked. It would have been better and perhaps more hygienic if there was a cover put on the duvet.
• Mari (9/5): Ansolutely amazing! - Location was amazing and the apartment had everything you need. Even a chair for the beach! The hot water doesn’t last too long. If you have long hair and want to take a long shower, the last bit of the shower might be with cold water.
• Kat (9/5): Great location if you want a quiet holiday with a gorgeous view! - Perfect location with amazing views and good restaurants around. Apartment high enough to not hear the noise coming from the promenade. TV could be smart/have some form of smart box with it as due to lack of late night establishments around (most restaurants were closing around midnight, not many bars around) you end up in apartment and not able to put radio or Netflix on. Could do with a booklet with basic information in couple languages like "where to take bins out to"...
• Vanessa (6/5): Disappointed with this place.It could be so much better with a little TLC as view and location fab. - View over Las Canteras is fantastic ..The booking in process is a shambles. Numerous tx backwards and forwards and we only stayed there 2 nights. Had to pay £100 deposit that I didn't get back until 5 days after the stay. We had arranged to meet Fernando at a certain time but we were met by the cleaner and the room was far from ready. Plug socket left side of the bed coming away from the wall so we were unable to plug in light. No ambiance in the property no pictures on the walls. Microwave too high up and cupboards unreachable.
