• jean (9/5): - Appartement très spacieux pour 2 personnes dans un quartier très calme. Grande cuisine équipée (manque peut-être un four à micro-ondes) mais avec des armoire un peu vides. Même si ce n'est pas l'habitude dans les locations en Belgique, des produits basiques comme sel, poivre et huile seraient bienvenus! Grande salle de bain avec douche de bonne taille qui fonctionne très bien (ce qui est assez rare!) et de la place pour mettre ses vêtements et faire sécher ses draps de bain. La terrasse aurait été agréable si la météo l'avait permis! Beaucoup de possibilités de balades à pieds ou à vélo dans le village ou à proximité. Parking privé au pied de l'appartement.
• Laleuw (10/5): Merci à vous Benoît pour la beauté et le soin de votre gîte, dans un magnifique village calme. - Le gîte de Benoît est superbe, un beau bâtiment avec parking. Notre appartement propre, aménagé d'une déco épurée, moderne, claire. Superbe. Il y a une petite terrasse privée. Benoît à pris le soin d'installer de beaux matériaux qualité (cuisine, salle de bain..) Et tout cela dans un magnifique village tranquille, très proche de la nature. Merci à vous Benoît pour le soin et la beauté de votre gîte. Rien.

• Van Dam (10/5): - Rustige straat, modern verblijf dat zeer goed is verzorgd, gezellig interieur. De voorraad koffie, afwasmiddel was krap berekend

• Bernard (3/5): Du basique ! - Le lieu est calme et propre Le propriétaire est très gentil 1. Il manque de tout ! Pas de - micro-ondes - sel, poivre,... les bases - spatules - maniques pour retirer les plats du four - pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, ne fut-ce qu'une... - savon pour la vaisselle, savon pour les mains - corbeille à fruits - spray WC (il est là mais vide ! ) 2. Des problèmes de WI-FI tout au long du séjour 3. Des bruits stridants dans les radiateurs 4. Des coupures de courant quand on allume le four 5. Une télécommande TV qui ne fonctionne pas car les piles sont usées 6. Les chaises, le divan et le lit sont inconfortables

• Julie (7/5): Bon séjour chez Benoit, très bel emplacement, hôte très agréable et discret. - Logement confortable, hôte très accueillant et attentif à nos demandes mais discret Manque un peu d’accessoires. 1 seule pastille lave vaisselle, un petit reste de dreft, pas de sel, poivre, huile,… alors qu’il y a une cuisine équipée.

• Frank (10/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Es handelt sich um eine neue und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist sehr funktionell und ausreichend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es sollte bei der Ankunft in der Wohnung etwas Handseife und Spülmittel vorhanden sein.
• Marguerite (10/5): Fantastische uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. - Het appartement is ruim en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het ligt aan een rustige straat. De auto kan bij het appartement worden geparkeerd. Fijn dat je ook buiten kunt zitten. Het ligt dichtbij de Vennbahn. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
• Patricia (10/5): Heerlijk en rustig verblijf in een leuk stuk van de Ardennen. - Het is een prachtige locatie met uitzicht over het landschap rond Waimes. Het appartement is heel smaakvol ingericht en alles was heel praktisch ingedeeld. Het was heel ruim voor twee personen. Er was ook meer dan voldoende eetgerief aanwezig om te kunnen koken. Waimes is niet heel groot maar wel levendig, met een toffe plek om te gaan ontbijten. In de buurt kan je heel mooi wandelen en fietsen en in het appartement was heel wat info aanwezig over mogelijke activiteiten in de Ardennen, de Hoge Venen en de Eifel. Kortom, een voltreffer !

• Thomas (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut (modern) eingerichtet. Sie liegt ruhig und doch nahe zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen. Das Internet und damit auch das Fernsehen hat in den ersten Tagen so gut wie gar nicht funktioniert, Irgendwann ging es dann aber problemlos. Eine normale Kaffeemaschine (für Filtertüten) hätten wir lieber gehabt als dieses neumodische Ding, für das man erstmal im Supermarkt die passenden Plastikdöschen finden muss (was für eine Resourcenverschwendung und Müllproduktion)

• Marco (9/5): Great location, great experience, great property. - The location is great, in a nice village around farms, beautiful neighourhood. We were there for the Formula 1 race. The distance to drive to the F1 circuit is reasonable (but the traffic on racing days is known to be a nightmare...). The property is lovelly, nicely decorated and very well maintained. Smaller things for such a great property would be a nice addition, like a microwave oven or a bread knife. Some consumables were available (like coffee capsules for the coffee machine), sugar sachets. Some others could make the experience even nicer, like salt, some more kitchen detergent, additonal toilet paper rolls. It is great to be in a farming area and around farm animals, but the flies are bothersome. It is nice that the property had a fly "racket", but maybe a ceiling or wall electrocuter or some other more efficient means to control the flies could contribute to a better experience. Also insect nets in the window could allow the windows to be opened withouth flies getting in.

• Mike (10/5): Exceptional. Highly recommended - Excellent place to stay. Great facilities, clean, very quiet. Fantastic communications throughout from Benoit. Thoroughly recommended. Really hard to fault. Perhaps would have been an 11/10 if a microwave oven was also available?
• Niels (10/5): Super! - The accomodation had everything we needed! Very clean, nice bathroom, kitchen and bed. Also the big tv and couch were great. Peaceful area but also close to the Hautes Fagnes for example. The host was also very responsive. The outside stairs to the appartment were very icy and not easy for our Bernese dog to climb down, so when we asked to put some salt on it, the owner did this immediately. The stairs to the appartment are not easy for large dogs when icy weather but other than that, nothing to remark.
• Linda (8/5): Niace place for a long weekend away - The apartment is nicely maintained and cared for. The rooms are well-maintained and fully equipped. It is nice that there is an extra toilet downstairs. The outside terrace is a nice place to sit, with a view of the surrounding area. It is easy to walk to the town. There were extra fans in the bedrooms to help keep them cooler. Despite the fans, the bedrooms were a bit hot (we were there on a weekend when it rained, so we had to close the windows). It would be nice if there was a privacy screen between the terrace and the neighboring terrace—more of a nice to have than a must.
• Roderik (9/5): Lovely hideout for a cycling and/or F1 trip - Beautiful building, new well equipped kitchen and bathroom, spectacular view from sunny terrace.
• John (8/5): Good. - Property excellent, Clean and roomy, close to the village shops and off road parking. A hand rail on the stair case to the bedroom would help. if you slip there is nothing to grab to prevent a fall. More mugs would be helpful as there were only 2 and we were 3 persons.
