Guest Reviews
- Jamie (1/5): Bad - Scam ! They got my money and didnt give me a room Scam scam scam
- David (1/5): Useless - It was a building site when I arrived I couldn’t sleep there because it was a building site. Didn’t get any entry instructions via text so phoned to owner to be told ‘we don’t do business. Here anymore’
- Simon (5/5): Shame the electrics cut out otherwise ok - Clean and located close to the tube station. The electrics cut out mid stay (previous guests have recorded the same problem) we checked the fuse board but couldn’t fix the problem. We notified the contact/owner but had no hot water and couldn’t charge phones etc.
- Ghazi (7/5): Good - Easy access and very comfortable. Good option for attending Wembley Stadium.
- Marta (6/5): Nice staying but not recommended for one person, at least two. The area it’s too quite and lonely at nights. - The room was clean and cozy. The bed not very much comfortable as we’d have wished but well, was okay. At least the heater was working very well, also the hot water was really good. The atmosphere was very quite and we could rest well every night. The underground station is well connected and not too far away from the house. The area is surrounded by local shops and the best place for breakfast with no doubt is Edward’s Bakery. Nice coffee and hot chocolate, paninis and sandwiches. The woman who runs it is very kind. We very much recommend it. We saw nobody staying and that gave us a creepy feeling at first. Also the oven was not working so we couldn’t use the kitchen the last day of our trip. We tried to reach the owner to ask about the oven but we Never received an answer.
Even when the price is not too expensive we did expected to have coffee at least for breakfast. Also one more set of towels would have been apreciated as we stayed 5 nights.
- Nurdana (7/5): Good - Location Was good
- Ali (8/5): Very good -
- Umer (8/5): Trip and stay was nice - Quite and nice Heating grill inside is very dirty
- Umer (6/5): Pleasant -
- Olha (9/5): Superb -
- Gabriel (4/5): Disappointing - Location, jubilee line was very close On first day when we came to room we saw that it wasn’t cleaned after people renting it before. Furthermore it was freezing because heating in whole apartment wasn’t working! We’ve talked to other guest and he told us that he has been experiencing that for his whole stay since last week!!. Owner didn’t respond to our calls and messages only until we’ve contacted booking demanding explanation from him. After complaint our room was cleaned and heating was working, but that should’ve been standard since beginning of our stay
- Zhu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Karen (7/5): Would suit the younger travelers better - It's a decent enough house. Older home made into apartments. Has kind of a student dorm feel to it. Kitchen available, decent bathroom, however for someone like me with arthritis in both knees, having to climb into a bath tub to shower is very awkward. Flight of fairly steep stairs up to bedrooms. This accommodation is for younger people than me. I'm 71 and have arthritis in both knees. I didn't realize there were stairs to climb, so that was difficult and hard for me.
- Ceccarelli (8/5): Very good -
- Koichi (8/5): Very good -
- Kousar (7/5): Good -
- Ronaldo (1/5): I must have called a million times and yet nobody answered me - I didnt have a chance to even enter They took my money but gave me no access to the property until 10pm which was way to late for what i agreed on
- Simeon (2/5): Very poor - Location is really convenient, has few busses that going to central for about 30-40 mins ride. On 7-8 mins walking its also a main tube station. Area surrounded by many food stores also First, landlord has never answered either mine or booking calls ( if you guys ever did, you been another reason im so much disappointed )
Second, upon checking in property was not clean
Next day i figured out that has no warm water
During the whole stay property was dead cold that leaded me to getting cold and spend one of my most miserable stays ever !!
Thank you booking , you just showed what u capable of !!!
- Sarah (6/5): Handy for event wouldn’t stay again though - Location, close to tube station- Dollis Hill. 2 stops from Wembley Hard to find as name of hotel nowhere on the building, no fire precautions. No hot water during whole stay so couldn’t use shower.
- Ross1973 (8/5): Lovely comfortable house - Lovely, clean house. Good kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Not far from the underground station (dollis hill) Couldn't get any hot water from the shower or the kitchen sink. I did tell the cleaners but they didn't no why
- Taiye (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (1/5): To be avoided. - Nothing Small, old, and dirty. Oversold as an apartment when it was merely a small bedroom in a house with a shared, small, dirty bathroom.
- Dawn (5/5): Passable -
- Faith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Benitha (2/5): Very poor - The kitchen was OK. The room was too small, and the bed and mattress were very poor quality.
- Duška (8/5): Very good -
- Drake (7/5): Good -
- Jimmy (9/5): Superb -
- Laura (7/5): Very good value for money - Comfortable bed, very reasonably priced. Close to Wembley station for a show and easy to get to/from central London. Felt like a safe area No real issues. Shared bathroom with 3 other rooms which is something to be mindful of.
- Mark (7/5): Good -
- Sameer (6/5): Pleasant - Stayed for 6 days, mostly there was no one so it was good. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean. Single Room was too small, no TV, no table just bed to sleep and mattress was uncomfortable. Internet connection kept dropping in the evenings.
- Ugnė (9/5): Superb - Everything was lovely, the personnel was helpful. Would definitely stay again.
- Roza (7/5): Was good but didn’t appreciate the fact they kept saying they will fix the Wi-Fi but never did - Location and cleaning supplies The Wi-Fi was not working four days .
I informed them since day one but they did not fix it .
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - Easy to find and very clean with good facilities. Bathroom was shared which means we had to cross our legs could do with a separate toilet but was clean and shower was good
- Rodriguez (7/5): I wouldn't recommend it - It was clean and modern There was not TV so it felt boring, the check out time is 10 in the morning while everywhere else is 11 or 12, there is not hand soup in the bathroom, the staircase hall is so narrow it was a nightmare to get the luggage upstairs, I tried to call the property on the numbers they provided but not answer, I was lucky not to have issues getting in with three codes to get in into the property.
- Sergejs (2/5): Terrible - Nothing Bad sleep because had room next to bathroom, people were taking showers at 4 am, 6 am etc. Could not find a property, even ended up calling booking.com. I was told that landlord attempted to call me but it is just lies. Was thing was that I ran out of charge waiting for the response.
In the some guy helped me to get it (was staying at same place). Literally terrible experience.
- Dally (8/5): Very good -
- Kengo (10/5): Nice - I haven't used it though, the kitchen wares were so nice. It'd be a big help for longer stayers. I found some rubbish down the window outside. It would be perfect without them.
- Aglae (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erwin (8/5): Very good -
- Chun (6/5): Pleasant - The price is extraordinary cheap when a private room is provided. The room was cramped and lack of facilities like mirror and chair. The desk was too small for work. Nonetheless, the bathroom ran out of hot water one day.
- Dale (9/5): Superb -
- Keith (7/5): Good -
