• Golding (1/5): WE DIDN'T STAY WE WERE SCAMMED ON ACCOMODATION NOT VERY IMPRESSED - If you check your records for this holiday, First of all the accomodation could not be found so we couldn't get any keys we had to book a flight home the next day so was out of pocket by having to book over night hotel for 3 and 3 flights to return home the only reimbersment was for the accomodation NOTHING FOR FLIGHTS AND NOTHING FOR OVERNIGHT HOTEL FEES IN TORREVIEJA IN OTHER WORDS WE WERE SCAMMED IWONDER IF THIS IS THE SORT OF READING YOU THINK YOUR OTHER CLIENTS WOULD BE VERY HAPPY READING WE WERE AT LEAST £900 OUT OF POCKET NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOOKING.COM I AWAIT A REPLY FROM YOU AND SOME REPAYMENT TOWARDS THE £900 I WON'T HOLD MY BREATH THOUGH AND I HOPE YOU PUBLISH THIS REPORT
• Fabrice (7/5): - Les chambres sont très bien, terrasse des étages belles également. Accès sécurisé, proche du centre et des plages Cuisine un peu petite pour 6 personnes , problème de wifi qui n’a pas été résolu pendant notre séjour ( dérangeant quand on a du travail à faire) et pas vraiment nickel quand on est arrivé ( toile d’araignée sur les pieds de chaises, et d’autres choses)

• Mónica (6/5): Estancia en Torrevieja - Lo que más me gustó fue el patio de la casa, se estaba muy agusto. Sería bueno indicar mejor la ubicación de recogida de las llaves, estuvimos media hora buscando. Sería recomendable el entregar dos juegos de llaves ya que para salir de la urbanización se necesita llave y si uno salía los demás se quedaban atrapados sin poder salir. Limita un poco los movimientos.
• Laurent (5/5): Logement de seconde catégorie - Calme -l’accès à l’hébergement non précis. -contact téléphonique avec une personne impossible. (Même en parlant l’Espagnol) -propreté dans une des salle de bains à revoir. (Ça pue)! -il faudrait prévoir un grand rafraîchissement. (Couleurs,lampes,..) -les fenêtres ne fermaient même plus,donc on entend le bruit de la N332 proche. -il manque beaucoup d’ampoules aux lustres. -certains interrupteurs ont besoins d’être changés. L’étendoir à linge extérieur n’est plus récent, à changer. -il faudrait investir dans un essuie de vaisselle (0,50€) -peux être laisser de quoi nettoyer, afin de laisser propre le sol. (Aspirateur,loque,seau…) -la rampe d’escaliers ne tient pas, pas sécurise !

• Gorrea (4/5): Ne recommande pas - La piscine, le parking , la clim Beaucoup de bruits, trou dans la porte, humidité au plafond, chaise cassée, vaisselle très sale, four cassé, pas d'espace dans le salon, une plaque induction qui ne fonctionne pas, pas assez des couverts

• Michael (8/5): Very good - big terrace, easy check in/out. good valle for money very minor things, like no towel for kitchen, only 1 set of keys. no big problem
