• Carol (9/5): Beautiful new hotel with very kind and friendly staff - Very new and clean The glass wall of the shower. When you used the bathroom during the night the low lights under sink area came on and it lit up the glass wall shining into the bed area

• William (7/5): Clean but important detail omitted - Premises were new and clean. This hotel's location was not exactly the most convenient, but we chose it as it had laundry service. However when we arrived, we were told that the laundry service was not on site (meaning they would send our laundry to somewhere else), PLUS it wouldn't be available during the weekends (we arrived on Friday evening!). So we had to travel into town to do the laundry ourselves, and spent Friday evening doing so. We would have appreciated if the hotel made clear these details in the hotel's posting.

Em frente ao shopping sai os ônibus para a cidade, pode pegar o trolleybus 1 ou o 9, deixa bem no centro da cidade. Salzburgo é uma cidade bem fácil de andar a pé, o centrinho é uma delícia. O hotel é muito bom e os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. Voltaremos!!!! Tudo perfeito

• Mirco (10/5): Stilvoller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel - Das The Passenger, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel überzeugt mit stilvollem Design, sehr freundlichem Service und einer perfekten Lage für einen Städtetrip. Besonders das moderne Ambiente und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Hafta sonu seyrekleşiyor. Europark alışveriş merkezi akşamları erken kapanıyor, Pazar tamamen kapalı. Otel gayet modern ve temiz. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İç oda almamıza rağmen oda tesis tarafından otomatik olarak upgrade edildi ve şehir içi ulaşım için ücretsiz kartlarımız tanımlandı. Kahvaltı ücreti konaklama için daha uygun olmalı.

A huge shout-out and a special thank you to Hamit, who took such incredible care of us. He was extremely accommodating and handled our last-minute requests with ease, making our experience feel seamless and personal. The location is fantastic for exploring Salzburg. It is within easy walking distance of public transport, including both buses and trams, which made getting around the city very simple. Additionally, having the Europark mall just a short walk away was a major plus, especially with its great food court options. While the hotel offers breakfast for an additional fee, we chose to skip it as we were heading out early for our daily plans, but it’s nice to have the option. We highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and top-notch hospitality. We will definitely be back! Paying for parking

What is also worth mentioning is that people should be informed in advance that parking is charged, and breakfast is as well. It would be nice if this information appeared before booking, or if there were a message from the hotel with these details, as it would be helpful.
• Nóra (9/5): Tiszta, kényelmes és közlekedésileg is megfelelő szálláshely - Kényelmes és kifejezetten tiszta szállás. Precíz napi takarítás. Kényelmes ágyat és nagy tálat adtak kedvencemnek. Maga a check-in is rugalmas volt. Az ott dolgozók készségesek voltak. A szoba kicsit szűkös volt, de ha csak alvásra maradunk, úgy kiváltképp tökéletes.
• Youri (6/5): Het was oke voor 2 nachten, ik zou het niet aanraden - Het was een goede plek voor doorreis en om bij het stadion te komen. Aardig personeel 2 nachten geweest, 1ste nacht wakker geschrokken van een kapotte airco die opeens heel hard geluid ging maken. 2de nacht een nieuwe (upgrade van de kamer, dat was goed geregeld) kamer gekregen maar ook daar een slecht werkende airco met raar geluid. Wel goed opgelost achteraf door de vriendelijke man bij de receptie. & parkeerkosten liggen vrij hoog (€25 per nacht).

• Corinna (6/5): Zum Schlafen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung zweckmäßig. - Das Bett war bequem. Die Dusche ist schön groß. Das Zimmer ist extrem klein, auch weil das Fenster verbaut ist. Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, da man nicht drankam. Parkgebühren sind sehr teuer.

• Marek (9/5): Krásny moderný hotel so super polohou - Krásny moderný hotel, útulne izby, čistota, ticho. Veľmi pohodlná posteľ. Milý personál. Poplatok za parkovanie 25 eur za noc mi vzhľadom na cenu ubytovania a žiadne možnosti verejného parkovania v okolí príde neprimeraný.
• Catwithahat (5/5): - Die Zimmer waren aber modern und sehr sauber. Es gibt keinen Teppichboden. Das Bad ist großräumig. Es gibt ordentliche Kissen. Obwohl das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn und in der Nähe des Flughafens ist hört man nichts. Das große Fenster war ein Highlight. Der Check in war unnötig kompliziert. Irgendwas hat wohl nicht so funktioniert. Es wurde so gut wie nichts kommuniziert. Rückfragen wurden nicht verstanden. Schade. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, alles ist sehr eng. Entweder war das Zimmer kleiner als 20m2 oder nur mit Bad so groß. Das Bett war mir viel zu hart.

• Lukas (6/5): Great Location and Breakfast, Ruined by Service Issues - The location is good, within walking distance of Salzburg Arena. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel itself, as well as the rooms, are quite new. The staff was completely incompetent. Both the check-in and check-out experiences were terrible. During check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €200 deposit, which is a very uncommon practice. In total, approximately €480 had already been placed on hold on my card. I don't recall ever being asked for such a deposit at a hotel before. The check-out process was also a complete disaster. I was asked to pay €280 again for the stay because the staff claimed I hadn't paid anything yet, even though €480 had already been authorized and was still on hold on my card. This would have brought the total to €760, which is completely unacceptable. refused to pay, explaining that they were already authorized to charge the amount and that the deposit should be refunded

• Josef (6/5): Hotel und Zimmer Top, Personal an der Rezeption Flop - Die Parksituation. Obwohl die Tiefgarage des Hotels so gut wie komplett leer war wurde uns gesagt, es sei ausgebucht, wir mussten in der daneben liegenden Tiefgarage parken. Auch am nächsten Morgen war die Tiefgarage leer. Weiters sollten wir unsere Kreditkarte mit 50 Euro belasten oder bar hinterlegen, weil wir sonst ohne zu bezahlen "abhauen könnten" wurde uns wortwörtlich an der Rezeption gesagt. Das Zimmer war aber bereits zuvor über Booking bezahlt. Kurz gesagt, das war sehr mühsam und unangenehm. Wir nächtigen oft in Hotels, da wir sehr viel reisen. Die Abbuchung geschieht in Minuten, nur bei der Rückerstattung dauert es auch mal 2 Wochen und muss natürlich auch kontrolliert werden. Ich empfinde es als unfaire Vorgangsweise da dies auch vor der Buchung nicht kommuniziert wurde.
