• Sonia (9/5): Pleasant apartment on outskirts of town - Spacious apartment with lovely modern bathroom and very comfortable bed A 30 minute walk to centre but the tram was 5 mins away so made use of this every day

• Tina (6/5): Florence is beautiful - The location is good. It would be helpful to know about the proximity of the tram to the apartment to plan arrival from the station. There was no comfortable seating on the balcony. The apartment is tired looking, needs updating. No coffee or tea even though it was expected.

• September (10/5): Nice, clean, large 2 bedroom apartment near the bus line - The owner met us at the property for a tour, which was helpful. The apartment was huge! it was tastefully decorated with marble throughout. The kitchen had the basics. It was on the third floor, but there is an elevator if you need it. the location was away from the center of things, but it was convenient to take the bus for 1,50 euros to anywhere in town (90 minute pass). It was slightly inconvenient to have to strip the linens from the beds and take an extra trip to take the trash down, since the cleaner would have to do that anyway, but not a big deal.

• Popa (6/5): Pleasant - The place is nice, large rooms, clean One day before leaving I got a mail telling me that we have to do various chores before we leave, otherwise we will be charged more money. These chores were never presented to me when I booked the room. These chores include recycling and taking out the garbage (even though they did no provide us with garbage bags), washing all the dishes, taking off the bed linen and towels and placing them in the bathroom. Also the kitchen is not very well equipped. They only had 1 blunt cutting knife, no detergent for washing the dishes manually
