• matthew (10/5): great area. good value. basic simple rooms with good wifi - awesome location. great value for money very slippery floors. but that's just being picky
• Harriet (4/5): Would not recommend, or call it a low budget bargain. - Location was good with local shopping centre, transportation and main arterial routes close by and the washing machine. Full size oven on gas. Condition of property and room, decor outdated and warped cabinetry, beds had springs poking our back, broken windows to main room, caged style outdoor area, hot water service not working-my partner had to fix so we could have a shower, washing machine fixed to hotwater tap and leaked, had to keep blinds drawn-lack of privacy, sound of other apartmenr doors closing echoed throughout room

• Deborah (10/5): Lovely 2 bed apartment ground floor. Great location and easily accessible - No stairs. Quote spacious and close to city and airport and walking distance to shops.

• David (6/5): Happy, would stay there again next time I intend to attend Perth stadium. - YGWYPF. Location was good - ideal for attending Optus stadium (25 min walk along river), shops nearby. Price was good compared to nearby options. Only gripes were that shower water was sometimes cold/luke warm, and we had some clothes stolen from the clothes airer on the enclosed patio area. Shower.

• Barb (2/5): AVOID THIS PLACE….. OLD & RUNDOWN—- - Proximity to where we needed to go Sheets were clean 1- All cooking pots & pans needed cleaning…. Disgusting , I just didn’t cook.. 2- I needed to wash glasses; plates; cutlery before use 3- cupboard doors were greasy 😏 something had been spilt on the sides of the lounges & dried on 4- the toilet seat is grotty, just old & stained 5- the bedroom blind fell off the loose fittings on day one ! so no bedroom blind for our stay . 6- ALL taps dripped 7- The floors were obviously cleaned only in the centre of the rooms—- around skirting boards & behind doors were caked with dust & dirt. 8- One of the bedroom windows had huge cracks, any slight force the window would have broken 9- Couldn’t open curtains in lounge-room as the rod easily slips off the bracket & it just wasn’t worth the hassle fixing it every time.. 10- No bath mat was supplied— we just used a spare towel 11- Not enough storage… I measly wardrobe with 4 hangers..in main bedroom— NO storage in other room, with no room for luggage …. I could keep on listing more……….there is so much THIS PLACE IS OLD & NEEDS A COMPLETE RENOVATION….. THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE DONE THINGS HAVE JUST BEEN LET GO … I COULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY, NOT EVEN FOR A NIGHT ! I DIDNT FEEL THAT SAFE , THE CARPARK LIT UP ALL NIGHT (WHICH SAYS A LOT)

• Matthew (1/5): Worst experience ever. Don’t recommend - Worst experience I have had with accommodation in my life. Was told that we would get the code for the lockbox that had the apartment keys in at 1:30pm. 1:30 came and no code. I messaged the accommodation through booking.com with no reply. Went to the accommodation to see if anyone could help us there and there was no one to help as it has an unmanned reception. Called the phone number that was listed for the accommodation which kept going to voicemail. Left a message but still no reply. This was a stressful experience as I had a toddler with me too. It got to 8pm at night when we finally gave up and had to try and find somewhere else to stay which we did. I messaged booking.com customer service and they were able to get me a refund and also extra credit on top of that for the experience we had. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
• Behtash (2/5): Cockroaches all around. Also not not very clean and dishes and pottery was greasy we had to wash. - Close to public transport station. Too much cockroaches around also no cooling system in the rooms. Was very hot at night.

• Sarah (8/5): Great - Location was good. Apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Was great having own washing machine. Host was great when he had to drive 30 mins to drop off key due to not being left in our lock box. Close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for couples or families Shower wasn't ideal for tall people and found water temp didn't stay consistent. Bedroom got very warm due to only the one air conditioner. Sadly, the other guests around us were not as quite in the stated quite times one was cooking at 6:45am which left our apartment smelling strongly of garlic not ideal when you wake up.

• Sally (7/5): This was a useful place to stay while visiting many friends in and around Perth. - We self-catered and this property was located in a quiet suburb not far from the city. The property is in need of repair in several places.
