- De’arne (5/5): Pretty ordinary - Location Fridge freezer was so frozen over that the fridge was not working properly, any meals that we had leftover from the previous night had to be thrown out as they were not stored at or below a safe temperature. A fridge is a basic necessity and we could not utilise it. Strong chemical smell in lounge area, as if a spray had been used to mask a previous bad smell, so strong that we couldn't utilise the lounge area and had to have a window open whenever we were at the property. Bathroom light was blown. Bed is not level, we had to put the extra pillows under the mattress to help level it up, it honestly felt as if the mattress at the head of the bed was 6 inches lower than the foot end of the bed. Maybe the owners should stay there occasionally to keep up to date with any maintenance that the property may need. The location and that it is pet friendly were the only things that the place had going for it.
