• Louise (7/5): Nice property but let down by property management - The views from the balcony and terrace were great. The outside furniture was plentiful and of a good quality. The coffee machine was a welcome addition although we had to Google an instruction manual. Poor communication. We were left waiting outside to gain entry to the property for 25 mins after the agreed time (40 mins in total as we were there early). This was despite arranging the time in advance through booking.com and ringing as we left the airport as instructed. When I rang to check where she was / if I was in the right spot the lady was quite abrupt and said “wait ten minutes”. No apology or explanation on the phone or once she arrived. The shutter blind was stuck halfway in the twin room meaning that you couldn’t get privacy in the day - anyone out on the balcony could see you dressing or sleeping, and during the night we were disturbed by street lights/the sun coming up. Also only one set of keys was given for four adults which was difficult. The button to open the external gate was also broken so you had to go down every time to let someone in or out. We were promised an extra set of keys but they never materialised. We also were promised that someone would come to fix the shutters. but again we were let down. We received a voice message via WhatsApp on day two saying they would ring 20-30 minutes before they arrived to drop the second set of keys off / look at the shutters. This meant we had to stay close to the property and disrupted our day but no one rang or turned up. After reporting that the keys didn’t get dropped off by the cleaner and no one had been about the shutters my WhatsApp messages were ignored. I felt it was a poor service by the property management lady. She was quite abrupt, didn’t offer any apologies for keeping us waiting, and did nothing to resolve the problems. I wouldn’t book with them again.

• Tracey (9/5): Beautiful views and good location - Well equipped apartment , very clean with comfortable beds. Located for easy access to shops, restaurants and for travel to other areas. Beautiful views across the marina, and the whole area from the solarium. Only criticism we have is that the stairs which lead up to the solarium have no hand rail , which make them quite precarious to climb up and down, this is a shame as the views up there are amazing.
