• Graham (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, tho some things need updating, but for us, good value for money - The location is great, easy to use trams and buses, felt safe getting to and from the property, this is our 2nd visit, would stay again if we get the chance, thanks The bed was too large for the room, only 200mm between wardrobe and bed, only outdoor chair was broken, couldn't sit on balcony, the cutlery needed replacing, it's very thin, one drying rack was broken

Needs Outdoor furniture Will stay again as the staff were so accommodating. When we told them about broken cloths rack, they replaced it. Asap. Washing machine and dryer.

• Tracey (4/5): Very disappointing. - Location was great Lacking in TLC. No internet. Constant Vibration in the wall of bedroom, windows not double glazed and outdoor DJ at The Island across the road was really loud. No coat hangers, no tissues. Just wasn’t comfortable.

• Baubak (5/5): BYO Everything or stay somewhere else if comfort is what you want. - Good central location with secure underground parking included on-site Bare minimum toiletries (one sample size bottle of shampoo, conditioner, soap provided for a 4 night stay). Only one set of towels and sheets for a self-serviced apartment. No hangers in bedroom. Wifi didn’t work. Water pressure in shower was extremely low. Very noisy on a Friday/Saturday night (but that’s expected with the location). Balcony furniture was broken. Dead/live bugs in apartment and bed upon arrival. Out of hours check in procedure requires a lot of third party identity checks on website external to Booking or Coastal Letting websites.

• Sage (3/5): Poor - The only good thing about the property is the location. It was dirty. The aircon made so much noise you couldn’t have it on for long. Shower door was broken and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The service was terrible, the lady who organised my stay was so rude and made it uncomfortable from the start.
