• Fernando (9/5): Base estupenda para visitar la ciudad - Bien ubicado con el metro en la puerta, 2 líneas de tranvía y 4 de bus a 50 metros. Hay cafeterías, supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Camas cómodas pero almohadas no tanto. Buen baño y buena cocina. Habitaciones enormes. Si llegas fuera de hora es dificultoso el acceso al portal del edificio. Almohadas incómodas. Las ventanas no aislan y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Es necesario que le echen aceite a las bisagras de las puertas, chirrían todas y por la noche se escuchan mucho.
• Josefina (10/5): - Hermoso departamento. Bien organizado el self check in y muy resolutivos quienes te atienden.
• Leslie (9/5): Excelente - Excelente ubicación, muy espacioso y trato amable por parte del personal. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario lo que hizo muy cómoda la estadía. Recomiendo! El tren está justo en frente así que se oye bastante, y una de las persianas de la habitación principal deja entrar mucha luz por la mañana, pero por lo demás todo está perfecto y quedamos muy contentos, gracias
• Todor (5/5): Very noisy. - Location. Very noisy. There is no chance for normal sleep because of awful noise from outside traffic day and night. There is no information about that. The staff told me the day before check in , that will arange storage for the bags until check in but this is not happening, even not contact for that. Another one was that the cleaning of the facilities was not completed when we arrive and must waiting 45 minutes.

• Francisco J. (8/5): Buena ubicación en Roma - La ubicación, la cercanía de la parada de metro, tranvía y buses. La dueña del alojamiento se puso en contacto con nosotros porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos puso uno portátil que enfriaba bastante bien. Fue bastante atenta en todo lo que necesitamos. - El olor a cañería en el pasillo (entre el dormitorio y el baño). - El ruido del aire acondicionado.
• Emanuel (9/5): Buena experiencia en Rafael House - La ubicación es muy buena, a pocas cuadras del coliseo. Las instalaciones son de facil acceso y muy cómodas hasta para 5 persona. El anfitrion muy atento. El ascensor es muy viejo y pequeño, utilizamos las escaleras siempre.
• ALESSIA (10/5): Consigliatissimo! - Appartamento molto grande, pulito e in ottime condizioni. La disponibilità a farci lasciare i bagagli in un'altra struttura fino al check in. Vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto pubblici subito fuori casa e a due fermate da stazione Termini. Il rumore dei condizionatori nelle stanze
• Zsolt (1/5): Bad - Location although It was very close to Metro station it was very loudly old tramcars and sirens all night It was extremely cold in both off the rooms There were two convectors ,but every time were both working the fuse was blowing It was a nightmare,but It was New Year Eve...Were else to go..We were also asked to pay 250.€ Warranty!(never had this on booking.com)We called booking.com and told them,but there answerwas just an apology Last day hot water was shut down and we were put to clean very well evething Never go there...
• Cleison (9/5): Good located and fair price - The apartment was very well located close to the underground station and bus stop around. By the price, it was more than I expected. As we arrived earlier in Rome, it was difficult to find places to leave the bags. The place that was offered by the host it hasn't clear instructions on how to leave the stuff.
