Abbiamo avuto qualche problema per riuscire a contattare il servizio clienti. Ci ho messo 30 minuti prima di poter entrare in appartamento

• Isabel (10/5): - This is my favorite place to stay and affordable I will stay here again . It’s so peace full and aesthetically pleasing . Please don’t up the prices! It was only me and my little girl, but there’s three bedrooms and living room
• Rajesh (8/5): Amazing place but let down by service. - Location. It is located very centrally with everything within 5 mins walk, supermarkets, trolley stop and metro station. Most tourist attractions were within 20 mins drive. space- the apartment is quite spacious with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, diner and lounge open plan, two toilets and a large balcony with fantastic view of Miami downtown. One toilet was temperamental and didn’t work most of the time despite a visit by handyman. The other toilet got blocked on last night leaving us without toilet. Staff said they do not have emergency service which was inhumane specially when we had two babies with us. There was no manual or instructions to operate the appliances, not even WiFi password written anywhere. Service was very poor and slow. We wasted time waiting for the keys and repair of the toilet.
• Gutierrez (10/5): Overall, we were very happy about the location - Great location, close to shopping mall, convenience store, pharmacy, easy access to HWY, and to Brightline train station. The apartment needs a deep cleaning, there were hair in both washrooms, dirty floors, balcony also dirty.
• Laura (5/5): Decent value but nothing exceptional. - Building and apartment fairly new and parking included in rate. Spacious apartment, sufficient for 4-5 people if you don't mind sleeping on a pull out couch which was in the third bedroom. The checkin process was not clear. Very difficult to reach the host and they were not responsive. Very very bare apartment with only beds and a few kitchen utensils. We only received one towel per guest and when asked for more it took more than 24 hours to respond. Location is okay, short distance to some restaurants but nothing spectacular. Nice view of the city. Only one key provided for apartment and you need a special key to exit parking garage so please make sure that you first go to apartment, get the keys and then park your car. Again this was not clear by the front desk or anywhere on the checkin instructions. We had to walk the stairs to desk and then apartment and back to parking. So we waisted almost an hour for just checkin. this process and customer service can definitely improve.
