- Jose Manuel (7/5): - El pueblo, el Royo, es un pueblo miu bonito para pasear y está cerca de Soria y de otros sitios chulos. La casa es grande y está muy bien aclimatada. Los dueños muy amables. La casa con muy poco esfuerzo podría ser más bonita y cómoda, da la sensación que han ido trayendo muebles viejos y los han ido metiendo en la casa. Sintiéndolo mucho si tuviera que volver buscaría otra casa en el mismo pueblo. Es la opinión general de los 7 que fuimos.

- Alejandro (10/5): - Limpieza,. Buenos colchones, buena calefacción. Una casa muy acogedora Me gustó todo, se echa en falta, poder encender chimenea, entiendo al ser casa rústica con mucha madera en techos, el riesgo que conlleva, somos poco conscientes del serio riesgo de incendio.
