• Miriam (3/5): - • Lage, direkt gegenüber dem EuropaPark Hotel "Bell Rock" • Lidl & Edeka unmittelbar ums Eck als auch Restaurants • Rezeption ab 12 Uhr besetzt • egal wo man parkt, es wird immer eine Gebühr verlangt • beim Check-in wurden wir informiert das (wortwörtlich) "Problemen mit dem Personal" für unseren ersten morgen kein Frühstück möglich sei • in unserem Zimmer Ebene 2 löste sich die Tapete an diversen Stellen, der Vorhang war ausgerissen, Möbel teils stark zerschlissen (Kratzer, Applatzungen, TV-Bord Schliesse ausgebrochen, selbst das WC war zerkratzt), Bett ohne Lattenrost, Bettwäsche besteht aus einfachen dünnem Bettzug und Inletts bereits klumpig. Wir hatten drei Kleiderbügel welche aus dünnstem einfachstem Plastik bestanden und sich unter dem Gewicht der Winterjacken verbogen. • Lüftung im Bad war irrsinnig laut, beim Duschen tritt Wasser aus der Dusche, so gut wie keine Ablagemöglichkeit, Duschtücher waren nicht richtig gereinigt, am Spiegel Zahnpastareste vom vorherigen Gast, Fußbodenheizung nicht funktionisfähig, einfachste Materialen welche verbaut wurden • wir waren sehr enttäuscht das die vielen kritischen Bewertungen der Realität entsprechen

Bonjour l’hôtel ne proposait pas de petit déjeuner, Pas de frigo dans ma chambre j’ai demandé à la réception qui mon dit qu’ils allez faire le nécessaire et rien n’a était fait de leurs parts. En ce qui concerne l’hygiène ce n’était pas le top. Je ne retournerai plus dans cette endroit.

• ALTER1999 (4/5): - Die Sauberkeit ist im Zimmer wie auch im Restaurant und Barbereich hervorragend gegeben. Die Servicekräft sind wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Cocktails waren ein Hit. Die Dusche an sich ist enttäuschend. Das Holzbrett hat seine beste Tage hinter sich ist stark verkalkt und leichte Anzeichen von Schimmel ist schon zu sehen. Die Dusch Ränder sind schon verrostet das erkennt man an der Rosthaltige orange Farbe. Das Bett ist eher unbequem und die Kissen sind eher nicht der Hit. Also kurz gesagt ein angnehmer Schlafkomfort ist nicht gegeben.

Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte etwas freundlicher sein und das Zimmer war kalt, zum schlafen okey aber zum Duschen unangenehm. Das Restaurant Fenix ist hübsch eingerichtet aber es war sehr laut, mann konnte sich kaum unterhalten.

• Mary (9/5): Hyat Sky, Rust - This hotel is ideally situated for visits to Europa Park. It's a 15 minute walk each morning and you can leave the park at the end of the day through their hotels, which are situated opposite the Hayat Sky Hotel. It's just around the corner from two supermarkets. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooftop restaurant and bar have wonderful views, the cocktails are superb, the food is fantastic and the staff can't do enough for you. The reception area is only manned from 3 pm until 10 pm each day. However, you can contact them before arriving to make arrangements to leave your luggage for early arrivals.

The issues we encountered were mostly minor details, bu - The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide and fresh selection. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were kindly allowed to check in, which we appreciated. However, several issues affected our stay. There was no running water at first, no hotel slippers, and the bed was noticeably firm. In the bathroom, basic amenities such as cups or holders for toothbrushes were missing. The shower was also problematic — it was nearly impossible to use it without flooding the entire bathroom floor. We ended up placing towels on the ground to prevent the water from spreading outside the bathroom area.

Manque de personnel à l’accueil, et nous avons pris une formule avec petit déjeuner. Le deuxième jour nous avons voulu y aller à 10h15 et nous nous sommes retrouvés portes closes. Alors que ça devait être servis jusqu’à 10h30. Nous avons payé pour rien. Franchement très déçue.. De plus, comme le personnel a la réception commence à midi. Nous avons du partir et perdu le petit déjeuner payé dans le vent.. j’y retournerai pas… la literie mérite d’être remplacée, un mal de dos pas possible au réveil..

• Kim (8/5): Super fijn hotel! Ligging, service en faciliteiten waren perfect! - Dichtbij het Europapark, kon via het hotel gratis parkeren bij het park. Hotel is netjes, kan lekker eten en borrelen in het Fenix restaurant op de bovenste verdieping. Kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Het matras van het bed was wel echt heel erg hard. Daardoor minder goed geslapen en uit kunnen rusten. Ik miste ook wel een kast om kleding op te hangen/ruimen.

• SteffWo (7/5): - Super Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt nebenan. 20-30 Minuten entspannter Fußweg zum Europapark und Rulantica. Frühstück ist super. Für eine oder zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wirklich alles. Die Halbe Nacht sehr laute Geräusche wie Möbel schieben oder große Menschengruppen die aus dem Restaurant kommen. Das Zimmer war OK aber es gab viele renovierungsbedürftige Stellen und unter der Matratze lag nur eine kaputte Sperrholzplatte als "Lattenrost".

Le restaurant est bon et très beau, il faut penser à réserver si vous voulez manger dans les dômes Nous étions au 1er étage, aucun souci de bruit. Je recommande cet hôtel Les rideaux manquent d'opacité Tapis de la salle de bain taché en arrivant mais changé le 2eme jour. Il y a une mauvaise évacuation d'eau de l'évier.. dès que nous nous lavons les mains ou plus cela se bouche très rapidement et l'eau stagne.. Manque peut être une porte de douche ou un rideau pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout (même en faisant très attention)

Bedden te hard. Schuiven met stoelen in het restaurant op de derde verdieping is duidelijk te horen op de eerste verdieping

Le petit déjeuner à €18.00 était tout simplement immangeable nous sommes arrivés à 9:45 alors que le buffet fermait à 10.30 pour trouver deux misérables pancakes secs deux choix de céréales sucrées du jambon qui ressemblait à du plastique du fromage idem qui était insipide et ressemblait à du plastique des jus de fruits industriels et sucrés. Cela ne valait absolument pas €18.00 Par personne. Les draps de notre chambre étaient tachés propres mais avec des taches.

• Bernd (5/5): Zu wenig fürs Geld - Super Lage am Europapark Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles ist schon etwas abgenutzt. Frühstück war recht lieblos und ohne Geschmack. Nichts besonderes, was man für das Geld erwarten darf.

Le personnel du restaurant, bar, pas agréable. Nous avions choisi l'hôtel notamment pour le sky bar, malheureusement les bulles extérieures sont réservées uniquement pour des diners raclette. Etablissement très cher pour le niveau de qualité. Mini bar vide. Nous avons du acheter au bar nos bouteilles d'eau pour la nuit. Mobiliers qui à mal vieillit.

The location of the hotel is particularly commendable. The shops next to the hotel are wonderful and the breakfast in the morning is particularly commendable.9
