• Giacomo (8/5): Esperienza gradevole. - L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, ci sono le cose essenziali per cucinare, ci sono dei prodotti per pulire, c’è l’aspirapolvere. L’appartamento si trova abbastanza vicino alla metro per andare in centro, vicino ci sono tanti negozi. C’è una terrazza dove prendere un po’ d’aria. La tv si può collegare con una fire stick che ti porti tu. Alcuni utensili al nostro arrivo erano usurati, tipo la padella antiaderente. Il miscelatore della doccia non funziona correttamente. Bisogna portarsi il kit di lenzuola per dormire perché non c’è, inoltre consiglio ai futuri ospiti di portarsi tutti gli extra come se dovessi andare in un appartamento vuoto con solo l’essenziale. L’esterno della struttura non si presenta bene ma l’interno dell’appartamento è carino.

I am referring strictly to the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment. The radiator in the living room/kitchen does not work, not to mention that all the radiators are dirty and full of dust. The bathroom sink is clogged. The bathtub is very dirty; the first time I stepped in, my feet stuck to it. The extra bed linen in the wardrobes smells bad. The kitchen is very dirty. The bathrooms are dirty. It is a neglected apartment.
• Viktoria (10/5): Cozy flat - The apartment is clean and comfortable. There is a very large terrace. The apartment has everything you need to cook your own food. There's also vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and baking paper. You'll feel right at home. The TV remote works really badly. But that's not a big problem. And there were no coffee capsules. But I had my coffee with me. But that issue is also solvable.

• Natalia (8/5): In general, everything is great. - Spacious and comfortable apartment. In the warm season it would be great to spend time on the terrace. Very cool that you can bring a dog. There was no hairdryer. Broken shower holder.

• Cadogan (8/5): Sort out a couple of small issues and this place could be great 👌🏼 - It was warm and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Apart from a few small issues we were happy with the place 😁👍🏼 The wi-fi kept dropping out. Rebooted the router twice but still not good. The bathroom shower head fitting was broken. I did message and you said you'd be round to fix it but didn't turn up. The main living room light made a fizzing noise then went off. I turned the light switch off then on, then the light came back on.
• Ellen (8/5): Very comfortable, spacious apartment with fantastic outdoor space - Fantastic value. The apartment was a good size and the large terrace space in a city location was amazing. The large opening terrace doors, windows in bedroom and ceiling fans meant that we could keep cool which was important for us when booking. There was a lift to take us all the way up to the apartment which is not always guaranteed with apartments so I thought I would mention it. There are some good bakeries down the road which didn’t show up on a Google search for coffee shops but we’d recommend for breakfast eat in or takeaway. Trams nearby will take you into town easily. Parking is an expensive issue for most central accommodation so this is not unique to the apartment. The staff recommended parking which was only 10 euro per 24 hours but a bit further away. We used public transport to get from there which was straightforward but could be walked.
