• Claudia (9/5): Hospitalidad cálida y fiel a lo ofrecido en la app - La amabilidad de Ximena y Francisco hizo muy grata la estadía desde la recogida en el aeropuerto. El espacio estaba limpio, las camas eran cómodas y las fotos de la cabaña en la app correspondían fielmente a la realidad. La información que nos entregaron fue clara, útil y práctica durante toda la estancia. Además, la guía recomendada, Mahina, destacó por su generosidad al compartir sus conocimientos y mirada sobre su cultura y tierra. Lo más negativo fue la experiencia con el servicio local de taxis: los tiempos de recogida fueron excesivos y, además, las tarifas aumentaron durante los trayectos, aprovechando la escasa competencia disponible. Lamentablemente, eso empaña al final una estadía que por lo demás fue muy grata. Sería recomendable que las cabañas incorporaran en el precio no solo el traslado de llegada, sino también el de salida hacia el aeropuerto.

• Dania (9/5): - Cabaña privada, bien equipada en cocina, baño , además muy limpio todo. No está mal pero si queda lejos del centro , por lo que hay que caminar bastante o arrendar auto para mas comodidad.

• Tarun (3/5): Unhygienic and poor location - I was very disappointed with the condition of this property. Upon arrival, it was clear that basic hygiene and maintenance standards were not met.The kitchen utensils were left unclean, making the kitchen unusable without a deep wash. Furthermore, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor throughout the main room and the bathroom that made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bathroom shower-head holder was broken, making it difficult to even take a proper shower. For the price paid, I expected a clean and functional space. I would not recommend staying here until the management addresses these ongoing issues with their cleaning crew and maintenance team. It is away from the city centre as well which makes it difficult to commute without your own vehicle. Taxi will cost additional each time.

• Hidalgo (10/5): super buenas cabañas, recomendables! - La maravillosa vista, todo acogedor, muy amables el anfitrión, todo bien puesto dentro de las habitaciones, como familia fue una experiencia muy buena estar aquí. En realidad, supero nuestras expectativas, y no hay nada malo que decir.

• Claudia (9/5): - Der schöne Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen. Es war ruhig, aber zu Fuß schon etwas weiter entfernt vom Ort. Die Betreiber Ximena und Francisco sind unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir konnten für zwei Tage ihr Auto mieten und hatten einen kostenlosen Shuttle von und zum Flughafen. Wir haben meist selbst gekocht und fanden an Utensilien alles vor was man so braucht, auch Öl und Salz.

• Yanko (3/5): Разочаровани - Посрещане на летището и транспорт до хотела на 4км разстояние от летището В стаята имаше диспенсър за питейна вода, в който при настаняването ни имаше около литър вода. На следващия ден съобщихме че е свършила и помолихме да ни заредят. Отговора беше че водата от чешмата е питейна и че ако искаме бутилирана ще трябва да я платим. Поисках да ни доставят срещу заплащане, защото магазините са на над 2,5км разстояние в едната посока. Не последва отговор. Бяхме запазили 3 нощувки, които платихме при пристигането си. В 8:30ч. след втората нощувка получихме съобщение в Букинг, че "скоро трябва да се разделим, да почистим, да изхвърлим боклука и да напуснем помещението до 10ч" Отговорих че са минали 2 нощувки и трябва да напускаме на следващия ден. Последва отговор, че съобщението е автоматично от букинг. След това помолихме за транспорт до летището на следващия ден и дали има възможност за по-късен чекаут, защото полета ни е от 16:50ч след обед. Също не последва никакъв отговор. На следващия ден с багажа и в прахоляка потеглихме към 10:00 ч. за летището, което се намира на 4,1км. По пътя седнахме да обядваме и в 12:16ч получихме съобщение "Напуснахте ли вече? Напускането беше до 10:30". Отговорих че сме напуснали още в 10:00ч. Освен това в къщата беше много задушно и топло. Имаше вентилатор, който беше толкова мръсен, че не се усещаше да духа. На втория ден се наложи да го разглобя и да го измия, за да има някакво движение на въздух. Пода беше доста мръсен и като направим няколко крачки, краката ни почерняваха. Топлата вода в банята непрекъснато се променяше от гореща до студена и обратното. Закачалката на душа беше счупена и трябваше да го държим в ръка. Мивката в кухненската част имаше ръжда, а уж питейната вода имаше силен неприятен вкус.

• Maria (10/5): El lugar es muy lindo .mucha naturaleza,muchas flores,las cabañas grandes y cómodas ,limpias - Lindo paisaje e instalaciones,todo impecable
• Felipe (6/5): Bueno, pero mejorable - La ubicación buenisima. Sitio cómodo, cama muy agradable para dormir. LQuienes nos recibieron fueron sumamente amables y atentos. Lamentablemente el internet funcionaba muy mal, y aunque suele haber intermitencias en la isla, la habitación tenía señal de wifi únicamente en la ventana junto a la mesa. Una de las razones por la que escogimos el lugar era por “el internet de alta velocidad. Adicionalmente, y sabiendo que es un problema general en la isla, creo que se debe buscar alguna estrategia para evitar la gran cantidad de baratas en la habitación.

• Manuel (9/5): - El entorno de las cabañas, amplio jardin y todo verde lleno de flores, a pasos del Tahai, pero un poco lejos del centro. El piso se junta un poco de tierra, quiza poner mejores limpia pies o trapero para limpiarse. falta ordenar el tema de cubiertos.
• Patricia (10/5): Luz para que brillen más aún - Todo , muy acogedores, atentos, buena ubicación, hermoso entorno de la cabaña, a pasos del mar y lugares para visitar. Tal vez, iluminación al llegar al recinto, en auto o a pie, sugerencia, tal vez unos focos con sensor de movimiento y que sean solares, ayudaría mucho.
• Karen (8/5): Acogedora - Quiero destacar la hospitalidad de los anfitriones, siempre fueron muy amables, nos fueron a recoger al aeropuerto, nos dieron recomendaciones para conocer en la isla, siempre tuvieron una buena disposición y atentos a lo que necesitáramos. Ademas las cabañas estaban super limpias y ordenadas y el wifi anda super bien. Están un poco alejadas del centro (a unos 30 min caminando)
• Romain (7/5): - The people were very nice and helpful. The location is great, a bit outside of town but a nice walk to Tahai along the coast. There was no water in the kitchen up until our last day out of 5. It could use some deep cleaning. The light switches for example have a lot of gunk build up and the bathroom could use some renovation.

• emanuela (6/5): - Camera spaziosa, con 3 letti e una zona giorno (non separata dalla camera, ma ben vivibile, che ci ha permesso di consumare le colazioni e un pranzo). Anche lo spazio esterno è semplice ma grazioso. Il proprietario è molto ospitale e disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in una zona un po' isolata dell'isola (che avevamo scelto di proposito avendo affittato la macchina) per essere lontana dal traffico e dai rumori del paesino di Hanga Roa La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare. Cucina e bagno sono vecchi, ma potrebbero essere tenuti meglio in ogni caso. Non davano la sensazione di pulito.

• Elisabet (10/5): Maravillosas vacaciones y desconexión total - Nos gustó todo. Cabaña totalmente equipada, limpia, luminosa. Camas muy cómodas. Baño privado espacioso. Cocina equipada, lavalozas, fosforos, bolsas para la basura incluidas. Agua en botella disponible. Wi fi excelente, aunque ni ocupamos internet salvo para lo justo. El lugar hermoso. Don Miguel muy atento, amable. Nos arrendo un auto, fue nuestro guía, nos contó historias maravillosas de su niñez en la Isla. Muy muy agradecidos y sin duda volveremos. Nos gustó todo.
• mikazuki (10/5): Una estadia Familiar inolvidable. - Miguel, el dueño, nos fue a buscar y dejar al aeropuerto. Un excelente anfitrión, fue nuestro guía durante todo el viaje, con él puedes contratar su servicio de tour. De trato muy amable, nos entregó todos los datos necesarios para tener una excelente estadía. Muy recomendado!

• Jonathan (8/5): - Lugar tranquilo, Miguel muy servicial, cerca de Ahu Tahai que es el mejor spot para los atardeceres y del último Moai, cabaña amplia, con todo lo necesario
• Dione (8/5): Muy acogedor, tranquilo y relajante. - La cabaña tiene de todo, esta bien equipada y el jardín es precioso. Esta cerca del último moai. Don miguel es muy servicial y nos apoyó en nuestro viaje. El cable de la tv no funcionaba tan bien, y por ende la tv se veía con poca claridad. Habían solo 3 colgadores de ropa en el closet y uno de ellos estaba roto.
