We were stranded for 3 hours outside the apartment until midnight until one stranger helped us. Even that take too long! I felt scammed most of the part. The toilet has bad drainage system. Scam place!

• Francesca (8/5): Milano comoda - Comodo per arrivare dalla stazione centrale. Pulito e confortevole. Stanze nuove e dotate di tutti i servizi. Checkin facilissimo. Dimensioni un po' ridotte soggiornando in 4, ma per una notte va benissimo. Condominio da sistemare un po'.
• Francesca (8/5): Per fare tappa a Milano - Siamo ritornati in questo alloggio per la comodità della zona e la facilità di checkin, (possibile farlo un autonomia anche a tarda serata). Ben arredato e con molti servizi. Zona comodissima a pochi passi dalla stazione. Edificio da rimodernare e rendere più accogliente. Il soggiorno con divano letto diventa un po' piccolo se si soggiorna in 4.

• Siobhan (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable, close to the train station and had some restaurants nearby. They provide detailed explanation on how to get in (including photos) and this was great. Washing machine provided but not much hanging space. The shower water goes everywhere because there is no shower curtain or door. Not much hanging space for washing but otherwise great stay. Tight fit for 4 adults but it worked.
• Stefan (9/5): Perfectly convenient stay for train travel, and a very nice apartment - This was the perfect location for convenience to the train station. We only stayed for one night, but found the process of getting in and out and using the in-unit laundry so convenient that it worked perfectly for that purpose. It also could have been comfortable for staying several days, especially if there were only two of us. We appreciated that the sofa bed was already made for our children. It does take up most of the living room so if you were staying for longer while using the sofa bed you'd want to put it away in the day. The dining table was comfortable for the four of us and the kitchen appliances are quite nice. The bathroom is very nice, and all linens and toiletries are provided (including laundry and dish detergent and dish soap.) The building itself is so-so, and the apartment is deep in a maze of hallways. The apartment feels much more modern and clean than the rest of the building.
• Isabella (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED - The flat was dirty. There was dust everywhere, and the walls were dirty and not painted. It was not comfortable. The bathroom was new, but when I took a shower, water went all over the floor and into the hallway. I have photos, and I told the host straight away. The towels smelled strongly of vinegar. Even though it’s close to the train station, I do not recommend this place.
• Jaz (6/5): Great location close to train, basic accomodation - Location to the station is very close, a short walk. Very small apartment, bed is not comfortable and the floors need a really good clean. There were mosquitos in the room! This was our second stay here and mozzies again - I have no idea how they were getting in as the windows are closed.

• Jazmin (7/5): Close to station, standard accommodation - Location is very close to the train station. Difficult to find as it’s in a hotel building but not apart of that hotel however the contact is good and easy to deal with. The apartment has a good layout, needs a good clean though.

Messages about check-in were in English, but further communication was in Italian, which made it a bit difficult to ask follow-up questions.
