Uli (8/5): Its a pleasant stay and wil be back someday - The property is clean and complete however the dryer is broken but they provide cloth rack.
Judith (5/5): Great location . Disappointing apartment tired - The location was great although it was on a busy road with traffic noise . The apartment was spacious. Abd had a good washing machine and drier . The apartment was not clean. It felt very uncared for . There was mould in the bathroom , there were no facilities to make coffee ( plunger) . Oil dripped from the range hood onto the stove top And the double doors to the outside front would not open. A packet of Tim tams was left but no tea coffee milk or anything else except left over bread from a previous tenant in the freezer . The sofa was not the one in the picture and felt dirty and worn . A bond of $A500 was taken out two weeks before our stay and refunded a week after but due to exchange rate it was not fully refunded although they said it would be . The apartment had great potential if some new furniture and a good clean
