• Axana (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer haben sehr gute Beschreibung mit Bilder für den Weg zur Wohnung sowie die Codes für die Haustür geschickt. Die Schlafzimmerfenster gehen zu einer Einkaufsstraße mit mehreren Cafés und Restaurants. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt ein Problem, die Straße ist sehr laut.

• Mauceri (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, appartamento pulito e accogliente, Abbastanza tranquillo e silenzioso ,nonostante la camera da letto si affaccia direttamente in via Sarpi, abbiamo dormito benissimo!! Ci torneremo!

• Julia (1/5): Terrible host - The flat is lovely, really artsy, great sofa and lovely ambiance The owner did not disclose that there are full blown building renovations right outside the door, it was impossible to stay in the flat or sleep in in the morning. Workmen were right outside the door, drilling, talking and because the walls are leaf thin it felt that they are talking in your ear. Everything was covered in building dust. It was freezing , the chap was all about economy so it actually felt warmer outside than indoors. He did switch the heating on for 1h at 5 till around 6:30 and then as he concluded the radiators are warm , but it’s an old building so as soon as the heating was off it was so freezing my mum could not even take a shower. I can understand that some things need to happen when it comes to renovation but I rather not pay for it with my holiday.

• PatriSino (10/5): Casa muy acogedora en pleno chinatown - Casa muy entrañable y cómoda. Resultaba muy acogedora y no le faltaba de nada. Chinatown no es el barrio mejor comunicado del mundo... Nos ha tocado andar bastante.

• Nikola (5/5): - The location is nice and the apartment is clean and comfortable. They change the check in hour at the last moment and we have to stay on street. Also it would be good to inform us there were construction work in the building and it would be noisy at the morning. It was cold in the apartment also.

• Viktorie (4/5): Warm, mosquitoes and sweat. I don’t recommend to stay here in summer - Flat is very nicely furnished, kitchen is very well equipped It’s totally not made for summer. There is no air conditioning but that we knew. But we didn’t know, that the flat feels warmer than outside even with open window and front door. There are no nets against mosquitoes and the neighborhood is loud whole night until morning. So you cannot sleep because there is so much noise, you are sweating a lot, mosquitoes are eating you, you cannot close windows because it’s so warm inside. And there is just one fan, what is half broke so it’s not turning. We had earplugs, but it was still loud.. nothing really help, we didn’t sleep a lot that whole stay. I don’t recommend this flat during summer days.. we were so exhausted after our stay.
• Ziemowit (1/5): Horrible experience, completely ruined our stay in Milano - Nothing really, it was to uncomfortable to focus on liking something. It was extremely dark and hot inside the apartment. It was impossible to stay during the day and impossible to fall asleep due to hotness. We tried to open windows but it was extremely loud outside and there were no mosquito nets. There was only one small fan for two rooms. Host refused to get another one, so we left in the middle of the night to look for another hotel. Host also refused to give us any refund and claimed it was our fault that we haven’t noticed there was no air conditioning. This experience ruined our stay in Milan.

• Sassy (9/5): Great place for short stay in the center of Chinatown. - The apartment is located in the heart of Milanese Chinatown. There are plenty of nice restaurants around (not only Asian). The tram stop is only 5 minutes walk. It's easy to access and the area feels safe. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. Perfect for 3-4 people. Everything was nice.

• Freddy (7/5): Excellent location and good communication with the tenant. - I liked the location of the apartment, very central and close to everything, also how easy it was to get there and to communicate with the tenant. I didn't like it, the heating didn't work very well, it only heated the dining room, the shower door didn't work well and there are noises in the apartment that are there all day, I don't know where they come from,

• Dimitrios (7/5): Good - Cozy apartment in a good location. Full of the belongings of the previous tenant for some reason. One member of the group lost a charm in the room, contacted the management for retrieval but received no response.
• Alex (2/5): Central but disappointing - The location was very central. We arrived at the property and the cleaning lady just began her job. She didn't understand Italian, so it was very difficult to arrange how long it would take. Very disappointing, as we communicated our time of arrival for 15:30, while we arrived at the flat at 16:30, the apartment wasn't cleaned. Other points we didn't like, that the basic need products were missing. Why am I supposed to buy salt or pepper for my 2 day stay? Last point, the apartment is chaotic, not practical, there are too many personal belongings and unnecessary things and amonh other there were lightbulbs broken, toilet moving, shower door broken, few cutlery.
• Евгений (7/5): Good - New kitchen, comfortable bads. It was very hot in the summer, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, it is very noisy outside, all night special machines clean roads right under the windows. It is impossible to sleep with the windows open.
• Eniko (7/5): With aircon it would have been a 9 - The location in Chinatown is very nice, lots of food options on the street. Also walking distance from main attractions. In the July heat the lack of air conditioning was very hard to tolerate. My bad, as I hadn't specify it in the filters, but I thought it was natural to have an aircon. There is an old fan, but didn't really do the needed job. Also lots of personal stuff around you from the owner, pretty packed living room. The same apartment in spring or fall would have been a much better experience. Also a bottle of chilled water would have been nice for those who arrive late when shops are closed.

• Tee (8/5): Good value for money. Highly recommended. - The property is located right at the China town. It is very convenient to find food. Walking distance to take tram or train and quite easy to move around in Milan. Since the property is located in right at the China town so at night the ambient is quite noisy but the room is quite sound proof. The room has no air-cond and the light in the house is quite dim.
• Juliana (9/5): Superb - The flat is really cute and the location is great. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The window at the living room was not easy to open, so ventilation was not that good. We used the fan to help.
• Simona. (9/5): Home away from home - The apartment is clean and very cosy. In the middle of Chinatown, very convinient if you like asian food and drinks! 5-10min from tram and metro station. We had a request and it was executed the next day. Very good comunication with the agency managing it. The bathroom is separate from the rooms. The apartment felt like home far away from home, we liked it a lot. The bedroom is on the mainstreet, there were loud noises all night long and early in the morning the glass bins were being thrown out and the noise was like it was happening in the room. There were complementary earplugs that helped with the noise. One of us is a smoker and had to go outside of the building for a smoke as there was a sign that it is prohibited in the outside terrace in front of the apartment.
