Вам будет полезен супер ранний завтрак, поскольку автобусы в парк уходят рано утром. Вы сможете оставить не нужные на трекинге вещи. Есть возможность готовить на общей кухне самостоятельно, Очень дружелюбно и приветливо. После трекинга есть возможность просушить одежду. Очень тепло. Есть уютный внутренний дворик. До автовокзала можно дойти за несколько минут. Центр и набережная в пешей доступности. Отличный ресторанчик в трех минутах ходьбы. Владелец всегда на связи, подскажет и поможет.

• JUAN (9/5): COMODA CERCANA Y MUY BUEN TRATO - Muy buen desayuno, variado y fresco, a 20 minutos caminando al Centro pero a 7 minutos del terminal de Buses, ideal para acceder a otros viajes como ascenso a las Torres del Paine o Punta Arenas No nos hicieron aseo al baño durante la estadía

• Patricia (7/5): - Todo muy limpio y bien coordinado por Naza y Lara, excelente atención. Buena ubicación. Seescucha todo, estábamos en 1er piso y se escuchaba tan fuerte las pisadas y ruidos de arriba que nos despertaron a las 5am.

• Deyssi (5/5): Estadía neutra - Limpieza Queda retirado del centro. Solo pudimos tomar un puro día el desayuno que se ofrecía, pero al llegar a la mesa solo estaba puesta, no nos sentimos atendidos correctamente, aunque era autoservicio. El desayuno fue pobre, solo mantequilla y mermelada, algunas galletas y cereales. La llave del lavamanos estaba suelta. Nos quedamos 4 noches y solo se nos dejo un confort. El piso de la pieza crujía demasiado. Un evento que no me pareció del todo serio. Llegaron dos personas extranjeras por la noche y no había nadie que las recibiera, llamamos a las personas del hospedaje y nunca contestaron, por lo que estas se fueron. No me queda claro si las personas que llegaron se comunicaron con las personas del hospedaje para coordinar la hora de llagada.
• Sylbia Álvarez Jiménez (8/5): - El sitio era cómodo y tenían buen wifi. Nos guardaron las maletas antes de ir al trekking del W de forma gratuita pero cuando fuimos a recogerlas no habia nadie y tuvimos que esperar un rato aunque ya habíamos avisado de la hora.
• maja (8/5): Good accommodation and helpful staff - Big Bang is a good place to use as a base for TdP. It has all you need for few days stay. Rooms are big with en suite. Girls were very helpful and accommodating with late check in and leaving my bag in hostel while I went to the park. Breakfast is included (I didn’t have it so can’t comment, but seemed to be cooked breakfast with usual cereal and toast as well). It is very conveniently located for the bus station, 10-15 min walk from main town area with bars/shops. It is a bit dated, but it has all you need.

• Wolfgang (5/5): Nicht sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Laut booking.com war eine Küchennutzung möglich, in der Praxis eher schwierig, denn diese durfte nur bis 21:00 Uhr genutzt werden. Zusätzlich waren von 4 Gasflammen nur 1,5 nutzbar und im Kühlschrank war nahezu kein Platz für Gäste. Aufgrund der Entfernung zum Nationalpark wurde es aber etwas später und wir wurden für die Nutzung nach 21:00 Uhr gemaßregelt. Eine Kommunikation mit dem unfreundlichen Personal war nicht möglich.

• Sofia (5/5): - La ubicación era buena, ni tan lejos ni tan cerca del centro. El desayuno cumplía: Pan, mantequilla, huevos, café y leche con chocolate incluso y Naza fue bastante amable ya que a la hora que se lo pedíamos, estaba listo. Estaba asustada por que decían que el ruido era insoportable en las piezas por las paredes, pero sinceramente, no fue nada como decían. No se si los huéspedes que nos tocaron a los lados eran respetuosos o que, pero si se escuchaba un poco, pero nada del otro mundo, se podía dormir perfecto y estar tranquilamente, así que eso me sorprendió para bien. La pieza es amplia y la cama era sorprendentemente cómoda. Lo que podría decir que no me gustó es que no tenía algo tan básico como un secador de pelo... Si uno anda mochileando o viaje como viaje, nadie lleva un secador de pelo, algo que es tan fundamental para las mujeres, especialmente en un lugar donde hace frío. Nuestra cadena estaba larga, entonces cada vez que la tirábamos, se quedaba mucho rato sonando y en la noche era incómodo. Podría decir que cambien la cortina ya que como oscurece tan tarde, entra harta luz, entonces algo más grueso sería ideal para dormir aún mejor. Un poco de aceite a las puertas ya que la del baño sonaba mucho. La ropa de cama como cubrecamas podrían ser estéticamente más lindos para no dar esa sensación de antiguo/sucio/viejo. La cocina era amplia pero las ollas y sartenes necesitan URGENTE un update al igual que la cocina en si. Quería usar el horno pero estaba muy sucio de grasa, con mucho aceite de años pegado, así que opté por un sartén que encontré uno que se veía más decente y cociné ahí.

• John (10/5): Saved by Big Bang Patagonia! - Big Bang Patagonia really came through for me. My kid and her friend were travelling in Chile. This was their last stop, they ran out of money and needed a place to stay before their flight the next day. Oh, and it was like 11:00 p.m. BBP came through for us at the last minute where other lodging places were less flexible. The kids said the staff was great, very helpful and that the rooms were clean. They felt very comfortable there. They got help with transportation to the airport the next day, which they also appreciated. Thank you Big Bang Patagonia! Seemed a little pricey, but I wasn't there to fairly judge what one was getting for the money. Chile in general is one of the more expensive Latin American countries to travel around and so perhaps that's just in keeping with the general cost of travel in Chile. I did not like that I couldn't not pay directly for the hotel through Booking. I had to send money to my kid electronically for them to be able to pay at the hotel.

Buena flexibilidad con los horarios, tanto de check-in como con la preparación del desayuno si se debe partir muy temprano hacia el Parque Nacional. Naza fue muy amable y servicial.

• Jing (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is very helpful and welcome. I like its breakfast service, quiet and clean breakfast area. The bed sheets and pillow covers are too old, worn out and had holes.
• Greydon (9/5): Great stay, super convenient, good staff, great breakfast, luggage storage - I stayed here two total nights, about a week apart, with a trip to Torres del Paine in the middle. * Room was great, better than expected. Fairly quiet place, even with a few other travelers, but the rooms have pretty thin walls so it might be loud with noisier hotel-mates. * They stored a bag of mine for free while I was in the park, which was awesome. It's kept in a locked room. * The staff was very nice and was willing to tolerate my late check-ins after I had some flight delays. * Breakfast was way better than expected and it runs from 6am to 10am so it was early enough for me to eat before heading to my 7am bus to the park. * Location is super convenient with regards to the bus terminal. 600m walk, takes 5-8 minutes

• Seraina (5/5): Unreliable staff - Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, fresh eggs in the morning for breakfast Staff is very rude und not competent. We were promised to be able to extend our stay for one night, but on the day we had to change rooms suddenly all was booked out so we had 1 hour to leave the hotel and find a new accomodation during high season. No apologies, the staff couldn’t care less.

Oscar was nice enough to arrange a cab ride to the airport the night before our departure. The walls are thinner than any place we've ever stayed. You can pretty much hear everything - and I mean EVERYTHING! - through the walls and in the room above you. If you know what I mean. (Bow-chicka-bow-BOW!)

AND we had to message her on whatsapp b/c the front door was locked & no one was at the property even though we let them know our arrival time. also it’s a 20 minute walk from all the action. i would not stay here again.

• Nilo (9/5): Friendly staff and location are nice. Thanks Oscar! - Staff was nice. Oscar was very friendly and gave me advice on what to do for a spare couple of days I had before doing the W trek. Location is great as it’s 8 minutes from the bus station. Rooms are comfy. Breakfast was nice as they had coffee, tea, bread and eggs or omelets if you wanted them in the morning. Showers are small, thin floors and walls as many people get up to do early morning treks or tourist things, it’s hard to not hear them.
• Anna (10/5): If I were to come back to Puerto Natales, I would rebook with them without shopping around! - Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location walkable to the bus station. They kept my bag for me while I was in TdP park.
• Anela (7/5): Good for one night stay - It’s an okay place just to sleep over, especially if you need to go to the bus station. They have an early breakfast (starting at 6am) and storage room, which is very convinient as most of travellers go to other destinations for hiking. Bed covers and towels are very outdated and need to be renewed. I would suggest to consider an option of renting hiking poles, we had to go to another hostel to rent them.
