• Dawn (8/5): A lovely spacious apartment that is well equipped and situated a stones throw from the beautiful Port. It has a great ba - Perfectly situated next to the lovely Port and steps away from the beach. The owner could invest in some decent pillows. I felt like I was sleeping on bricks ha ha.
• Maria Fernanda (10/5): Un lugar del sueño - La cercanía a la playa, el acceso a las piscinas y que a todo lado podíamos ir caminando, el atardecer y el amanecer desde la terraza, vimos delfines desde la playa, sin tener que movernos a ningún sitio pero la atención de Cynthia fue asombrosa, volveremos aquí cada que queramos regresar a Manilva. La cocina lo tenía absolutamente todo para cocinar, Los baños estaban súper cómodos y limpios La terraza tenía un comedor donde hicimos nosotros las 3 comidas y unas tumbonas para tomar el sol, también tienen juguetes de playa para los niños y sillas de playa, La habitación principal es grande y espaciosa al igual que el salón Tienes parking privado dentro de la urbanización y espaciosa subterráneo para cuidar el coche del sol Tienes acceso directo a la playa y 4 piscinas. Es que es increíble este lugar Todo fue increíble

• Carmen Maria (10/5): Estancia modelo! - La ubicación con primera línea de playa y que el apartamento estaba completamente equipado.

• Blanca (10/5): - El piso tenía todo lo que necesitamos para sentirnos como en casa e incluso más de lo necesario. Las vistas espectaculares. Todo estaba muy limpio y organizado y muy bien acondicionado. La urbanización un lujo. No hay porterillo (al menos no funcionaba), lo que nos obligaba a bajar a abrir la puerta y no pudimos hacer pedido online al supermercado por este motivo. Fue además un inconveniente grande el día de la salida para sacar el coche del parking, volver a subir al piso a dejar la llave y luego para salir ya sin llave esperar a que algún vecino abriera. Nos dificultó mucho el poder marchar puntuales a las 10am, que es una hora de check out excesivamente temprana.

• Nicola (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Clean, well equipped and spacious apartment, in a great location for La Duquesa Marina. Kelly the host was helpful. The dishwasher was rusty - it needs replacing. Some of the windows were dirty (we did get an email from the host to warn us that they hadn't all be cleaned and she did apologise). A couple of window handles were broken. And some of the netting on the balcony and windows was falling off, so overall the views out were not as nice as they could have been. The check-in wasn't very smooth - we hadn't received any details of how to access the property; so upon arrival, we had to spend half an hour or so driving around the complex and trying to contact the host to work out how to get in. Once we had connected with the host, she met us and gave us clear instructions of how to get in.
• Padraic (10/5): Perfectly located holiday apartment. - Lovely apartment with fantastic balcony, surprised with how big it was.. Clean, bright and perfectly located. 3 min walk to port and about 15/20 min walk to Sabinillas. We were met by Cynthia who gave us the quick tour. Very good communication on WhatsApp for the whole process

• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely beautiful, with great interior design, very comfy. Penthouse. Great location in the Marina Duquesa with amazing sea/sunset view. Lots of places to eat, grocery shop and pharmacy, within a few mins walking distance. Kelly from apartment management team was really friendly and supportive.
• Helen (8/5): Great location and great apartment, just wished we could have stayed longer with better weather to really appreciate it! - The location was fantastic - very central for La Duquesa being literally 5 minutes walk from bars, shops and beach. I also liked the fact it was a corner apartment and the terrace wrapped round 2 sides so good for sunbathing. The communication was excellent - Romane from the agency spoke superb English and helped us a lot. Unfortunately due to an oversight the apartment hadn’t been serviced when we arrived, but Romane organised a cleaning team straight away and when we returned a couple of hours later it had all been sorted. Would certainly stay here again if we come back to La Duquesa. Only very minor niggles. I missed the plug for the en suite bathroom sink! Also that bathroom had a bit of a smell to it, but we put that down to the state of the plumbing, not the apartment. We couldn’t seem to get a satellite signal on the TV but we only tried to use it once and I had Netflix on my iPad so it really didn’t matter that much to us. Finally the hairdryer wasn’t where I would have expected it to be (ie in the main bedroom). Fortunately I had brought one with me anyway, but I located the one in the apartment just before we left in the drawers in the dining area!
