Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Josefina (8/5): - L'appartement est spacieux; propre et fonctionnel. Il était calme durant notre séjour. Je ne sais pas si en été c'est aussi calme. Il s'agit d'un appartement situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur; donc, attention aux personnes âgées ou des familles avec des petits enfants qui ne peuvent pas facilement monter des escaliers. Aussi, je pense qu'il faut mettre des moustiquaires dans les fénêtres et le balcon afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres en été quand il fait chaud et ne pas avoir les moustiques ou les gueppes à l'intérieur de l'appartement (surtout pour les personnes allergiques). Merci.
Alicia (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. TRUST ME. - Scenic views. This property is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. It is not disclosed in the description. I was traveling with my mother who cannot climb 3 flights of stairs. I was forced to find her separate lodging. The owner refused to negotiate the price though they were dishonest about the several flights of stairs. They were very rude and do not care about their guests.
