Listello (1/5): Hay olor nauseabundo - Hay mucho olor nauseabundo. Lo notifique de buena manera y no nos quedamos a dormir la segunda noche, no solo por la incomodidad sino también por cuidar nuestra salud. Apele a la buena voluntad del dueño para que haga el reintegro y se negó. Hay miles de opciones mejores en Valencia que este apestoso lugar. Tampoco hay aire acondicionado y la higiene general del lugar deja mucho que desear.

Ms12345777 (1/5): Terrible experience - Avoid! - Unfortunatelly nothing. Avoid at any cost this is a very bad unit/appt, they fooled us thinking we will get refund for 3 nights and when we left early they ignored us. So we had to book another place last second without refund they have promised they will pay if we leave by 11 AM. Very bad smell in room, it's not like pictured, loud noises all day and most of night. No natural light in room very small window looking in a wall not outside.

Jennifer (10/5): Sandy and her support staff were great, very responsive and accommodating. - The staff were kind and respectful and very helpful. The flat was spacious enough and clean. The location was prime for the beach area. The mattress I slept on in the single room was okay but not great.
Анна (7/5): The flat has very good location; in it you can find where ever you need during your long stay: washing machine; coffeema - Very good location! To the beach 5 minutes, to consum supermarket - 2 minutes; in the same house two cafes where you can have breakfast or dinner! It is very noisy flat! The neighbours are very noisy at any time, especially at night. In front of the windows there is bus stop - the first bus is on the stop at about 7 a.m; and the last at about 12:00 p.m. So you can’t sleep Also there are no conditioners; and it is very hot inside.
