The excuse they gave me is due to leaking but they told us last-minute after paying the deposit. When i checked in the counter,the staff informed this agent gave me this room.I asked for a refund but they ignored me. Overall, its bad.

- Razali (10/5): Near to mamak restaurant and 7 eleven. Near Arena Petanque Kuala Lumpur - I stayed there before they changed the management. The room was good. Big enough for 2 people. Easy to check in. But parking needs to pay. NA

- Agnes (4/5): Not pleasant - Location close to my conference place The agent - only contacted me 2 times. i) after online payment & ask me to send details & any enquiry can call this number…but no response at all ii) check in day - ask for deposit. Not very helpful and not friendly - as if I’m communicating with robots. I called (problem with the shower) they didn’t pick up my call. Only communicate thru texted messages. Only managed to talk thru the worker phone - after I complained about the shower condition, broken & dangerous, we could die because of electrocution, it’s broken. Then only they change our room

We loved the view. Air-Cond works perfectly. It could be how they deal with me during the check-in. Not attentive enough, only when i tried to contact only gave us the information. Im working in service line but as far as I have my staffs working, I never seen they do this. Wait for customer then only give the information. and took so long to reply, pass here n there for PIC. While we can do check-in earlier but NO ONE CARES! MONEY ONLY THEY CARE.
2nd, after few days from the check-in, I get notification it was cancelled and when I asked its different unit than I booked in APPS. Paid online during check-in and cancelled in APPS after few days stay. What is this? Is there any misappropriation in ?

Room needs refurbishment, room is spacious but property doesn't fully utilizes the space, it can be renovated / equiped to be competitive with other airbnb unit. Air cond compressor outside window very noisy at night.

- Mr. (9/5): System of a Down - The privacy. And the safety. The double check in procedures. Dealing with a machine and no one from the property I ever met. The remote for the tv is missing and they took 3 hours to respond merely saying that none of their cleaning staff is available after 5pm and such there's nothing they can be assisting of pertaining to the matter. Even the security deposit (as I said double check in/first at the counter with the reception then to the machine for security deposits. They need me to transfer RM100 to their acct and they will refund it as this is only a deposit. They took an additional 3 working days to return the RM100. I use booking.com for ease and trouble less accommodations supposed to be waiting at my leisure as I've paid all expenses online through booking.com. why am I being hustle to such inconvenience while booking.com says everything is ready and I just have to collect my key at the reception. All of sudden booking.com as if not honored by those hotel operators who imply their own sets of rules to booking.com customers. Are they purposely doing all the troublesome procedures to discourage people from using booking.com just because they're getting less payments from their own set of standards from such a customers. Have they got a full house from the walk-ins? I don't think so. Then why make it a fuss? Are we ain't their customers too? Even the access card was only 1 PC while I paid for a double room! Every time I go out to use the lift going up I've to call my gf to bring down with her the key card. One of us will stay in the room each time and we need the key card for electricity access. How stupid when the security guard who man the lift lobby can't be supplied with an access card to help customers get elevated to their respective floors. I wonder why so stupid of the so called hospitality industries still exists.
