Das Personal war super, durch die Erdgeschosslage hatten wir eine große Spinne im Raum. Die nette Dame der Rezeption ist sofort gekommen und hat sie entfernt, auch die zentral gesteuerte Klimaanlage hat sie uns höher eingestellt, da es anfangs im Zimmer sehr kalt war.

Bien que l'accueil téléphonique ait été très agréable et que la dame avec qui j'ai échangé ait fait preuve de sympathie, l'état de la chambre ne justifie pas le tarif de 91 €. Tout d'abord, la matière des taies d'oreiller n'était pas du tout confortable, ce qui a affecté la qualité de mon sommeil. De plus, la porte d'entrée en bois avait des difficultés à s'ouvrir complètement en raison d'un décalage avec le sol, ce qui a causé du bruit à 5h30 du matin. En somme, malgré un bon accueil, le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas satisfaisant.
