• Mika (8/5): Ihan ok majoitus - Sijainti oli hyvä vanhassa kaupungissa. Osittain uudistettu wc ja suihkutila jossa toimiva suihku, se ei ole yleistä tässä hintaluokassa Ihan perussiisti mitä nyt vanha huoneisto voi olla. Pieni terassi sisäpihalle jossa kalteva pöytä Suihkussa kalkkijäämiä paljon, oli todella likaisen näkönen vaikka uudet laatat. Olihan se lattilaattakin suihkunurkkauksessa saumattu aivan törkeen näkösesti. Sänky ja tyynyt oli huonot

• Emma (7/5): Great location, but we were caught in the middle of renovations around us. - Great location in Old Town. While basic, it had everything we needed for a short stay. We were only told when we arrived that the courtyard was being used to store construction materials for the restaurant renovation. So not really a “garden room”. We didn’t even open the blinds because of it. Also there were restaurant workers working and talking outside our room until 11ish at night. I think it would be good to be upfront about the room being in the middle of a working area. A discount should have applied because of this.

Apartment: Compact and practical, with everything needed for a short stay. It is cozy, quiet, and feels like a hidden sanctuary once you step inside. Facilities: The heating facility was very helpful for an early April visit. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast, and the shower was warm and pleasant. Ambiance: The room has a nostalgic charm that felt like visiting a granny’s home. Communication: Attentive, friendly, and always available. The hospitality made the stay feel extra cozy and welcoming. Price: very fair and reasonable.

• Carmen Paz (9/5): recomendado - muy buena ubicación en la ciudad antigua, cerca de puerta pile y entrada al muro. habitación bonita y cómoda, tenía baño privado, secador de pelo, toallas, refrigerador, etc. la chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos permitió dejar las mochilas después de la hora del check out 🙂 se agradece! se escucha un poco de ruido y gente hablando fuera de la habitación en la noche.

• Cécile (10/5): Un moment extraordinaire dans un cadre fabuleux - l'emplacement est parfait au centre de la vielle ville mais en retrait du bruit. Il a sur place un bar à vins avec un et grande terrasse semi couverte qui est exceptionnel car le cadre et la nourriture et le service(brunch et quelques plats le soir) sont extraordinaires et très abordables en prix Rien à dire c'était parfait!! C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix

• Andrea D. (7/5): - Die Lage. Der Geruch im Innenhof und Flur (Katzenurin). Morgens (Gäste, Personal) und abends (Restaurant, Gäste) war es ziemlich laut im Innenhof und im Treppenhaus. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig. Die Wohnung sollte mal renoviert werden. Lampen waren z T defekt bzw. nicht mit Leuchtmittel ausgestattet. Das Bett war durchgelegen.

Definitely, the biggest asset of the facility is Maricel, who takes care of you and is really helpful and supportive , great girl. We can definitely recommend to stay here. Maybe some small renovation of the shower corner can be recommended

• Maro (8/5): Room in the old town - - Small, clean and tidy room in the old town - Quiet location - Very close to one of the main gates of the old town - Compared to other locations, this place was easily accessible because there were not that many stairs to get there - Air condition - Small fridge available - Accessories for the shower - Little balcony to relax - After check out, we could leave our bags and pick them up when we were going to catch the flight so we could freely enjoy the city in the meantime - Friendly and helpful person that welcomed us - The door at the shower was not closing fully. - There was no place to dry our clothes - Internet was not strong and not always stable

• Melanie (8/5): Quiet and comfortable room in the centre of the old town - A well-equipped, comfortable and quiet room in the centre of the old town. The host was very friendly and helped me find the property. Prior to my arrival, she had also been very helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and the contact details for an airport pick up (a great service!) as I was arriving at night. I only stayed one night, but I was able to leave my bag in the room while I explored the city.
• Labhaoise (10/5): Great location, lovely hosts - Great location - only a few minutes walk from old town. We were greeted by the host, who was very friendly and showed us to the room. Check in was really handy, and check out was even handier (We just had to leave the key in the door as we left). There is a pin which lets you into the courtyard, and then you have a key for your own room. The room had a little balcony with a table and chairs which would have been lovely to sit at in the morning, but unfortunately we did not have time. There was a microwave, kettle, bowls, plates, glasses, a fridge and cutlery. There was a sponge and washing up liquid for dishes. Shower gel provided. A table and chairs in the room as well for dining, a TV, and good wifi. It seemed like a very reasonable price for the area - would stay again! The street where the apartment is located is all stairs, so just something to be aware of for those with accessibility requirements.

• Courtney (9/5): Would recommend - It was really central in the city centre of the town. If I was to come back to Dubrovnik, which I will be as it is an amazing place, I think i will stay outside the city centre as it is so accessible. It was very spacious and thankfully not to many steps up to it. The hosts were very nice There was no cooking facilities, restaurants in the area and can get loud on the square and in the stairs.
• Geotwitcher (6/5): A couple of great aspects, but many buts... - Maricel gets 5-stars for being a great host. It's nice stepping out of the room into the Old Town first thing in the morning when there is just about nobody about, and being able to easily drop back to the room during the day. The room is pretty average. Its 2-star at best. Very noisy fridge with nothing in it wasting power, so we switched it off to save power, and so we could sleep (which mean we had to defrost it). Unfortunately we couldn't turn off the annoying ditty played constantly over and over by the restaurant's electronic signboard outside our window. You have to walk miles CARRYING your luggage to get to the room especially during peak our, and then carry it out just as far to get back out, which includes up A LOT of stairs if you want to catch the airport shuttle - so the location in the old town has some strong positives but also strong negatives. You're not allowed to wheel bags in the old town for which people get fined, hence you have to carry it. The hot water reserve is tiny, so the first person gets a short warm shower that gets cooler towards the end. The person immediately after them gets a shower that is tepid at the beginning but soon goes cold. Rock hard bed.

Practically nothing was missing. Very good position in the old town. By the way, all accommodations have good positions in the old town, due to its size. Checkout in a second, at a fixed rate. With a disturbing insistence to leave the room. Embarrassing. Their work room, messy and dirty.

Anna the host was very nice and offered us a 10% discount in her wine tasting place (in the courtyard) and to a restaurant not far away. Room facilities were good and the bed is very comfortable. Greatly located in the centre of the old town. A bit expensive like the rest of Dubrovnik A bit noisy when the wine tasting business closes, a lot of voices and noises, we had to put our ear plugs on

• Cassie (8/5): Comfortable Stay - • Property is as pictured, clean and in an excellent location (Old Town). • I personally found the bed to be comfortable. • Microwave, mini fridge and kettle were all handy. • Air conditioning works great. • Bonus that you can store luggage here before and after check out. • WIFI was intermittent. • We weren’t familiar with the switch to turn on the hot water so we had a couple of cold showers before figuring this out (switch is next to the bathroom light switch). Either a standard welcome message with this detail included before check in or a laminated list of helpful points would easily solve this for future guests. • Complex is shared with other guests/residents and noise can travel.

• Julia (9/5): Superb - The perfect location!! Definitely worth staying in the old town, you are right in the heart of the history. The staff were all so friendly and helpful to us, and the room was perfect. Everything we needed, such good value for money. Allowed us to store bags and even sit and relax in the wine bar garden before our ferry after we had checked out. The only downside was it was quite noisy due to construction workers and others in the apartment building, but this didn’t bother us too much. We were out during most of the day anyways.

It can be noisy at time, when what sounded like washing machine running in the middle of the night. Stayed for 3 nights and this only happened on the 2nd night.
