- Malee (5/5): - the apartment nearby supermarket which easy to find something for cooking The check-in time is quite late (4pm) and the host strictly adheres to the check-in time, which is not suitable for tourists to keep their luggage for sightseeing when we arrive early.

- Zohra (2/5): We travelled as a family of 7 and didn’t have the comfort we expected. The apartments are separate and the space was tin - The description has been misleading. We thought it would be 1 apartment when it was two separate apartments. Also the space does not fit 8 people as the double beds are very very small. You don’t get value for money. We wouldn’t have booked it if we knew that the apartments were separate.
- Alan (6/5): Cold rooms and not the most comfortable stay - Apartment is close to Hatsudai station so it was easily assessible. It is located off the main street so it was nice and quiet. The apartment had all the amenities. Had a little supermarket downstairs which was convenient. The heating in the room was really bad so it was not warm at all. The shower was really poor with a cold draught throughout and the shower head was really small. Also occasionally the power fuse would go off and had to turn back on

- Martin (7/5): Good - Location is nice and quiet, away from the bustle of Shinjuku but still near things. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. This is actually 2 apartment units next to each other, which was not clear. Owner's communication was not very polite.
