• Tahnie (10/5): - The apartment was huge and perfect for our family. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance and convenient to both the light rail and the beach.

I booked it out for 7 days 7 nights only negative comment is 1 towel for the whole stay you had to pay for clean linen toilet paper. No refilling of coffee tea salt pepper no Mike. Otherwise was wonderful
• Rémi (10/5): Really good huge place to stay in surfers - the apartment is so big and so good. really perfect location in surfers near the centre as well the buses and tram. Clean apartment and hotel. Really nice sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Got all the kitchen utilities except a stove... cant cook much in the apartment unfortunately. but got a bbq outside. Just need to deal with others also using it. the same for the jacuzzi because its so good. Got parking all around but the same thing need to share with others so first come first served. But nothing really annoying i would call a deal breaker. I definitely recommend the place, spent two weeks there and would come back for sure. no stove and no cooking in the room especially when ypu stay for few weeks. You dont want to be eating out all the time. Limited parking if you got a car.

• Diana (9/5): The place is nice and bed is comfortable. - The space is good, it is better if can cook the non- fry dishes atleast. The elevator is not available on our depart day.

• Sharon (4/5): We won't be back - Room was definitely big (unnecessarily big). Our kids did like the silent disco activity (free). If you enjoy sharing the one entertainment (pool) area with way too many bogans, then this is the place for you. Toilets at the pool area were disgusting. Some had locks completely broken off. This is not just a bad time of day. Clearly a maintenance issue here. Bar was very understaffed, which meant a long line up for overpriced drinks. Room wasn't very clean. We were also not advised this was a disabled access room. Lots of water leaked out of the shower when in use because the shower curtain wasn't long enough. We were not advised how the activity bookings worked, which meant limited or no availability when we checked in. Apparently, you should book these in advance of your stay. Reception staff were rather unhelpful in their explanation upon check-in.

• Serah (9/5): Notre voyage n'aurait pas pu etre mieux, c'était parfait - Un très beau cadre agréable et confortable, un appartement très grand, les lits très confortables, le WIFI super avec accès internet très rapide., les réceptionniste très agréable et très à l'écoute, très apéciable L'apartement n'est pas assonorisé, on entendais tous les gens qui passait, qui allait au vide ordure et la femme de ménage qui passait l'aspirateur.

• Abigail (9/5): Great location. - The location was great. One block from the tram stop. Beautiful pool. The noise from the restaurant staff late at night right outside our door. Garbage chute right next to our room was tough. People putting rubbish down it at all times. In spite of that, we loved the room and location and will definitely stay again.
• Patti (10/5): Great stay and location, just mind the noisy hall - Location, easy to get around with tram 5mins walk around the block, welcoming, friendly. Bit noisy n echoey in the hall. Had to wear headphones to block out the noise.

• Ateliana (10/5): Great facilities and room space for the family. - Beautiful space! Perfect for me and my siblings, group of 4 with a 9 year old! The room is on the ground floor and is not close to the other rooms so that was great for us and I felt like we had the best space. We loved the room, it’s very spacious with lots of storage, not many plugs near the bed but we took extensions like we always do and it worked out fine. Easily accessible, we checked in late but were guided perfectly through the phone and checked out with a breeze. The people at the reception are always lovely! Super accommodating and helpful whenever we needed help. Vending machines had the essentials which is great! Swimming pool was perfect and closes at 9pm, the security guard was lovely and would let us know when it was almost time to close, also another perk of being on the ground floor is being close to the pools and entrance. There’s underground parking but you’d be lucky to get a park cause it’s so full and will need to find on-road parking so definitely something to keep in mind. Besides that such a great family room, highly recommended! We would definitely come back☺️ Parking was hard but I knew that going in, I just didn’t realise it would be such a struggle.

• Beverley (5/5): Disappointing!. - Location Room was dirty I have photos of rubbish on the floors, rusty and dirty knives, finger marks to dish washer and drawers and dirt in actual cutlery drawer. Slider guide to main bedroom door is broken. Bathroom shower head useless. Party sized bathroom with no where to put toiletries for family of 4. Same in shower. No where to put stuff all on floor not really good enough. Shower leaks all over floor and bath mat the size of a stamp. Outside area hadn’t been cleaned so dirty table and chairs.
