• Yulia (10/5): Залишились гарні спогади. - Гарне місце, простора і тепла квартира. Не було миючого для посуду, ганчірки, та всього 4 виделки.
• Katerina (9/5): Prostorný apartmán - Prostorný apartmán na okraji Kutné Hory, blízko k autobusovému nádraží. Pěšky do cenra také pohoda. V apartmánu pohodlné postele a skvělá veliká kuchyň, včetně pračky. Oceňuji, že nám chtěli po třech dnech uklidit a vyměnit ručníky. V apartmánu bylo velmi málo nábytku k uložení oblečení a věcí. Většinu věcí jsme museli mít v kufrech. V koupelně i jinde chyběly poličky nebo alespoň háčky na ručníky.

• Lucia (9/5): Nice aparrment in a block not far from town centre. - Comfortable flat. Some troubles at checking out due to limited language proficiency and loss of empathy

• Tomasz (2/5): Very poor - The apartment itself was ok, therefore it is not 1. Lots of chaos in contact with owners - we were supposed to get 6 beds (arranged via email) but got 5 at first - had to call reception around 10 times and argue to sort this out - in the end the owner brought an inflatable mattress which was ok, but there was a lot of nerves fixing this problem with them - even though all the arrangements about additional bed were on the email all the time. Also, after leaving I noticed that I was charged 1300 CZK more than we were supposed to - owners blamed it on bank fees, however in response I presented evidence (with documents and a bank transfer receipt) that this is not the case (the receipt explicitly showed how much was paid without bank fees - the amount was 1300 CZK bigger than what we arranged) - owners never responded to this. Also, the room is for 5 people and there is only one key available so each time someone wants to come back, another person needs to come back and open the door for them. In general, I recommend to keep all arrangements with owners on the email, so you have some basis to get things sorted out later.
• Tyler (9/5): Nice apartment! Very close to things to see and a grocery store. - The apartment was great! The shower was really nice and the overall furnishings were modern. The kitchen was well-equipped enough to allow us to cook a delicious breakfast for 4 people. It was a little bit of a hassle to pick up the keys since we had to stop by another location ~250m away from the apartment to get them.
