The appartment is also very close from the metro station, which is great. We had a nice time in Napoli! Nothing.

• Nicola (10/5): Di Vaio's Apartment - L'appartamento di Massimo (oste cordialissimo e sempre disponibile) si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Policlinico, per cui raggiungere il centro con la linea 1 é semplicissimo, evitando così il traffico di Napoli. La convenzione con un parcheggio coperto nelle vicinanze é inoltre ottima per dimenticarsi della macchina per qualche giorno. Noi eravamo in 4, due adulti e due bimbi e siamo stati comodi nella stanza in cui é presente un letto matrimoniale e due poltrone letto. Un vero plus la presenza di una piccola cucina. La stanza era perfettamente pulita e l'insonorizzazione buona. Per la colazione, ci siamo serviti al bar presente al piano terra, gestito da due ragazzi davvero simpatici e disponibili. In conclusione, una soluzione con un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo perfetta per visitare Napoli. Sarebbe utile un tavolo con 4 sgabelli da poter aprire in caso di necessità, così da poter sfruttare a pieno l'utilitá dell'angolo cottura presente in camera.

(10/5): Appartamento nuovo, comodo e ben collegato - Zona leggermente decentrata ma tranquilla e molto ben servita: a nove fermate da Toledo, con due stazioni della metro vicine (Policlinico e Rione Alto) che rendono gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Ottimo il parcheggio convenzionato, custodito, chiuso e coperto, a una tariffa molto conveniente (12 € al giorno). Massimo è stato eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto a dare consigli su ristoranti e prodotti tipici, oltre a supportarci per qualsiasi necessità. Comodissima anche la colazione nel bar convenzionato, personalizzabile e consegnata direttamente in camera. Appartamento nuovo, molto curato e pulitissimo, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo. Sicuramente torneremo. Il tempo... che é volato velocemente. Scherzi a parte, non ho trovato nulla di negativo. Eravamo in 4 e per via dello spazio non c'era modo di mettere un tavolo che avrebbe reso la permanenza TOP. Ma ne eravamo coscienti preventivamente.
• Alina Pluta (5/5): - Jedynym plusem było to, że w pokoju było ciepło, nie czuliśmy wilgoci jak w innych miejscach o tej porze. Jak na opinię 9.6 to nic mi się nie podobało. Trochę korzystamy już z booking.com, byliśmy w wielu miejscach i to zdecydowanie nie zasługuje na ocenę 9.6, nie polecam. Jeśli kogoś ma coś przekonać to może to, że był bidet. Wiemy, że dla Włochów to ma ogromne znaczenie, jak i winda na pierwsze piętro. Urwana deska sedesowa, hałas na rondzie, na pięć dni pobytu dostaliśmy rolkę papieru toaletowego i jakieś dwie stare z kilkoma listkami. Apartament bardzo słabo wyposażony, brak sztućców, brak korkociągu, właściciel nie potrafił porozumieć się z nami po angielsku, ale można temu było zaradzić zostawiając instrukcję pisemną. Jeśli ktoś chce się rzucić na ten apartament ponieważ jest śniadanie, to odradzam. To tylko kawa i ciastko. Bardzo słabo wyposażony apartament, brak sztućców, brak ścierki, kupiliśmy sobie swoją. Ostatnim dniu pani sprzątaczka zapytała nas kiedy mamy zamiar opuścić apartament, choć nawet nie dostaliśmy jeszcze śniadania, a była godzina 9:00 wymeldowanie jest do 10:00. Śniadanie zamówiliśmy o 7:50 a dostaliśmy je dopiero o 9:30. Uważamy, że 9.6 jest zdecydowanie zawyżoną oceną kropka dużo jeździmy z booking.com i ta ocena jest zdecydowanie zawyżona. Nie polecam 🫣

• Serena (10/5): Scelta top! Consigliatissima :) - Ci è piaciuto tutto! La stanza era grande, luminosa, pulizia eccellente, ben arredata, letto comodissimo e ben insonorizzata! Ho scelto la struttura per le ottime recensioni che aveva e che confermo in pieno e per la posizione vicino al Policlinico Federico II che ho raggiunto in 5 minuti a piedi! Torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura anche per la gentilezza ed accoglienza del Sig. Massimo, persona squisita, e per la posizione strategica vicino ai principali servizi e alla metro con cui raggiungere il centro di Napoli in pochi minuti :)

Everything was perfect.

• Julia (10/5): Great place, helpful staff, good location - Really helpful friendly staff, good bathroom and facilities. They cleaned the room whilst we were there which was also helpful. Bit further out of the city but metro station is a 5 min walk and lots of little cafes around. The road outside is noisy when you have the balcony doors open but fine when doors are closed. With two sofa beds option the room was a little cramped but not bad, just to bear in mind.

• Miles (7/5): Good - The owner was very sweet and accomodating. The apartment's location above a brightly lit roundabout did mean there was a noticeable amount of light at night. Additionally, the blinds in the bedroom were quite transparent, which allowed a lot of light in and offered limited privacy. While the owner offered a solution in the form of a pair of blindfolds, this felt like an inadequate fix for a fundamental issue.

We booked one of the smallest apartment, because for us it was enough to get sleeping and washing space. Toilet, shower, different sizes of towels, shampoo, shower gel were in apartment. In kitchen are fridge ( bigger than in the hotel), electric kettle and cutlery, glasses, mugs as well. Apartment situated in the historical building, among local block of flats. It was also interesting for us, because we like to live among local people, not in very touristic areas. Here we can see local culture and traditions. To the Policlinico metro station 3 min. walk. From there you can get to all Napoli sightseeing and Garibaldi central station. Also owner Massimo can arrange car and driver. Next to the door is coffee shop, where we had a breakfast ( it’s included to the price). Nothing

• Sara (9/5): nice and beautiful stay - Massi was very helpful, always gave answers at the right time, the apartment was spotless, and everything you needed was there, was a pleasant stay. breakfast was quick grab nearby was an ease of convenience. 1. the location, even though you can take a metro, to the center was 30-35 minutes which took half of our time because we were there only for 3 days. if you are spending more time in Naples this shouldn't be a problem. 2. noise, it was noisy half of the time, so sleeping was quite difficult and at one point there was thunder and lightning, because I'm scared of thunder I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night because it was quite loud ( nobody's fault) but if you are sensitive to noise then its quite challenging. 3. the blanket was not thick enough to keep us warm was cold at night even when it was warm outside. I have got a suggestion, I hope he can upgrade it to a proper duvet because I can't imagine staying there on a cold winter day.

• Ema (7/5): It was not a bad stay. - The hosts are superb, very caring. We met the son of the host and he was lovely and patient. The location was not bad, walk to the metro is 5-10mins. We walked to the shop 5-7mins for the food everyday (shop Sole365). I liked that there was a fridge and the shower was very comfortable. Right next to the apartment there is a fruit and vegetable market and a small bakery with a very sweet owner that says “hello” everytime you pass him. It’s good that there was an AC. There were slippers and soft towels. He booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived we saw that the balcony is not existant. Also, there is no ventilation, you can’t open the windows so the room was a bit smelly (probably mold smell). There were no bathrobes, not as the description says. If you are using a metro, make sure to get off at the stop Rione Alto and not Policlinico, the Policlinico stop can be dangerous. Also, the sounds from the streets were super super loud, we could hear every car beep (Italians beep a lot). The bedding was not very nice, it was very thin sheet that we had to fix every night. There were no cleaning supplies, I always clean the dishes before checkung out and I could not do that. Also there was no toothpaste, just shower gel, shampoo and soap.

• Zeljana (10/5): Exceptional - New, lovely apartment at excellent location. Family Di Vaio runs it and was very kind, helpful, and at our disposal anytime. They welcomed us with free drinks and snacks. The apartment is very well equipped, and they provided a cleaning service during our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the windows have curtains and wooden shadows to give a restful sleep. A small bakery& bar, grilled chicken bistro, pizzeria, and fruit and veggie stand are next door. Two metro stations, a few bus stations, and a big supermarket are within a five-minute walk from the apartment. Also, they offer airport transfer service for affordable price. Overall, excellent value for money. For those like us who cook occasionally and had a long stay, a microwave oven would be useful, as well as some dishes (plates, bowls, etc).

Close to the subway train. Right next to a place called O Bar that was really great. We had cornettis there every morning for breakfast. Best ones we had in Italy. This was also the only place we stayed in Italy where the A/C made the room cold. Hard to find at first. The room is a little far from the center of town, but it was easy to get to with the subway. The price made it worthwhile.

We had everything we needed: hot water, a mini kitchen, wifi. The room is done in very lovely contemporary minimalist style :) the house is super high tech which positively surprised us. The bed was comfortable and all was clean. Highly recommended - if we get back to Naples we stay only at Di Vaio's :D
