• Congyi (5/5): Won’t recommend this place to whoever wants to have pleasant journey in Napoli. - 1. No elevator. When you climb onto 2 floors reached your room, there are even more stairs in the room. The stairs are super narrow that impossible for big luggage to go up. 2. Located 15 mins+ away from metro, no tourism spots nearby so very inconvenient for travellers 3. Shower water suddenly warm suddenly cold 4. Internet doesn’t cover whole room and it cuts off sometimes especially when you need it. 5. They said I can leave luggage in room until 2pm, but they moved my luggage out without telling me. As mentioned this place not close to any tourism spots and 15mins far away from metro, it brings so much trouble to come back pick up luggage at 2pm. Really bad experience

• Claus (5/5): - aircon i 2 værselser virkede ikke bobbade ville ikke starte og der var ikke WC papir døren til lejligheden kunne ikke låse, der var kun en smæklås
• Rosalia (2/5): Un appartamento da evitare - L appartamento è situato in zona molto centrale non accessibile in auto Molto disorganizzati, ci hanno dato la chiave d ingresso sbagliata e quando siamo rimasti fuori la porta abbiamo dovuto attendere un ora e mille telefonate per farci risolvere il problema. L appartamento è posto al secondo piano di una scala antica e alta e per accedere alla suite c e una scala molto stretta e difficoltosa per le valigie. Molto buia e sporca. C e una scala di legno che comunica con un altro appartamento . Qualsiasi parola viene sentita da chi è al piano di sotto, tipo le urla del proprietario che si lamentava con i dipendenti per le pulizie fatte in modo sommario.

• ferpi (7/5): - Appartamento molto pulito e ben arredato Le scale. Bisogna salire al secondo piano ma in effetti è come arrivare al quarto piano. Scale abbastanza impegnative soprattutto se si hanno bagagli pesanti. Comunque la posizione è centralissima.
• Claudia (9/5): I recommend it!! - Everything was great, except don’t have elevator, that was to much for me, and the building was in remodelation, the I had people working in both bedroom windows, But the place it’s beautiful and the hostess, super friendly and helpful, also we got an excursions with the agency that they connect to us. I recommend it 100%, but check if y can take a lot steps , no elevator. • Giuseppe (10/5): Elegant Apartment in the Heart of Chiaia - I recently stayed in this beautiful apartment located in the Chiaia district, in the heart of Naples, and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is simply perfect: central and convenient for exploring the city. Within walking distance, you’ll find boutiques, restaurants, and some of the area’s main attractions, making everything easily accessible on foot. The apartment is of the highest quality: tastefully decorated, meticulously maintained, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, the living room is cozy, and the bedrooms provide optimal rest. Additionally, despite the lively nature of the neighborhood, the apartment is quiet, ensuring a perfect balance between centrality and tranquility. Staying here makes you feel truly immersed in Neapolitan life without sacrificing peace and comfort. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
