• John (7/5): El apartamento podría estar mucho mejor! - La ubicación del apartamento, disponibilidad de la plaza de parking Lo que menos me gusto es que no hubiera una cafetera, ni siquiera una italiana. Faltan toalleros. Las toallas huelen mal. No hay TV smart y tampoco la señal funcionaba. No hay una mesa de centro en el salón, Las cortinas no se abren facilmente.

So close to the beach and all the fantastic surrounding restaurants..parking is perfectly located and a great addition to this apartment. I was a solo traveller and accommodation suited me perfectly. Ideal for a couple also.

• andy (9/5): - Great location, next to the beach and bars/restaurants, but not noisy, nice accomodation, ideal for our stay, the parking was very convenient. Would use again if going to Las Palmas. To be over critical the bed was a little small and we had a slight problem with the shower. Otherwise everything was great.

• Mª Mercedes (6/5): Muchos detalles son de baja calidad y eso afecta a la comodidad - Elegimos este apartamento porque contaba con parking y fue lo más cómodo y práctico de la estancia. Estaba limpio y la dueña estuvo pendiente en todo momento. El descanso es fundamental en unas vacaciones y nosotros no pudimos dormir bien porque tanto el colchón de la cama como el del sillón eran de muy baja calidad. La luz de la habitación era led y daba claridad toda la noche. Además la ducha estaba rota, la alcachofa no funcionaba y el flexo no se mantenía en alto, por lo tanto no podíamos asearnos cómodamente.

• Sasa (10/5): - Excellent location 🍹, 100 meters from the beach🌴, clean apartment, free parking space 50 meters from the accommodation (very important), perfectly executed procedure for entering the building and the apartment by the owner 👍💕. We missed the terrace for morning coffee 🤔.
• Namisan (7/5): Appréciable - Appartement bien situé, à 2 min de la plage. Il est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Parking à disposition. Hôte qui explique tout bien. Pas de clim, il faisait chaud le soir. On entendait les gens qui parlaient et hurlaient dehors.

• Bermejo (4/5): No recomendable, solo ubicacion. - La ubicacion Estaba rota la mesa de la cocina. El sofá cama incómodo. La habitación de matrimonio daba a una ventana interior que daba a una pared con tuberías. La lavadora rota no puede lavar ni un solo día la excusa que el inquilino anterior se le quedó bloqueada y tubo que romperla con una radial. No tenía el salón comedor y habitación todo en uno persianas solo unas cortinas que hacían de foscurit si las dejabas echadas con las ventanas cerradas para que no entrara el sol era un infierno. La plaza de aparcamiento para un coche mediano en una cuarta planta llena de curvas y aparcando junto a la pared y un coche que apenas puedes salir del coche. En fin no lo recomiendo. Lo siento.

• Maria de los Remedios (10/5): - La ubicación, cerca playa, paseos, supermercados ect. Y que es exactamente fue lo que había reservado, y se veían en las fotos al hacer la reserva. Tenía muchos detalles,por mencionar 1 la cantidad de cosas de limpieza algo que no suelen tener otros apartamentos que hemos reservado en otras ocasiones y que normalmente tenemos que ir comprar..Nosotros volveríamos sin lugar a dudas. Lo único es que a pesar de estar en un 5 piso se oyen los ruidos de la calle, los coches, incluso las personas . Cositas que creo que se pueden mejorar sin lugar a dudas

• Adam (9/5): Great time in the heart of Las Palmas - Great location, a few steps from Las Canteras beach and Santa Catalina park. The apartament is surely smaller than 55m2, the beds could be more comfortable
• Fruen (6/5): Ok for a 3 day stay but not more than than when one wishes to relax. - The area which is near the stores, restaurant & near the beach. Parking space is good to have around the area but choose a smaller car as it is very narrow, the way up is narrow as well its on the 4th floor & at the end of the building so when someone parks besodes u will be difficult to come in & out of the car. we have rented a SUV & we cannot go in the car when someone parks beside. very positive that they allows per to come in a vacation stay as well. we booked mainly because our bichon frise dog it with us & it is allowed. We booked for 3 weeks, & not recommended to stay for long as one cannot relax due to noise from outside. when travelling for a weekends or a week where wmu just come to sleep & take a bath so it is convinient. Facility needs an upgrade, the dining set should be more confortable. the silicon between tiles in the shower area has molds & needs to be changed. (see photo). the shower head as well needs to be change as well, it is not working & one has to hold the hose when showering. the bed frame is horrible & make sounds evertime i move. it is also a bit narrow, thinking is is for travellers with different body types it should be bigger than that, i am pregnant & my husband sleeps at the couch to give me more space, the room window is full of dust (see photo) i have asthma & i can not breathe & sleep without window during stay coz of the dust ended up to sleep at the sofa bed we ofcourse move the bed matress. the electric fan is as well dirty with full of dust the first thing i needed to do is to clean it. during stay the water ta k is as well leaking a few times, the owner is very communicative though & will try to fix it right away, we have experienced without watwr as well due to plumber work on the streer without being noticed before hand - the owner supplements it with a free breakfast. the payhe going to the apartment has no light & very dark u need to use ur phone flashlight to see where u go, entrance is dark, elevator is narrow, & stairs are full of dust looks like poor maintenance. we ended up leaving the apartment after 2 of 3 week stay that we booked. for more convenient & relaxing stay in a villa at the south. the apartment is dusty all the time so we have cleaned everyday, but hope the owner will buy a new vaccum cleaner & mop as the ones that they have is not well functioning.
• Eleanor (10/5): Fantastic location with free parking. Close to the beach and easy access to bars and restaurants - The location is amazing. The free parking was also really helpful. The bed could have been a bit comfier.
• Agnes (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation is centrally located, close to the beach and restaurants Very noisy. The first night we hardly slept, the next morning we had to get earplugs right away. There is a night club and a restaurant under the window.The bed in the bedroom and the bed that can be opened in the living room are both 120 cm wide, for 2 people to sleep on such a bed is terribly miserable.I will be sure to inquire about the size of the bed before my next booking.
• Michael (7/5): Good - Location Price Cleanliness Staff Free parking (multi-story) The bed is not stable. The metal bed frame is constantly making noises. However, the worst part is the automatic ceiling light in the bedroom. It kept disconnecting after 10 seconds, so let say if you were unpacking or packing your bags in the bedroom, the light would constantly cut off, then you have to walk towards the entrance of the room to activate the light, and so on ...... Why not just have an ordinary light? It is the simple things that work!!
• Abdelghafour (8/5): Good value for money- Very central. - Very central and in a walking distance everything! Very lovely beach and corniche (Cantera) with plenty of restaurants, aquarium, museum of science, etc. Cheap connection to the airport through a bus to Santa Catalina station which is a few minutes from the appartment. The appartment is very clean and renovated, the kitchen is very well equipped. It was a good value for money. Very noisy overnight, given that the appartment is on a busy area. The appartment seems tighter than it looks on pictures. The dinning table and its seats are very uncomfortable to sit on.
• Stojan0v23 (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, close to the busiest and most famous beach. A lot of restaurants and cafes around, close to the airport. Super clean facilities, excellent hosts that took very good care of us with questions we had along the way. I would definitely recommend this! The bed was too small for us, but it's not a big deal when you are visiting for a few days
