• Endri Cila (10/5): Amazing stay! - The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and even better than expected. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay. Location is great, close to the center yet quiet, with everything you need nearby. I had a perfect experience and would absolutely book again!

• Federico (10/5): - Appartamento grande, luminoso, ben accessoriato, provvisto di ascensore. Cucina fornitissima di tutto il necessario tra cui la lavastoviglie. Camere ampie e ben disposte. Tutto nuovo, ordinato e pulito. Finestre accessoriate di tapparelle elettriche. Presenza di 4 terrazzini. Salotto ampio e luminoso, con un bel divano comodo Bagno fenestrato con presenza di un grande box doccia provvisto anche di maniglione e sedile per anziani/disabili. Zona residenziale ben fornita da supermercati e negozi. Posizione strategica e comoda per raggiungere il centro, tramite il servizio bus che passa poco distante. Parcheggio in strada, difronte allo stabile o nelle strade limitrofe. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato!

• Ellen (4/5): Decepcionante. - Tamanho do apartamento Pessima assistência para chegarmos e entrarmos no apartamento. Mandaram uma mensagem com algumas instruções, sem deixar claro o que teríamos que fazer. Voo atrasou e chegamos muito tarde da noite. Não conseguíamos entrar. Ligamos para o proprietário muitas vezes e ninguém atendeu. Só entramos no prédio porque uma família fez a gentileza de abrir a porta para a gente. Roupas de camas velhas, manchadas, bem manchadas. Lençóis de cor que não se vê a sujeira direito e mesmo assim manchados. . Toalhas de banho cinza… travesseiros velhos, com mal cheiro. No dia da saída cinco minutos antes já tinha gente nos mandando embora.

Big kitchen, very good coffee, big living room, big balcony, lots of cooking utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, nets on all the windows. Near the center, we walked till there. Wifi available AC in both of the bedrooms The matress in one of the bedrooms very hard and with strings like the old ones. The sofa in the living room needs to be cleaned better. The TV has no programs available. A very small elevator.

Personal foarte amabil si răbdător (cu explicații bune privind folosirea plitei electrice). Greu de găsit loc de parcare, dar nu imposibil... Cam departe de centru, trebuie folosit autobuzul (ceea de este foarte,foarte ușor).

• Stian (10/5): Modern, spacious great vallue for money. - We spent 4 nights in Riverside apartment in Florence. This was the first time we’ve rented an apartment when going on vacation, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The day before our scheduled stay, the host contacted us with information regarding our stay. The day we arrived, we got information on how to unlock the door, and practical information about what to do how to get around in Florence. Unlocking the door was very easy. We were sent a link via messaging app that allowed us to unlock the front door to the apartment building. the keys to the apartment building were in a lockbox with combination outside the door. Throughout our stay, the host was always available on whatsapp and was always helpful. The apartment was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The nearest supermarked was 250 meters away, and the palazzo Vecchio was about a 30 minute walk away. Not bad considering the price The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Stylishly decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. More than we could have asked for; Nespresso machine, blender, dishwasher, washing machine and more. The fridge and freezer was also clean well. There were two bedrooms. One with a large and a small bed, and the other with a large bed. Both bedrooms had air-condition (inverter) The apartment had one TV in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. Both had amazon firestick which made it easy to watch streaming services. There was also fast wifi in the apartment. Overall it was a very positive experience. we had no troubles at all during our stay. Great value for money. I would gladly recommend Riverside apartment to others.
