• kiavo (6/5): Da rivedere.. - Casa arredata bene, equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Due impianti di aria condizionata molto utili. La struttura ha l'ascensore Avevamo già esperienza di soggiorno ad Exarchia ma in questo quartiere la situazione di degrado è molto più grave, senzatetto e drogati da tutte le parti seduti anche davanti al portone. Il palazzo è fatiscente e quando siamo arrivati l'ascensore era bloccato (appartamento al terzo piano). Per fortuna la mattina dopo invece funzionava nuovamente. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di acqua calda all'arrivo e la mattina al risveglio: non c'è stato modo di farla venire. Inutile seguire il consiglio dell' host secondo cui l'acqua calda sarebbe arrivata facendola scorrere.. dopo 10 minuti abbiamo desistito. Entrare nell'appartamento è stato come fare una caccia al tesoro. Il sito internet è molto carino ma le foto sono da aggiornare, mostrano lucchetti e punti di riferimento che sono cambiati e arrivando stanchi e accaldati può essere complicato. Il codice per entrare non ci era stato inviato, per fortuna ci hanno risposto subito al telefono, altrimenti saremmo rimasti fuori. Il letto è comodo a sufficienza, i cuscini sono decisamente da rinnovare. Dispiace essere così critici ma abbiamo soggiornato molte volte ad Atene è questa è stata la nostra peggiore esperienza.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is in the best order. If you come with a car, there is a garage next to the entrance to the building that costs 7 euros per day.
• Lidiia (7/5): Perfect Interior in an Unexpected Neighborhood - This Athens apartment presented us with a real paradox, evoking mixed emotions. The apartment itself was simply stunning: ideal, stylish, straight out of an Instagram feed! It truly had everything for a comfortable stay – a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and even a set of board games. Every corner was thoughtfully designed. However, it's crucial to be prepared for the fact that the building and the immediate surrounding neighborhood are the complete opposite. For some, this could be quite a shock. I encountered what can only be described as, to put it mildly, not the safest or most pleasant area of Athens to walk around in, creating a "drug-infested ghetto" feel. Early one morning, we even witnessed a scene from the balcony where homeless people were being hosed down and the streets cleaned.This place is not suitable for solo travelers, especially women. Parking a car on the street is completely unsafe; I strongly advise using paid, secure parking garages only. If you're willing to overlook the external surroundings for the sake of an absolutely ideal apartment and plan to rely on taxis for getting around, then this place might be a real surprise for you. The apartment is definitely worth seeing, but the environment demands extreme caution and careful planning of your movements. Location 🫣

• Juliska (9/5): Amazing appartment! - a very nice and modern apartment, fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, hob and washing machine. A bit complicated to get in. Close to restaurants and 4 minutes walk to the metro. Yes, there are homeless people in the park across the street but it is Athens, you have a lot of them in Athens. You are not bothered by them. They do not bother you. It is absolutely not dangerous. They are regularly sent away.

• Anna (9/5): Very good choice for sightseeing Athens - Nice, clean apartment with heating, good waterstream in shower, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and balcony. It's located flose to metro station and there are lots of cafes and groceries around. Most of the main city attractions can be reached by foot. It occured as a very good choice for sightseeing Athens. A complicated lock at the main entrance. There were lots of homeless people around, but it occurred as a common feature of Athens city centre. Anyway there is a police station with a guard at the street and few hotels.

Thank you. The entrance of the building was a problematic to us because of the key. so I cut the one point :)

• Huseyin (4/5): Owner rented the room knowing there’s an active renovation going in the building. - There’s an active renovation in the building. Constant drilling, hammering sounds. The owner should be aware of this and make it clear up-front to people who are considering to rent the apartment (should be much lower in price to make it right) in these days or not to rent it at all (nobody wants to listen to these noises all day).
• Rimantas (9/5): Nice apartment to stay close to the center of Athens - Nice and spacious apartment, well renovated, has available parking nearby (7 Euros per day). Everything is clean and furnished for a pleasant stay. Walkable distance from Acropolis and other places of interest. Even it's close to the city center, surroundings seem to be squalid (garbage in the street, empty houses, graffities some homeless people around), but that seems the case in the entire Athens center.

The location might look a bit sketchy for first timers in Athens, nothing to worry, really ok for a downtown apartment nowadays in most cities.

• Lusine (9/5): Great location, great host and great value for money . - This apartment appeared to be newly renovated in modern style and quite tasteful. The location was good and it was a walking distance from the city center. The property owner was very helpful and responding to requests immediately, also she provided quite useful advices regarding the sightseeings and jazz festival which was taking place in Athens during the days of our visit. i like everything but I would advise to place a big mirror at the corridor and also add an iron desk.
