• Vasileios (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο μετρό προσφέροντας εύκολη μετακίνηση αλλά πρόσβαση στο Γκάζι και την Τεχνόπολη που έχουν πολλά μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά ήσυχος και ασφαλής. Παραλάβαμε το κλειδί εύκολα χωρίς πρόβλημα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης επικοινώνησε αρχικά μαζί μας αν χρειαστούμε κάτι. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι ιδιαίτερα αρνητικό που θα χαλάσει τη διαμονή σας. Το δωμάτιο χωρίς να έχει κάποιο πρόβλημα, δεν έχει κάτι πρόσθετο υπερβολικά καλό. Είναι απολύτως επαρκές για έναν ύπνο και για να επισκεφθείτε εύκολα ότι θέλετε στην Αθήνα. Ωστόσο, δεν είναι ένα δωμάτιο που θα θελήσετε να περάσετε λίγο παραπάνω χρόνο σε αυτό, καθώς το σαλόνι - κουζίνα είναι πολύ-μικρό και η κρεβατοκάμαρά είναι στο υπόγειο.
• Tasos (10/5): - Σούπερ τοποθεσία, 2 βήματα από μετρό Κεραμεικού κ Τεχνόπολη. Πολύ άνετο σπίτι κ σε προσιτή τιμή. Ίσως το μπάνιο μόνο χρειαστεί λίγο παραπάνω να στεγνώσει επειδή είναι ενιαίος χώρος (χωρίς ντουζιέρα) αλλά υπάρχει εξαερισμός οπότε δε μας ενόχλησε καθολου

• Paul (9/5): Comfortable, clean and quiet. - Location was 2 mins walk for all the razzmatazz of Gazi and surrounding areas. However the street of the house was very quiet which was ideal. The house itself was small but had all that was required for a short stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Getting into the apartment was simple and I liked the electronic shutters on the window. AC was strong. The bed was very comfortable and allowed for a great sleep for the duration of the visit. Overall I had a great stay. Important to note that whilst it can sleep up to 4, the pace would be very crowded. It's a small premises. It's really more suited to solo or dual travellers. Also note that the shower is more of a wet room rather than a separate enclosure from the toilet. Only two small quibbles. A kettle would have been great. Also the message on the heating panel pointed to the wrong switch for the hot water. It took me until the next day to twig it was the switch next to it to heat the water. Once on though the water was piping hot which was wonderful.

• Daniele (7/5): Good - Overall and in total the stay was more than optimal, both in terms of location and price. What was a problem in our stay was unfortunately the bathroom, specifically the shower, which did not allow simultaneous use of the toilet and leakage of water from the 'tight sealed' door.
• Laima (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment, close to Kerameikos metro station (5 min walk). Supermarket almost round the corner. The apartement was situated on a corner of regular street and a street, which was sort of pedestrian street. So not much noise. There was little kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, dishes, pan and pot, so there is possibility for small cooking. Possibility to make coffee (incl. capsule maschine). There's an iron. Good WiFi. The owner was nice, came with a key very fast when I arrived. Overall, recommend and would stay again. Downstairs in a bedroom there was a sort of home perfume, which was too strong for me (even after removing the perfume device from the socket), so I preferred to sleep upstairs on a sofa in the living room. But my friend was totally ok with the perfume and felt happy to sleep in bedroom. So I guess these things depend on every person's smell taste individually. In a bathroom the humidity stays for quite long after showering.
