• Charles (10/5): - Great location. It's situated in a safe residential area. Very quiet at night. You don't feel "anti tourism sentiment" here as other part of Exarcheia. There's two chain grocery stores and few restaurants near by. I tried "Ama Lachei", it's good. There's also a good coffee shop (the coffee tree). They sell roasted coffee beans. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine is new and worked well. Bathroom has separate shower area, the floor reminded dry after shower. There's a farmer market outside on Saturday. It's fun to see all the vanders and people. Very clean. Spotless everywhere. Very friendly owner. All my questions got answered in few minutes. Central heating only operated in the night. I know the energy is expensive in Greece. If I come back next winter, I will prepare some casual sweaters for the day. WiFi worked well, however in the night there were bandwidth limitations related to the ISP. Sometimes I could not stream videos.

• Doris (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswertes Apartement, auch für längeren Aufenthalt! - Renovierte, grosse, sehr saubere und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung in mehrstöckigem Haus mit Lift an zentraler, doch ruhigen Lage. Küchenbalkon auf eine Einbahnstrasse, mit zwei Stühlen, Tisch; Schlafzimmerbalkon mit Fensterläden und Wäscheleine in einen Hof. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Besitzer, der telefonisch schnell erreichbar war, bei Fragen umgehend reagierte. Gute Informationen in der Wohnung (wichtigste Telefonnummern usw.). Gut eingerichtete Küche mit Microwave, Glaskeramikherd, schönem Geschirr, Waschmaschine. Neuwertiges und bequemes Bett mit warmer Decke. Geschmackvolle Vorhänge. In jedem Raum Heizkörper plus zwei Klima-Anlagen (Heizung wurde im ganzen Haus auf gewisse Stunden beschränkt). Gute und verschiedene Lichtquellen am Bett, beim Sofa, in Küche. Am Samstag auf der Strasse schöner Markt mit Kleidern, Früchten, Gemüsen, Kräutern, Nüssen, Fisch und vielem mehr. Lage ideal für das Quartier Exarcheia - Schlafzimmer gegen Hof war sehr ruhig. Schlüssel per Code in einem Schlüsselsafe nahe dem Eingang, Handhabung gut dokumentiert mit Fotos. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde das nächste Mal wieder im Homey stay übernachten! Wifi war in gewissen Stunden etwas langsam (ev. auch quartierbedingt).

• Bogdan (10/5): Excellent host, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a vibrant location - Our stay truly lived up to the name Homey Stay. From the very first moment, the apartment made us feel comfortable and at home. Communication with the host was excellent — he was exceptionally kind, warm, and supportive, and helped us enormously during a stressful situation related to our flight, which we will not forget. The apartment is newly opened, with all furnishings and appliances being brand new. It is thoughtfully designed, very functional, and arranged with great attention to detail. The space is spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the bed was very comfortable, contributing to a truly relaxing stay. A big highlight is the balcony overlooking the street, with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The location adds even more character to the experience — the apartment is situated in Exarchia, a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood with a strong local atmosphere. On Saturdays, the nearby farmers’ market is a fantastic opportunity to experience authentic local life, with fresh produce and even traditional music. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and the wonderful host and would gladly return. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Ioannis (10/5): - Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα σε βολική τοποθεσία. Ιδανικό για δουλειά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και σε περιοχή με πολλές επιλογές διασκέδασης και φαγητού.
• Nicolas (9/5): Un logement calme à Exarchia - Le logement est spacieux (cuisine, salon, chambre et grand balcon).et se situe dans le quartier d'Exarchia que nous apprécions beaucoup. Il est bien équipé et on peut y faire sa cuisine. Il est en très bon état et très calme (repos assuré). Le nettoyage est bien fait et le propriétaire est réactif en cas de soucis. On recommande sans réserve.
• Leo (9/5): Fantastisch appartement - Een heerlijk groot en schoon appartement op een hele fijne locatie voorzien van alle gemakken om een fantastische tijd in Athene te hebben. De locatie is rustig op de 2e verdieping van een complex dicht bij leuke cafés en restaurants. De wijk heeft een apparte vibe en is wat rauw wat wij heel leuk vonden. Als we dan toch iets moeten noemen, is het bed voor ons iets te hard (dit is een persoonlijke smaak), maar volgens ons kan je het moeilijk voor een ieder goed doen.

Πρόκειται για ένα από τα πιο υπέροχα διαμερίσματα που έχω επισκεφθεί, σε μια εξαιρετικά όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, η οποία παράλληλα προσφέρει πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και διασκέδαση. Σας ευχαριστώ ειλικρινά για τη ζεστή φιλοξενία και την άμεση ανταπόκριση σε κάθε μου ανάγκη. Θα χαρώ πολύ να σας επισκεφθώ ξανά στο μέλλον!
• Francesca (9/5): - L’appartamento era dotato di tutto ciò che ci serviva, l’abbiamo trovato pulito. La camera da letto che si affaccia sull’interno cortile ci ha permesso di dormire senza rumori. Il quartiere in cui si trova l’appartamento è molto carino e tranquillo, molto vivo. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata rapida e cordiale. Il wi-fi non funzionava benissimo.

• Sharlene (7/5): Nice and welcoming. - Nicely decorated and very cosy. Kitchenette had everything you need. We found some coffee, teas and goodies available too, including orange juice and milk in the fridge. It has a balcony and a working lift as well. The bedroom and the bathroom were a bit too small.

I was concerned when booking that it didn't have many reviews, but rest assured this is a beautiful apartment with all the facilities I could have needed. Host was communicative and provided all info needed for a comfortable stay. Bit of a distance from main attractions, but I was aware of that when booking and wasn't a problem.
