• Rita (10/5): - Erdvus ir jaukus butas. Kvartalas gana judrus, bet naktimis ramu (buvome ne savaitgalį). Autentiškas senas namas, laiptinė. Labai patogios didelės lovos. Įsiregistravimas/išsiregistravimas bekontaktis, bet informacija pateikiama išsamiai, aiškiai ir laiku. Liftas siauras, gali būti nepatogus didesniam bagažui ar stambesnio sudėjimo svečiams (butas 4-me aukšte).
• Lilla (4/5): I did not feel welcome at this apartment - Location is pretty good and the size of the apartment is decent. Apartment was clean and well maintained. It was super tricky to get the code to the key safe and to communicate with the property. We were sent the details literally before arriving at the apartment, after chatting with customer care for hours. We reported that there is a smell of gas in the apartment but it was not confirmed if someone actually checked where the smell is coming from. There was no tea, salt, or kitchen towel in the kitchen, which you would normally get. The shower basin was heavily leaking since the glass wall was not fully isolated. There were only two rolls or toilet paper and two sachets of shower gel in the bathroom for 4 nights. Saving costs? I did not feel welcome at this apartment and find it horrible that there is no phone number that you can call in case of an emergency or get proper support with your check-in.

• B (7/5): - The layout and location. The kitchen was not equipped fully, there are cooking facilities but no oven gloves or cloth to be able to use it safely. The property advertised "free toiletries" however this consisted of two toilet rolls, 4 small shower gels and two small soap and no shampoo. When questioned i was advised they only supply a complimentary welcome pack. The thermostat did not switch down the heating so it was very hot inside. The property was spacious and clean and just needs a few small tweaks.
• Guillermo (9/5): Muy buena estadía en Milán - Una departamento de muy cómodo y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos buenos momentos en Milán. Cerca de la estación central. Es un poco complicado entrar por primera vez pero nada imposible.
• AYALA (9/5): בכללי דירה מקסימה, אין גמישות והתחשבות בשעות הגעה ועזיבה. חבל. - מקום הארוח יפה נקי נעים ונוח . חשוב שמקום האירוח ידאג לשים יותר משני גללי נייר תועלת( קצת מוזר) ובגלל שאין שירות חדרים שיכול להביא ולספק ציוד. אז חשוב לדאוג לעוד מגבות ספייר, לפעמים מגבת נרטבת, מתלכלת וכדומה.

• Anna (9/5): We very much enjoyed it!! - Great place, I would stay there again. Nice clean residential area with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Good transport connection, and walking distance to Milano Centrale. Clean apartment with all amenities. Nicely decorated. Very helpful staff and great communication!

• James (9/5): Perfect apartment in central Milan - Good sized apartment with lots of natural light. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. Less than 15 min walk from central station, minimart and hundreds of restaurants less 5 min walk from apartment. It is a perfect base for a long weekend exploring Milan. The apartment is up a few flights of stairs. The lift is quite narrow, with a 3-person weight limit. Wasn't a problem for us but something some guests may want to be mindful of. The position of the showerhead in the bathroom makes it a little awkward to shower without getting the floor wet. This could easily be fixed by property management. Some city noise from bedrooms, which is to be expected given the central location. Check out at 10:00 was a little early, 12:00 would have been nicer.
• Michelle (8/5): Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung - Sehr schön renoviert, gute Lage. Generell sehr sauber ausgenommen der kleinen Bank im Wohn/Esszimmer die hatte einige Flecken Die Polster sind unglaublich hoch! Es gibt keine Alternativen zum tauschen! Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern schließen leider nicht richtig. Die Straßen sind bis ca Mitternacht sehr belebt und daher sehr laut.
• Nataly (10/5): - Nice appartment, clean. In kitchen you can find everything you need. It was nice to have coffee machine and capsules you can use, salt, pepper and nice cookware. The location was comfortable, you can reach all places in 30 min walk. The staff was nice and reachable, we had issue with electricity, but got all instructions quickly :) the instructions to reach appartment were clear. We came very late at night and could get inside with no problems. Was a little loud and noisy outside, as on the ground floor there are restaurants, but this was not a big problem :)

Tesis , online check-in bilgilerini biz kapının önüne geldiğimizde, biz iletişime geçince yolladı. Öncesinde bize mail yoluyla bilgilendirme yapılmadı.İyi yönetilmediğini düşünüyorum , muhatap bulamıyorsunuz. Neyse ki bir saatlik sıcakta ve kapı önündeki bekleyişin ardından evimize girebildik. Eve girdikten sonra sorun yaşamadık. Banyo duşakabinin yarım camlı olması dışında çok olumsuz bir şey görmedim, zira banyoyu ıslatmadan duş almak imkansız

• Ana (10/5): Nice and comfortable place - This apartment is beautifully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfy stay. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious and it was all very clean. Plus it has an elevator!
