• RYOSUKE (10/5): 素晴らしい宿泊施設！！クリスチャンありがとう！ - 初めての利用で心配でしたが、ホストのクリスチャンが親身にメッセージをくれたおかげでとても快適で素晴らしい宿泊になりました。 日本人の口コミが少ないですが、問題なく快適に過ごせました。日本の方にはB&Bタイプなので、チェックインの仕方が少し慣れないかもしれませんが、クリスチャンがメッセージやWhatsAppで献身的にサポートしてくれます。 バチカン市国から近く、治安もいい点や 十分な施設の設備（エアコン、冷蔵庫）も備わっていたのでとても快適でした。

Majitel komunikoval okamzite Velmi zanedbana koupelna, zapach z vnitrniho bloku při větráni, uklidova sluzba nam manipulovala s vecmi a odcizili nam parfem, hotovost a aipody, coz se resilo a mela bych je dostat zpet, jelikoz se po me stiznosti a dodani polohy nahodou nalešli. Na spinu v koupelne byl majitel viz. jina hodnoceni upozornovan jiz nekolikrat a situace stale stejna. Rucniky nam pokojova sluzba vymenila prvni den vsechny, dalsi dny jak ktere a jeden slozeny byl spinavy a ocividne poslapany.

• Gabriel (7/5): Esta bien para unos dias, no lo repetiria. - La ubicacion es excelente estas al lado de San Pedro caminando, y de ahi pues todo es facil para llegar en transporte publico etc. Limpieza y calidad de la habitacion es buena. Es un hotel extraño, por las fotos piensas que vas a un hotel normal, tambien por el nombre, pero resulta que es un hotel armado dentro de un edificio de aptos, los servicios que esperas de un hotel entonces no estan, no hay como tal una recepcion etc, no es que fuese malo pero si nos creo otras expectativas.

Habitación económica (planta baja): Habitación sucia: había polvo y cojines manchados. Cama incómoda. Armario sin puertas. Baño pequeño, con moho y polvo. Entraba agua por la ventana. En la zona office había trozos de pared en el suelo. Habitación triple Deluxe (1.ª planta): Muy pequeña. También estaba sucia. La cama doble se hundía y era muy incómoda. En resumen: “La limpieza y el estado general del alojamiento fueron muy decepcionantes y no volveríamos.”

• Irina (10/5): - Удобно, чисто, комфортно. Хорошие кровати в трехместном номере. Он расположен в конце корридора, окно на спокойную улицу. Ночью было тихо, мы отлично выспались. Понятные инструкции, чтобы попасть в отель и в комнату. И можно оставить багаж после выселения и потом забрать его самостоятельно, тоже используя инструкции. Спасибо за возможности выпить кофе или чай, это очень ценно утром и при позднем заселении. Есть ещё микроволновка, можно разогреть готовую еду, немного перекусить. Но,, конечно, это не для полноценного приготовления еды. Расположение очень удачное. Двор приятный и хороший супермаркет прямо напротив. Ватикана в нескольких минутах пешком. И даже в 11 часов вечера можно найти рядом открытые бары и фастфуд и купить прекрасную брускетту для позднего ужина)) Отпределенно рекомендую это размещение на 1-2 ночи. Кухня на самом деле выглядит не так прекрасно, как на их фото, потому что в реальности часть кухни занимает офис (стол, полки с бумагами, принтер).

Unfortunately we left after one night. The main bed was lumpy, it’s extremely noisy, the shower flooded out and was a slipping hazard, and the third bed was below a tv with a bright red standby button.

The location is convenient, close to the buses — especially bus #64, which goes to Roma Termini. You can sleep well knowing you’re safe; the building and area feel very secure. The owner is very respectful. Although he gave us the wrong room number at first, that’s okay — it’s normal to make mistakes 😊. Everything you need is provided: there’s a small pantry with coffee makers, a microwave, and even an iron. Everything is clean and well kept. We would definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Rome. Nothing..

Noi siamo arrivati in auto consiglio di lasciare l auto nell autorimessa che è 50 metri dall albergo. Cristian l host molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione tranquilla. L unica cosa ci vorrebbe un po più cura nella pulizia dei bagni comunque consiglio molto il posto.

• Sarah (9/5): I will look to stay here again next time I’m visiting Saint Peter’s Basilica - The air conditioning and the location were perfect for me. The value for the price was excellent. The only thing that bothered me was noise levels. There was a lot of noise outside the property at night, it sounded like people partying on the street, and then the next morning I could hear some of the other guests being very loud outside my room because they were packing up to leave, luggage and feet clacking on the hallway floors, it woke me up.
