Sopra una piazza infernale, un casino da incubo tt la notte, niente carta igienica, tostapane brucia pane e un microonde.....niente tazze niente tovaglioli solo coltelli, un po' poco per quasi 60€ una notte

Its location is within the town center. Breakfast is just toast with packaged marmalade and butter. 2 coffee pods and 2 cups and saucers were provided. The property manager does not answer to texts or calls immediately. I did not receive any email instructions on how to gain access to the building and to the room. It was also hard to contact the manager for instructions on how to forward my bag to my next destination in the Camino.

L'étage très bruyant aussi. La chambre très humide. Le petit-déjeuner très succinct, pris inconfortablement sur le rebord du lit, la TV ne marchait pas.

• Leston (8/5): - Excelente limpeza, boa decoração, o mimo do pequeno almoço simples, com aquecedor e um mini ar condicionado, casa tranquila, super central, numa cidade linda. Boa comunicação. Os eletrodomésticos da cozinha deviam estar na entrada e não à porta do nosso quarto pois faz algum barulho a horas muito cedo. Só tem uma luz de tecto e falta um candeeiro ao pé da cama.

• Paula (9/5): Confortável e limpo - Gostei da localização, óptima para quem faz o Caminho. A cama é muito confortável. O pequeno-almoço é suficiente. Sugiro uma bancada maior à direita onde possam colocar os utensílios e acrescentem um chaleira elétrica para se poder fazer chá. Ter queques embalados podia ser uma ótima cortesia. Gostei de tudo, mas falta um acessório na casa de banho 🧹

The breakfast was also offered - with sugar free juice and decaf coffee! Our room was very tidy, the location is really great, Eroski and Froiz are nearby. There is a fridge and microwave in the pension. I could rate it with 12 out of 10! We really enjoyed our staying there. Thanks to the hosts, they make a tremendous job!

• Roland (5/5): Naja, war eines der schlechteren auf meinem Pilgerweg. - Ich hatte die Etage für mich alleine. Es hat extrem schlecht auf der Toilette und Gang gerochen. Zum Glück nicht auf dem Zimmer. Komische Aufteilung im Haus. Mehrere Hotels im Haus. Jedes Hotel hatte eine eigene Etage.

• Lorenzo (1/5): To avoid - The owner cancelled our reservation the day of our arrival. Booking.com helped us finding another accomodation. The owner of this structure did not help us nor gave us any explanation about the reason why they cancelled the reservation. Moreover, to get the refund, I needed to ask many times the owner to do it. Booking.com then intervened and urged the owner to issue the refund. Avoid this structure if you don't want to spoil your holiday.

A internet não funcionava, então também tive que ligar até aparecer alguém umas duas horas depois para restabelecer a conexão. O box do chuveiro é muito pequeno.

Tuvimos que esperar un buen rato por las claves para acceder, yo pensé que las tendría en el momento de llegar al alojamiento pero no fue así. Contratas el alojamiento diciendo que pagarás en el alojamiento y te lo cobran unos cuantos días antes.

• Jana (6/5): - Es lag gut auf dem Camino. Es gab keine Kühlschränke im Zimmer. Ich bin auf ein Medikament angewiesen und musste es kühlen. Es gab ein Kühlschrank zum Teilen aber das war mir zu unsicher. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine aber keine kapseln und tassen. Mein Zimmer war auf der Straßenseite und wenn man das Fenster öffnete war es sehr laut. Im Flur war es auch sehr laut und mitten in der Nacht versuchte jemand meine Tür zu öffnen. Ich hatte wenig Schlaf aber für eine Nacht ok.

La atención fue muy buena, llamé a la dueña y me lo cogió enseguida. Como sugerencia dejaría unas cápsula de café, hay cafetera en la habitación pero lo normal es no llevar cápsulas encima en el camino :(

• Jesús (1/5): DECEPCIONANTE - IRRESPONSABLES - NADA PROFESIONALES - Decepcionante el trato y la poca seriedad con la que nos atendieron. Teníamos reserva en esta Pensión para hacer el camino de Santiago, nos respondieron por mensaje a la reserva y el horario del Check-in por lo tanto dimos por aceptada la reserva ya que tenemos mensajes cruzados A pocos días antes de llegar a Caldas de Reis, unilateralmente por parte de la pensión rechazaron la reserva y nos quedaron sin habitación. Intentamos hablar por teléfono con la Gerencia de la pensión y no quisieron darnos explicaciones. Su única respuesta fue hablen con Booking que son los responsables y nos colgaban el teléfono. Al intentar hablar con ellos para resolver el asunto ya que la habitación aparecía disponible en la plataforma, le sugerimos que no era justo, ni profesional, que debido a la demanda de habitaciones y peregrinos nos cancelaran la habitación para venderla más cara pero que estábamos dispuestos a pagar el suplemento. La respuesta fue que no volviéramos a llamar al Hotel y nos volvieron a colgar. POCA SERIEDAD Y PROFESIONALIDAD, Si es así como tratan al los clientes, no me imagino como serán sus servicios.

Eso lo tenía que haber dicho cuando vino a abrirnos porque la llave no estaba en la caja de seguridad. También la habitación que cogimos fue con baño, y no entiendo cómo está junta con otras habitaciones que el baño era compartido y lo teníamos en frente, mucho ruido. No nos preguntaron cuando queríamos desayunar y mucho ruido en frente de nuestra habitación que estaba el baño compartido.
