• Yuriy (5/5): - Розташування апартаментів виходить добре на широку вулицю не так далеко від центру, де є багато хороших ресторанів. 30 літрів гарячої води на 4 мешканців явно замало. Було тільки три комплекти постелі з рушником. 2. Ліжко: мої дід і баба мали краще. Матрац на пружинах , який провалюється до підлоги до сексу не підходить ні ліжко ні душова кабіна. А взагалі кабіна душова розмір здається 70×70 см. Там ноги помити не можливо. Розташування ванної кімнати в спальні. Коли курять сусіди через вентиляції у ванній кімнаті заходить дим. Зранку заходити треба в противогазі. Коли відкрити вікна, а вони виходять у дворик, то можна послухати галасливих сусідів. Я хочете поспати добре раджу випити пару келихів вина ..В душ раджу сходити перед рестораном, бо як вип'єте вина ноги мити краще в шоломі бо кран може дати по голові. Якщо шолома, то на кухні можна знайти друшляк. Фотографій нема, зрозуміло чому.
• Gonzalez Quintana (2/5): Mucha suciedad - La ubicación era a 10-12 min del centro. Estuve leyendo comentarios de limpieza y aún así pensé que como eran de hace tiempo habría mejorado. He alquilado muchos apartamentos por booking y nunca he visto uno tan sucio. No puedes decir a la gente que entre a las 15 y salga a las 11 para poder limpiar cuando no se hace. Menos mal que nos llevamos sábanas y toallas, porque estás tenían manchas de años. Sofás, sillas, camas, cojines con manchas. Rincones sin limpiar nada, pero desde luego que el suelo ni siquiera fregado. Hay apartamentos que están más limpios y otros menos limpios, pero lo de este increíble, cuanta suciedad.

• Jose Juan (9/5): Perfecto paro lo que necesitaba. - La ubicación esta perfecta cerca de la estación de tren y había un centro comercial con todo. La TV no funcionaba correctamente y el aire acondicionado goteaba en una garrafa que se tenia que vaciar. Nada del otro mundo pero se debería corregir.
• Andrés (3/5): Una pena porque la ubicación es muy buena - Puedo perdonar que por un despiste no hubiese papel higiénico y sabanas para el sofá cama pero si llamo para avisar de esto y además decir que la tv no está conectada y falta el mando a distancia para poder conectar, no pueden decirme que avisan a la persona de mantenimiento y que nadie aparezca ni llame en toda la estancia. La limpieza es fatal, las sillas y el sofá tienen manchas de hace muchos días. el zócalo de la parte baja de la cocina está roto. Nos encontramos unos calcetines sucios dentro de un cajón del dormitorio. Las toallas que dicen incluyen en el alojamiento son asquerosas. No creo que un alojamiento de 130 € por noche merezcan esto. Si me cobran un suplemento de 20 € por limpieza lo pago gustoso pero que limpien. He trabajado en turismo toda mi vida laboral y no creo que Booking merezca tener alojamientos de este tipo en su portal.

• Leandro (5/5): Decepcionado - Quizás solo que queda cerca de la estación del Renfe. Poca limpieza. No había pava ni cafetera. La cama de una plaza rota. Muy caro para el servicio que presta.

• R. Monterrey (7/5): Todo bien, cambio alojamiento - Nos cambiaron de ubicación el mismo día, y nos dieron otro alojamiento muy cerca. Bastante bueno, y el aire acondicionado correcto. El lavabo no tragaba bien el agua.
• Katarzyna (7/5): Good - I can't give an opinion on this apartment because on the day of our arrival, it was switched to a loft in the same building. We didn't have any other choice, so we had to accept it. Claudia was very nice and helpful, and all the instructions were very clear. The loft itself was okay—simple, with everything needed—but only suitable for a maximum of 3 nights. The bathroom rug clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time, and the hand towel was also not clean. The double bed creaked terribly with every little movement. The apartment was only used for sleeping, so overall the impression was okay. The location is very good—you can walk everywhere or take the train or bus.

• Kaide81 (6/5): OK, SLEPT OVER near zambrano - i liked good fast wifi ww had 4 persons,but only 2 pillow and blanket, all so mikro set on fire, and there havent any extinguishing blanket
• German (1/5): Dirty and smelly - Good location near the train station. Dirty, several disgusting stains on the sofa and chairs. Bad smell coming from the bathroom. Bed is ok but there was only one long pillow for two people. One small fan that is super noisy. Two random women entered the room saying they were looking for someone. Nothing happened but made us feel very unsafe in the area. Impossible to close the windows at night due to the heat.
• Helen (5/5): the stench from the bathroom needs to be addressed. - English speaking TV channel was a bonus and a functional kitchen and washing machine was available. the stench from the bathroom. noise from external neighbours, street noise and other residents in the building. sofa bed was stained. bed linen needs to be updated. no air conditioning was available .
