The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also really enjoyed the spa and massage experience — very professional and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and fresh food. Overall, the hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. Everything from the staff and cleanliness to the spa and breakfast met my expectations and made the stay very enjoyable.

- Andrea (10/5): Gerne wieder - Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, Pflegeprodukte, Wasser und alles wurde gestellt, das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenso reichhaltig und lecker. Für mich wichtig und es war wie auf den Fotos, dh, exzellent ausgestattet, das Fitnessstudio. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren für alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit offen, hilfsbereit und superfreundlich (Kommunikation auf Englisch gut möglich), auch bei der Vermittlung eines Fahrers, den wir brauchten, wurde uns gut geholfen, der Fahrer war gut und der Preis fair. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles.

- Elena (10/5): Азербайджанский колорит и уют - Остановились в Leon Hotel Spa в Гяндже — очень понравилось. SPA реально классное: финская сауна супер, а бухарская сауна вообще офигенная, ради неё одной стоит приехать. Всё чисто, аккуратно и приятно, можно спокойно расслабиться. Номер тоже порадовал: большой, просторный, с удобной кроватью — выспались отлично. Ковёр в комнате прям добавляет уюта, и в целом атмосфера тёплая, не «отельная», а комфортная. Персонал — гипер-заботливый: внимательные, быстро помогают по любому вопросу, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Завтраки тоже на уровне, достаточно чтобы подкрепиться с утра. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

What makes Leon exceptional is the humble and courteous staff, especially the out-of-the-way service provided by the Manager, Tarlan. He helped us with numerous things, including Forex, city tours, transfers to Baku and giving us a good deal for laundry. Such warmth from the staff builds a good reputation about Azerbaijan and Ganja for international tourists. Highly recommend Leon for anyone's stay in Ganja

В номере чисто, тепло, удобные кровати, отличная сантехника, качественная уходовая косметика, постель, тапочки, халаты- все новое. Отдыхаешь комфортно благодаря профессиональной работе персонала. Рецепшин на любую нашу просьбу, вопрос… отвечают, подсказывают и решают все мгновенно, с радушием. И такое отношение ко всем гостям. Свободно общаются на трех языках! Очень радует такой сервис!!! Завтраки отдельная тема.) Огромный выбор позиций, все очень вкусно и самое важное - это качественные, свежайшие продукты. От души рекомендуем ресторан отеля. Порадует вкус, ассортимент меню, приятно удивят цены и время работы. Пользовались и доставкой в номер- удобно. Так рада, что не ошиблась с выбором отеля. Успехов вам! И спасибо! Все отлично.

По семейным обстоятельствам нам срочно пришлось возвращаться домой, и, несмотря на то, что время чек-аута уже прошло, отель вернул деньги за одну ночь и отнёсся к ситуации с пониманием. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, номер был чистый и уютный. Спасибо за помощь и человеческое отношение — это редко встретишь. Рекомендуем! Особенно хочу отметить ресторан при отеле — еда была выше всех ожиданий. Большой выбор, всё свежеприготовленное, блюда подают красиво и очень вкусно. Завтрак и ужин — отдельное удовольствие. Персонал внимательный, быстро обслуживает и помогает с выбором. Обязательно вернулась бы сюда хотя бы ради кухни.

Imali su seksualnu vezu i to poprilično glasno a nakon toga žena je konstantno plakala , vrištala. Muškarac ju je smirivao ali bezuspješno. Iza ponoći je potrajalo to iskustvo i nimalo nije bilo ugodno.

The hotel has a very nice garden where you can relax or eat/drink.. very clean and tidy rooms, we had three rooms, all very clean and comfortable beds. hotel has free parking right front of the hotel. I think if you are noise sensitive then better ask for the garden facing rooms, on the other side rooms you can hear street noise but nothing major as Ganja is a small town so it's not that busy.

I was expecting such a hotel to have decaf coffee, the use of the Spa was not free which was the case on other hotels we stayed during our trip. The gym had no water dispenser, i took a bottle from the fridge and i was asked to pay for it, only to find out i could have had one for free for breakfast...

Food was smelling of stale cooked food like oil etc. Bad bad bad experience. Hotel staff pretends not to understand English. Restaurants are too highly priced and the food is not tasty at all. The waiters are extremely rude to tourists. An isolated hotel. Please don’t stay here with family and kids. Not worth it at all.
