Jasmin (8/5): Tolle Ferienwohnung! - Tolle Lage. Sehr schöne, saubere und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Viele Ausflugsziele sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere Schlüsselbox bei Ankunft war leer. Das kann mal passieren... Allerdings war die anschließende Kommunikation eher holprig und teilweise nicht immer auf Augenhöhe. Außerdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man uns aufgrund der Umstände ggf. die Kosten für den Parkplatz erlässt o.Ä.... Abgesehen davon waren wir rundum zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!

Michaela (10/5): Wir haben ein aussergewöhnliches Wochenende mit zugefrorener Ostsee erlebt. Kritik können wir nur gegen den Ort Heringsd - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand. Außerdem ist sie supermodern und detailliert eingerichtet. Alles hier hat uns sehr gefallen!!

Stefanie (9/5): Es war für uns ein Traumurlaub! - Top Lage zum Strand, stilvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, neuwertiges Interieur, stylisches Design Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste,dann wären es die knarrenden Türen,die es unmöglich machten Türen leise zu schließen (bei schlafenden Kleinkindern etwas störend) und das es keine Möglichkeit gab die Aussentür der Wohnung von innen zu schließen.

Silvia (10/5): Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! - Die moderne Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Möbel waren bequem und es gab genug Ablagen. Der Wintergarten war gemütlich mit dem Schneetreiben vor den Fenstern. Der Kontakt zu der Vermietung war unkompliziert. Als die Heizung ausgefallen ist, kam schnell ein Monteur. Die Lage zur Ostsee war ganz nah. Alles war super! Ich würde mir nur wünschen, dass Parkplätze nicht extra bezahlt werden müssten, aber das ist leider überall so.

Susanne (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! Eine stilvolle gemütliche Unterkunft. - Zimmer/ Loggia 6 ist sehr schön - groß und sehr gemütlich. Toll mit der Veranda zum frühstücken. Sehr schöne Lage genau zwischen den beiden Seebrücken Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck. Gehobene Gegend. Die Matratze ist sehr weich, schon etwas durchgelegen und das Sofa ebenfalls. Das Sofa ist extrem weich.
Florian (9/5): - Wir hatten die Wohnung mit der Sauna, diese ist gerade in der Kalten Jahreszeit absolut top. Nach dem Eisbaden in der Ostsee in die Sauna zum Aufwärmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage in der untersten Etage machte und erst Angst, aber aufgrund der Massiven Bauweise hört man innen keine Verkehsgeräusche. Sauberkeit war makellos. Kommunikation bei An- und Abreise funktionierte einfach und unkompliziert. Der Preis ist sicher eher im oberen Segment, aber für das Gesamtpaket durchaus angemessen. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gern wieder. Ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre super gewesen, die Reinigung mit dem Besen ist nicht ideal.

Alice (10/5): Ein Wohlfühlort der besonderen Art! Hervorrangend ausgestattet und gelegen. Immer wieder gerne! - Wir waren nicht das erste Mal in der Villa Grothe. Wir waren im Appartment 9 in der obersten Etage, mit Aussicht in die Bäume und ein wenig auf die Ostesee. Das Appartment ist toll ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr gut, im moderenen Bad gibt es genug Handtücher, falls es mal eines mehr sein müsste. Die Lage am Rand von Heringsdorf zu Ahlbeck, direkt am Strandaufgang ist super. Rechts oder links den Uferweg entlang gibt es genug zu erleben. Unsere Enkelinnen und wir waren begeistert. Danke auch für die freundlichen Austausch und die möglichkeit etwas länger vor Ort beliben zu können, da der Zug erst Mittags fuhr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Iris (8/5): Ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt - Tolle Ausstattung, alles neu und hochwertig. Großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, kleines aber feines Bad, großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer, Matratzen sehr bequem, alles bestens. Parkplatzmöglichkeit, Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück abstellbar mit Fahrradständer. Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr gut, nah zur Promenade und zum Strand. Vor dem Haus ist allerdings eine Bushaltestelle. Jetzt im Herbst kein Problem, da die Fenster meist geschlossen waren. Parkplatz mit 15 € pro Tag ganz schön hochpreisig für eingemietete Gäste.

Appartement 1 war perfekt für unseren Kurztrip. Sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld per SMS durch Vermieter. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr schöne Villa, Umfeld sauber und gepflegt. -

Stephan (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, wir kommen gern wieder. - Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Heringsdorf und Ahlbeck können von hier direkt und unkompliziert erkundet werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir waren in Whg. 8 untergebracht und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das defekte Fenster (siehe separate Bewertung anderer Besucher) haben wir schnell selber repariert, so dass unser Sohn keiner Gefahr ausgesetzt war :-) es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Thomas (9/5): Eine sehr schön gestaltete Unterkunft, die gut gelegen ist und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverälnis bietet. - Die Villa ist in der typischen Bäderarchitektur gebaut und fügt sich schön in die Siedlung ein. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig. Farbige Stilelemente runden das Innendesign ab. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll gehalten und vermittelt einen wertigen Eindruck. Wohnung 8 im obersten Geschoss: Ein kleines Fenster in Bodennähe (Nähe Essgruppe) ist defekt. Es lässt sich bis zum Boden öffnen. Damit könnte es für kleine Kinder sehr gefährlich werden, da diese durch das Fenster auf das Dach gelangen könnten.
