• Susan (10/5): Gorgeous apartment with sea views. - A fantastic, spacious apartment with great sea views. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped with plenty of storage space. In a great location for central Arrecife. The rooftop terrace was a great feature. We slept well in the quiet, dark rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. It's possible to walk for miles along the promenade from here and there are many good restaurants and bars in the area. Nice bathroom with a powerful shower and an additional separate WC. I would definitely stay here again. Key code didn't work on check in but found a maintenance worker who arranged to get the code reset. It then worked fine. However, we were generously offered a later check out on our last day as no other guests were booked to stay but when we returned from lunch to collect our cases, the code had been reset and we were unable to get in, which was unsettling as we had a plane to catch. Luckily we were able to contact the management company after a few phone calls. There is currently no swimming allowed at Playa del Reducto due to pollution.

• Carly (9/5): Gorgeous modern apartment, with a good facilities in a great location - Nicely furnished, great location with good access to nearby restaurants and supermarket. Nice, simple gym and terrace area on 4th floor with stunning view of sea. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great coffee machine (could have done with more than 4 pods). Lovely shower! There were a few little bits missing in the kitchen - only one wine glass for example and there were two of us. Also I made poached eggs and there wasn’t the right type of kitchen utensil to lift out. Small things, that if tweaked it would be perfect.

• STEPHEN (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend. - Excellent location. Great facilities. Loved the rooftop terrace. Very comfortable beds Nothing really. Only slight niggle would be that the doors are opened with a key code and people were slamming them hard to close. We worked out rather quickly that you just need to enter the code to unlock it when leaving and you can then close it quietly.

• Jan (8/5): - Het dakterras is een plus. Ik raad aan om de kamers aan de voorzijde te boeken. (103, 203, 303, 403) Je hebt zicht op zee en een terras met zicht op zee. De kamers aan de achterzijde ( 101, 102, 201,202, 301, 302, 401, 402) zijn ok, maar hebben geen enkel zicht. Je ziet enkel muren en daken. Er is wel een terrasje, maar dat is ingesloten zonder zon.

• Pauline (9/5): - Our second stay in this lovely apartment so we knew what to expect. The view is beautiful. Good position, close to everything. Tastefully furnished. Comfortable beds. Quite well equipped but a kettle would be a bonus. Really good induction hob. Excellent service from the lady manager. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with a nasty smell from the kitchen drains but this was sorted as soon as we reported it.

From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described, if not better. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and made us feel right at home with thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, local recommendations, and easy check-in instructions. The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for an amazing experience!
• Carolyn (10/5): - We were here during the Dia de Canarias celebration so we didn’t get the boardwalk view but other than that, this stay was incredible. Prior to arrival we were upgraded to a bigger suite which was great. All the check in instructions were clear and communication with the property happened in a timely way. The beds were comfortable. The decor of the space felt nice and luxurious. And the location was great, put us walking distance from a ton of places and close to the beach in Arrecife. I’d return tomorrow if I could.

La ubicación es ideal tanto para disfrutar del entorno como para moverse por la isla. Además, la relación calidad-precio es excelente, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más satisfactoria. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos y que recomendamos.

• Stavros (2/5): A complete disappointment - Unfortunately, the hotel and services were terribly disappointing. The photos of the room, especially the view from the room, were misleading. Breakfast was supposed to be served to the room (not any other possibility inside the establishment anyway), however they never bothered, even after our numerous messages. They didn't even provide sufficient coffee. The only alternative was to go get breakfast at a coffee shop close to the hotel. However, it was closed on New Year's day exactly when we stayed there. On top of all that, they sent a crew to fix something in the bathroom and they left it dirty. The customer service was inexistant despite our efforts. Wouldn't recommend it at all especially with so many other better alternatives in the area.
• Desirée (1/5): Decepción - El personal fue atento y amable. Las instalaciones no era lo que esperaba, precio muy elevado para lo que ofrece. La habitación es bonita pero faltaban cosas importantes como calefacción y aire acondicionado. Solo había un ventilador con mucho polvo. Nos pilló unos días de mucha lluvia y pasamos mucho frío. Las vistas de la habitación daban a un ojo patio oscuro. El baño estaba sucio y con humedades. Nos pareció poco higiénico. La pared donde se cuelgan las toallas estaba negra de sucia y la ducha con moho. Las toallas tampoco tenían buen color. Pagamos por el desayuno incluido y resulta que no es así. El apartamento no tiene cafetería. Tienen un acuerdo con una bar que está en la misma calle a 500 metros que sólo ofrecía bocadillos ya hechos en una vitrina y pasteles. Eso no cuesta lo que pagamos por el desayuno, deberían explicarlo en la descripción del hotel porque de saberlo no lo habría contratado y me habría ido a desayunar a un sitio mejor . El servicio de limpieza no está incluido. Si quieres que te hagan la habitación o que te cambien las toallas tienes que pagar 40€ más. Se supone que tiene gimnasio en la cuarta planta pero cuando subimos a buscarlo no lo encontramos. Tampoco dispone de aparcamiento, y en la zona es muy muy difícil aparcar. Te ofrecen aparcar en otro hotel que está a unos 10 minutos caminando y te cuesta 12€ por día. Obviamente no lo recomiendo para unas vacaciones. No ofrece las comodidades que uno desea para estar de vacaciones y mucho menos a ese precio.

• Bianca (5/5): Es caro y no lo vale - La amabilidad del personal La verdad el hotel no me gusto en lo mas minimo. mi estadía no fue muy placentera en cuanto lujo en el hotel. Queria aprovechar para aclarar un par de cosas a futuros viajeros, el concepto de apart hotel significa la comodidad de un apartamento y la profesionalidad de un hotel. Este establecimiento no cumple con esos requisitos. Llegamos un domingo por la tarde-noche y me encuentro que en el baño únicamente habían dejado 2 toallas de cuerpo grandes. No había toallas para las manos, ni toalla para los pies al salir del baño. Dos ropa blanca que sinceramente para mi son imprescindibles. Al preguntar sobre esto me dijeron que no fue un error, que ellos no proporcionan esto y que me facilitarían 2 toallas mas. Al otro día encuentro en la puerta de mi habitación 2 toallas grandes mas. Lo que yo necesitaba era toalla de mano y felpudo para el pie. Por otro lado, la misma noche de llegar tambien le notifique a la muchacha que el inodoro perdía agua constantemente y esto afecta al descanso, porque un ruido constante de agua es molesto y que cuando nos bañamos se nos inundo el baño. El agua salía para afuera y se mojo todo el piso del baño. Dijeron que iba a venir un técnico al otro día. Lo único que hizo el técnico fue ensuciarme todo el baño con sus pisadas y no arreglar nada. Es por esto que decidí no volver a notificar el problema porque para que vengan a ensuciarme el baño y no tener ningun utensillo de limpieza para limpiarlo la verdad pasamos de ello. En el baño no dejan ni jabón de manos. Por otro lado, tema limpieza, la cocina tiene vajilla completa pero no esta equipada con lo necesario para limpieza. Me han dejado una esponja cortada con un cuchillo a la mitad y un dispensador de jabón de vajilla roto con un mínimo de jabón dentro. Ni una bayeta, ni un repasador para secarte las manos. Tengan en cuenta que dejan 1 rollo de papel higiénico y 1 rollo de papel de cocina pequeño de muy mala calidad. Lo demás lo van a tener que comprar.

Bad smell of sewage on roof terrace on our first day but slightly better the 2nd day. Had a few problems with door code not letting us into our room and unable to get help as management phone had been stolen.

• Gerald (9/5): Excellent location with high quality furniture and appliances - Excellent location, close to cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. Apartments are very well equipped and furnished with good quality items. Host responds quickly to Whatsapp group. Difficult to access on arrival as codes to enter building only activate at 3pm when there isn't anyone on reception. Added to the fact we arrived on a Sunday made it even nore difficult as contact numbers are for the cleaning service ! Spent a very stressful, hot hour or so trying to sort out issue.

They upgraded our room and were active on comms on WhatsApp. The location is central with easy access to taxis and the apartment in themselves are so clean and modernly decorated. • Gianluca (8/5): Well equipped and modern apartments - Central location, literally in the heart of Arrecife and by the seafront. Easy check in procedure with PIN code, so quite smooth. Apartment was brand new, big and well equipped. The property even arranged for free a parking for us, which was nice and thoughtful. Slow responding to requests (call/text) for support via WhatsApp when in need. Some utensils (e.g. mugs) weren’t cleaned well.
• IVAN (10/5): - El alojamiento estupendo, todavia mejor que en las fotos, un cuidado, una decoracion y una comodidad de 10, unas vistas muy buenas desde la habitación, aunque justo enfrente esta el paseo marítimo es una zona muy tranquila igual que el alojamiento, no me he cruzado con nadie en toda la estancia.

In the middle of town, not a typical tourist area, but pleasant environment, not too noisy Rooftop terrace stunning. Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer on top floor. Only negative was the keypad access, which did not always work. There was one key card provided which was easy to use but this was not pointed out to us on arrival.
• Pauline (10/5): Very pleasant stay in an amazing apartment - Beautifully furnished apartment, well equipped with fantastic views. We loved that art deco design. The bed was very comfortable and we were not disturbed by noise at night. The position of the apartment was perfect to access everything in Arrecife. We felt very much at home. I would have been good to have some instructions about what to do with the rubbish as there was a notice asking us to dispose of it.

• Alice (8/5): Has got great potential - Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. The roof top terrace is lovely but we didn't discover this until the last day (as it wasn't written anywhere in the instructions or in the apartment). Every day they messaged asking how things were and each time I responded asking for them to provide some more mugs each time they responded saying they would but they never did during our 4 night stay. So overall it was good but it has the potential to be great!

• Tony (8/5): Beautiful apartment with a few minor irriatations - The decor and location -It would have been helpful to have told us you need to press the hash key after putting in the door code. -The view out of the back windows was not very good. -The shower leaked over a lot of the bathroom floor. We reported it, but it couldn't be fixed until after we left. The water escaped under the shower door, so we had to put the shower on half power to avoid it leaking.

• Julia (8/5): - Lovely spacious apartment that was very clean and modern and high tech. The public areas were beautifully designed and clean and the property had a lovely rooftop terrace. However, sometimes the high tech appliances, such as the oven was difficult to operate so perhaps some instructions would be of help as we couldn't use it! Also, the toilet seat was hanging off all the hooks and stayed like that for the duration of our stay ( 4 nights) despite me notifying the owner. Overall, it was a nice property in a beautiful location and would def recommend it to others and would def stay there again. 👍

I wou - Modern apartment and well located near the airport, shops and restaurants. The apartments are not serviced but can be for an additional €40. Quite happy to keep an apartment clean myself but if fresh towels were available at a smaller fee - I would have taken that option.
• Robert (10/5): Lovely modern accommodation - We loved the roof top terrace to enjoy the glorious winter sun. Next time we’d book a room with a view rather than the rear room with the patio.
• Malgorzata (8/5): Very good - Perfect location. Everything was in short walking distance. Marina view top floor trance was a selling point for us when booking and didn't disappoint. Great attention to details regarding whole building and apartments design and finishes. Couple of minor things. Experienced sleep distractions from strong draft making apartment doors constantly moving back and forward. Had to wedge the chair to stop it in the end. Also quite a strong drain smell in the bathroom. Worth looking at this.
• Antonella (9/5): Super nice stay in Arrecife right in front of the ocean - The suite was even better than the pictures, very lovely and spacious. Great position right in front of the ocean and a couple of minutes walking from the main streets of the city center. The rooftop is amazing to sunbath or just looking at the sunset in the evening. The wifi was good and the suite was well equipped to cook and also to dry and iron clothes. We contacted a couple of time the managers for some questions and they were very responsive and really kind to us.
• Neil (10/5): - This apartment ticks all the boxes! The design is exceptional and the fittings first class. Very spacious, modern, well-equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The superking bed was comfortable with gorgeous bedding. The view of the sunrise across the marina... beautiful! We enjoyed every moment!

• christina (10/5): - The photos for this property do not do it justify. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment with sea view and balcony. The whole apartment was immaculate. The views are amazing, you can see the sunrise from your bed. The communication was great and the staff were alwaya there to assist and checking everything was ok. We hired a car and took the option of using the parking available for an additional fee. We will be back

• Brook (9/5): The most beautiful place to stay, a comfortable luxury. - The accommodation is classy and well decorated. It was a joy to stay at because it felt comfortable and like home. The rooms were well fitted for all our needs. I needed this holiday to relax and I certainly feel that It doesn't bother me too much, but the rooms can get pretty hot and there is no air con. I couldn't imagine a scorching summer in the rooms without it. I went at a cooler period, so it wasn't too bad. However, the hallways can get really noisy in the morning, and when you have only the windows for ventilation, it can disturb your sleep. I would also appreciate some form of oil in the kitchen when we stay. I don't want to buy a huge bottle I can't take with me and cooking with water only gets you so far.

• Keana (10/5): Overall, really great! - Everything about the apartment was great. Cleanliness, comfort, area was quiet and the hospitality that was given. Very close to the airport, restaurants and cafes. If you like the modern, aesthetic look then this apartment is for you, which is one of the reasons why I also chose this place.
