• Claire (6/5): Apartment was fine but don't book if having peaceful outdoor space is important to you. - It was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The decoration was really original with some lovely pieces that gave the place character. The outdoor space - the apartment was located on such a busy road that it was not enjoyable spending any time on the terrace. If I'd have read previous reviews saying the same thing, I probably wouldn't have booked it but to be fair, the road noise was really loud even from inside the apartment. The whole building also smelt sporadically of drains. Some days it was fine but then others it was quite bad. When the building smelt, it also smelt in the bathrooms in the apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms quite tired and in need of modernisation. Messaged at the beginning of our stay to let them know the dishwasher didn't work - not because it was essential to us but because I didn't want them thinking we'd broken it. As it turns out, and on reading reviews from well over a year ago, this has been an issue for a long time. So much so they'd made a video to send to guests of how to get it to work which involved a balled up piece of kitchen roll and a wooden spoon...

• Ela (9/5): - We loved the house and felt comfortable. The atmosphere and location are lovely. House was clean. There were a few minor issues at home, such as a broken dishwasher knob, a malfunctioning extractor fan light, internet often not working (previously insufficient for YouTube and other channels on TV), and a slight sewage smell. However, these didn't seem unbearable to us.

• Lindsay (6/5): - Great location in terms of distance to everything. Comfy beds and very spacious. Host was excellent and very helpful - cannot fault the service. Unfortunately the apartment was very noisy. We expected noise from traffic due to the location but being woken up between the hours of 7-8am by loud, persistent banging every morning really wasn't ideal. Water was never hot enough for all 4 of us which meant we had to take it in turns to have hot showers in the morning. The apartment also smelt of blocked drains. Several of the windows didn't lock too and there was no safety deposit box which wasn't great.

• Shelagh (8/5): Great location, beautiful property and very professional host. - Location was great. Decor was beautiful! Ease of checking in. We had a minor problem which was our fault and the host was amazing to deal with.
• Maciej (10/5): Fantastyczny apartament blisko starówki - Bardzo duży, przestronny i wygodny trzy poziomowy. apartament. Ciekawie, fantazyjnie urządzony. Gospodarz zapewnił nawet dodatkowe grzejniki i cieplejsze kołdry ( pobyt w styczniu). Super lokalizacja, przy samym wejściu na stare miasto. Łatwy dojazd samochodem lub komunikacją oraz mniej tłoczno i głośno w porównaniu do starówki. Wszędzie blisko :) Kuchnia i łazienki potrzebują remontu, ale nie ma tragedii. Czuć było lekką wilgoć, ale zimą to chyba normalne i nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

• Franck (9/5): Superbe Triplex,bien situé et bien équipé - Superbe Triplex avec salle de bain et toilette dans les 2 chambres plus un toilette a l entrée. Une grande terrasse a mi étage entre les 2 chambres . A l entrée de la ville,nous avons pu tout faire a pied. Arrivée autonome avec des instructions très claires et l'hote étais très disponible et réactif. Logement très agréable, bien équipé, je recommande vivement. Ras
• Marian (8/5): Wij hebben ondanks bovenstaande minpunten een prachtig verblijf gehad! - Het is een ruim appartement met een gezellige woonkamer ( die we eigenlijk niet hebben gebruikt) Er is een prachtig terras waar wij onze tijd door brachten. Beide slaapkamers hebben een badkamer en er is beneden nog een toilet. De bedden lagen ondanks dat ze niet heel breed zijn echt goed. Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van restaurants bars winkel en historisch centrum. De rioollucht die er regelmatig te ruiken was met name in de slaapkamer op de 2e verdieping en bij de trappen richting het terras. De knop van de vaatwasser is kapot we kregen nadat we dit aangaven een filmpje hoe we deze wel konden gebruiken en het werkte. Persoonlijk zou ik het laten maken of de vaatwasser vervangen. Ook waren er verbouwing’s geluiden zelf hebben we daar weinig last van gehad omdat je er niet bent maar door de week uitslapen had niet gekund.

Though the terrace is an excellent space, it overlooks a busy road and the traffic noise makes any extended time sitting out there uncomfortable. The noise doesn't affect the interior of the apartment, which is well insulated.

• LuisNG (3/5): - Como suplemento a mi anterior valoración y en contestación a las personas que gestionan ese apartamento y que se han puesto rapidamente en contacto conmigo para decirme que ellos no esconden ninguna información, quiero dejar escrito lo que les he respondido y es que, es totalmente imposible en un 99.9% que desconociesen de la existencia de trabajos cuando dicha obra tienen cortado el acerado y vallado con permiso del ayuntamiento desde hace meses y que los operarios comienzan su jornada a las 7 de la mañana y dan pared con pared a ellos. A mi me hubiese gustado estar informado de este detalle bien por ellos o por comentarios de otros usuarios para decidir mi elección.

We loved this apartment, everything necessary in the kitchen, the terrace is awesome and everything is well maintained The bed on the second floor is a bit too small for 2 people and also it's not really soundproofed so from the second floor you hear everything what's going on on the third floor and the bathroom pipe noises...

• Derrick (8/5): Other than the weather over which we have no control, we enjoyed our stay, good location. - Location, grocery stores, train station , close, 15-20 minute walk to most Sevilla sites. Management were very quick to get us a new coffee machine (only a small pod coffee maker was there) , added a pack of coffee for us - and a new bread knife to replace a broken one . With rain every day, the apartment was damp, needs better air circulation. There were some deficiencies that we discussed with the management . Lock box with key could be closer to apartment.

• Stuart (8/5): Quirky spacious accomodation in centre of Seville - Great large quirky accomodation in good location for Seville- close to everything. Loads of space, obviously lived in “home” with personal touches and quirky elements which we thoroughly enjoyed! We loved it but …. The stairs in the apartment are steep and narrow (over 3floors) so not for young or infirm. Also some things “didn’t work”: no plug for bathtub, dishwasher doesn’t work etc - ok for us but if you were relying on it…. Finally - there is traffic noise if you are a light sleeper.

• Paul (9/5): Beautiful town house style apartment - Very comfortable fully equipped and stylish. Lots of space. Lovely roof terrace. Good location. Noisy location. There is a lift to the apartment, but the property is more like a town house, it is on three floors with stairs - you have to be able to manage them.

Everything was great, but note that the bedrooms are accessed through the stairs, with one bedroom on the apartment’s second floor, and the next bedroom on the apartment’s third floor.
