The location is unbeatable, with Coles and Dan Murphy’s directly across the road, along with the Coolum Hotel, making everything so convenient.
Neil and Monica provided clear, easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located place to stay in Coolum. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The complex is perfect for families. - The property was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and comfortable for myself and my family, we had four adults and two children. We all loved our stay. We had everything in the apartment that was needed to be self sufficient and close enough to all amenities to venture out and eat. The pool complex is fantastic for families and all very clean and safe and secure. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Well kept, modern and comfortable. 2 Balconies overlook Pools and luscious greenery.
Location couldn't be better: walking distance to a Coles supermarket, Hotel , coffee shops, chemists, the Beach and many other shops. Excellent State Govt Bus services close by that can take you north or south. All was excellent.

- Kathy (10/5): Spacious 3 Brm apartment to delight the whole family! - It is such a big, beautiful, fully furnished unit with luxury touches, beautiful wall art, comfortable beds and has outdoor views to luscious mature palm trees and kids wading pool. There are three pools to choose from, two undercover parking bays, a lift to the top level and everything you ever need in the kitchen. Just a walk to Coles, coffee shops, restaurants and beach. Just superb!

Understand this was a choice by management and not the owners of the apartment for safety reasons. Would love to come back and experience with 4 swimming pools with the kids!

We dont mind a stroll to go out to dinner! - Coffee pod machine and frother were so easy to use, tim tams in the fridge on arrival ;), great spacious apartment with everything you would need, neat and tidy, location excellent across the road from Woollies and Dan's, walk across to the beach and up the road to restaurants. Two parking bays (even though we only needed one). Lift to the top floor, three pools, beautiful gardens, very secure. Nothing.

It is obvious that a lot of thought and effort has gone into presenting this property as a holiday letting and it had everything you could need included.
Beds were comfortable, linen and furnishings were high quality and the resort itself is perfectly located close to beach/shops etc.
We would definitely come back.
- Michelle (9/5): A lovely unit in a great location on the beautiful Sunshine Coast - Key collection was a little tricky at first but only because the address listed on Booking.com was not correct. We notified the owner who said he would have it corrected straight away, otherwise access to the property was good, as the instructions given were excellent. The property was in a secure complex, was lovely, super clean and tidy, the decor was gorgeous and the unit had a lovely view overlooking the resort complex and pool below, and was located in a great area a short distance from the beach with shops and restaurants nearby, a big bonus with Coles being right across the road! We really enjoyed our stay and Niel the property own was most helpful in quickly attending to the initial issues we had at the start of our two night stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property and Sunny coast. The room key was not initially available as there was a mix up with the cleaning staff having not replaced the key into the collection point, however the issue was sorted by the property owner as soon as he could and we were able to get into the property a short time after it was advertised to be ready. There was no tea towel or dishcloths in the room but again, the owner had the cleaning staff drop some over that day. It seemed the top sheet for the king bed in the main bedroom was too small, possibly a queen, so notified the owner.
Otherwise, despite these things, the property was in a secure complex, was lovely, super clean and tidy, the decor was gorgeous and the unit had a lovely view overlooking the resort complex and pool below, and was located in a great area a short distance from the beach with shops and restaurants nearby, a big bonus with Coles being right across the road!
