- juan (10/5): By far the best part of our week in Saranda - an Oasis in a resort concrete jungle - One of the few properties where the pictures actually undersold the size and quality of the place. Great apartment, very new, super clean, extremely spacious, with a nice patio. Kitchen was fairly basic but it did have all the essentials so we were able to cook a few decent home made meals. Two large TVs, plenty of storage space, super fast internet, good sea views. Lots of places in Saranda are actually quite a steep hike away from the beach because the city is built on a cliff but not this one - it is about as close to the water as you can get. Great value for the money considering the very high prices that many low-quality accommodations are advertised for in August (we were in Saranda with another family who stayed elsewhere in the same neighborhood and got a much worse deal). Also lots of places in Albania have very weird credit card policies and unexpected, annoying surcharges but this apartment did not have any of those hassles - they charged us easily with credit card and even did it in euros as advertised instead of the local currency. Very easy and prompt communication regarding check-in, check-out, and all the questions we had during our stay over WhatsApp. Good sound insulation and a very peaceful sleep in the bedroom, which is key because Saranda is a loud place. Basically a great stay that exceeded our already pretty high expectations and my two children (around 10 yo) loved it also. We didn't really like Saranda itself at all. But that made us extra thankful for this apartment and the awesomeness of the hosts because the apartment became our oasis where we spent most of our time away from the hassle, dirtiness, chaos, and hectic mess that we experienced almost every time that we left the apartment. We would love to return to the apartment but that's sadly not likely because we don't intend to return to Saranda Also, the bottom of the bathroom sink had a small leak that would drip onto the shelf below. Didn't bother us at all but if not fixed it might damage the shelf and make the bathroom look less nice.

Balcon hyper agréable pour profiter le soir de l'air frais et du coucher de soleil. parking réservé juste devant le logement = pas génant Peu de passage donc calme et sécurité Propre - Literie ferme - Connexion Wi-Fi gratuite La ville (animée) est à 15/20 mn à pied = pas génant photos conformes (maman solo + 3 ado) -
